Die Rakete ist gezündet und fliegt zum Mond…
Das war die Brandnacht. Aber zuerst von vorne.
„Atmet tief ein, streckt die Hände über den Kopf -- und dann atmet mit einem lauten „HAAAA!“ aus und streckt die Zunge raus!“
Immer mehr Kinder haben sich während dem Kafi+Yoga zur Yoga-Instruktorin auf die Bühne gesellt und zeigen mit ihr zusammen vor -- sehr zu unserer Unterhaltung.
Das letzte Kafi+Yoga. Heute ist Brandnacht. Schlendern wir doch ein wenig über den Brandplatz.

Brandnacht
„Wie soll sie denn heissen?“ Kai läuft gut gelaunt mit einer Flasche Schlumpfschnaps herum und fordert die Crew auf, die Rakete zu taufen. Sie hat keinen Namen. Ich freue mich über die Synchronizität -- dieses Jahr ist wieder das Chaos Communication Camp und dort ist immer die Fairy Dust Rakete mit dabei. Nun steht bereits auf dem Feuerfestival-Gelände eine Rakete.
Die Zeremonie beginnt. Aus den Lautsprechern sind Funksprüche zu hören. Der Countdown beginnt… Auf Null zünden unten 6 umgedrehte Vulkane als Turbinen. Danach folgt ein Feuerball, eine Kabelrakete steigt zur Spitze und steckt die grosse Rakete in Brand.
„Und, isch jetzt guet, bisch zfriede?“ Chrigel steht neben mir und legt seine Hand auf meine Schulter. „Oh ja! Und siehst du, ohne Absperrungen -- es funktioniert!“ Nicht ein einziges Feuer wurde abgesperrt, auch nicht die Grossen. In einer späteren Sitzung erfahren wir, dass das Careteam „noch nie so eine geschmeidige Party“ erlebt hat. Cool!
„Ja, manchmal muss man einfach mit den Leuten reden“ meint Chrigel und fährt augenzwinkernd fort: „…oder einen bösen Bericht schreiben!“ „Och ja, das lief alles total Scheisse. Das war eine Aneinanderreihung von ganz vielen blöden Zufällen“ antworte ich beschämt. Ich hatte die Brandnacht letztes Jahr nicht miterlebt, weil ich bereits fürs Boomfestival davor abreisen musste. Schon an der Datumsfindung war ich sauer, dass sich die Mehrheit für diese Terminkollision entschieden hatte, mit einem Kommentar „ist ja nur das Boom!“ -- da fing der Vulkan an zu brodeln. Die durch Krankheit und schlechte Stimmung getrübten Schilderungen meiner beiden Kumpels und die Drohnenbilder mit den abgesperrten Feuern gaben mir dann den Rest, und das Ganze hat sich dann in einer Wutrede entladen.
Einen Bericht zu schreiben, basierend auf Hörensagen, Bildern, unvollständigen und verzerrten Wahrnehmungen und über etwas, wo ich selber gar nicht dabei war -- das ist eine ganz, ganz schlechte Idee. Erst viel später und viel zu spät habe ich die Hintergründe und Überlegungen hinter den Absperrbändern erfahren. Da ich mittlerweile auch beim OK mit dabei bin und diese Kritik sozusagen aus den eigenen Reihen kommt, ist das grad alles doppelt und dreifach eingefahren, ou mann.

Noch drei Brandskulpturen. Ich bin viel zu müde und kann mich kaum noch oben halten. Meine Energie war gestern da, beim Feuerstäblen. Doch jetzt ist es halb drei Uhr morgens, dass sich wie 5 Uhr anfühlt. Viele sind bereits ins Bett gegangen. Es ist auch niemand ums Feuer getanzt, trotz der fehlenden Absperrbänder. Diese Brandnacht fühlte sich recht unspektakulär und kühl an.
„Darf i chli dini Hand häbe?“ werde ich gefragt. Wir sitzen noch eine Weile an der Glut der abgebrannten Skulptur und soeben will eine philosophische Diskussion übers Feuerfestival, das Leben und das Universum starten. Doch ich kämpfe mit der zehnten Gähnattacke und habe die Augen mehr geschlossen als offen. Mein Kopf ist definitiv zu müde, um sich jetzt noch Gedanken über das Leben zu machen. Ich nehme das letzte Tröpfchen Brandnacht von diesem Abschiedsmoment in mich auf, bis ich einfach nicht mehr kann.
Wankend vor Müdigkeit laufe ich durch den Feuerfestival-Wald und bedanke mich beim Land; diesem Boden, der uns das ermöglicht. Es ist das letzte Mal hier. Das letzte Mal der Hall der Trommeln durch den Wald. Das letzte Mal das Bimmeln der Kuhglocken. Das letzte Mal dieses wunderbare Bergpanorama. Das letzte Mal der klare Sternenhimmel und der warme Wind, der durch die Blätter rauscht.
