Einzige Nachlässigkeit: Die Informationen sind in binärer Form auf den Datenträgern abgelegt und die Gewissenhaftigkeit der Informanten im Post- und Telekomdienst lässt ausweislich offensichtlicher Fehler in den Datensätzen zu wünschen übrig.
