Das hatte ich doch gestern extra gemacht, um mich daran zu erinnern, dass ich Parallelrealitäten wechseln wollte und das dies nun die echte reale Realität ist – die, wo ich auf dem harten Bändel liege und es ist nicht sehr bequem. Eine Ballettschule in Küsnacht. „Du machst das Licht, ich den Ton“, sagt David zu mir. Hui, abenteuerlich. Das verwendete Programm heisst ScanShow 5 und bisher habe ich jeweils nur auf die einzelnen Szenen geklickt, an einem Konzert einer Brassband. Da war alles vorbereitet. Doch jetzt -- bin ich selber verantwortlich für die Lichtstimmung, die Szenen und die Effekte; und das mit einer Software, die ich noch gar nicht kenne. Am Mittwoch war Hauptprobe, da definierten wir das Licht für die einzelnen Szenen. „Hier etwas rötlich, da ein ruhiges Blau.“ Hastig und in aller Eile habe ich die Szenen zusammengeklickt, für Effekte hats nicht mehr gereicht. David konnte mir nicht helfen, er war beschäftigt damit, das Brummen der Tonanlage im Saal zu beheben. Das Mischpult brachte keinen Ton heraus, die Ballettschüler bräuchten jetzt aber Musik für die Probe… Ein Mistpult. Zuhause habe ich mir dann für jede Musik die Lichtuntermalung überlegt und konnte Donnerstag und Freitag Nacht erst um 3 Uhr morgens einschlafen, weil ich so unter Strom stand.

I am increasingly feeling a sense of urgency and social responsibility towards speaking out and taking action against the growing tide of unreasonable hatred targeted towards pedophiles. This isn’t a post that attempts to make some moral judgement on the sexuality itself but rather is a post purely about what I see as a dangerous level of hate targeted towards a group of people purely for how they were born and not even what they do. It’s that sense of urgency and social responsibility that has compelled me to write this post after a long period of silence. For that silence I must apologise but I’ve simply had nothing interesting to say while my time and energy has been focused on my work, family and supporting friends.
