Wie jeder Tag startet auch dieser mit einem Ritual. Heute geht es um das Element Luft. Für diesmal habe ich das komplette Ritual auf Video aufgezeichnet:

Es beginnt mit dem Willkommenheissen der vier Elemente.
Dann folgt eine Atemübung bei 4:22.
Die Meditation beginnt bei 14:40.
Und die Geschichte fängt bei 28:35 an.
Gesungen wird bei 40:35.

Nach dem Ritual gönne ich mir einen Smoothie, wie jeden morgen. „Chilled Chocolate“. Zusammen mit einer ultrafrischen, sähmigen, tiefbraunen butterzartweichen Schoggimousse. Mit Blaubeeren gespickt. Mmmmh, so guet!

Ich setze mich neben das Yoga Shala und schaue ein wenig zu. Eine Band spielt dazu Livemusik.

Nach dem Frühstück laufe ich zum Soundtempel, neugierig, ob da wieder so eine wunderbare Tribal Meditation stattfindet.

Ich vernehme Gesang aus der Ferne. Menschen haben sich zu einem Kreis geformt und halten sich an den Händen, während sie fröhlich dabei singen. In der Mitte steht die Band; eine Frau mit wallendem Haar singt vor, begleitet von einer Handorgel, Perkussion und Bass. Das kann Hippiger gar nicht sein; Klischee und Kitsch in ihrer Höchstform! Amüsiert stehe ich daneben.

This is as Hippie as it can get.

Kleine, einfache Strophen, die sich matramässig wiederholen. Diese Freude und Unbeschwertheit, die dabei ausstrahlt, lässt mich nicht länger nur dabei zusehen. Da mache ich mit! Jetzt kommt auch schon das nächste Lied. „Namasté, Namasté!“ Begrüssen wir unseren Nächsten im Kreis und singen weitere Strophen, an die ich mich nicht mehr erinnern kann. Nach einer Weile weist uns die Frau an, einen Partner weiter im Kreis zu gehen. Ein nerdiges Gesicht mit Brille strahlt mir entgegen, während wir singen. Partnerwechsel. Das fröhliche Hippiemädchen im Rock. Mit ihr tanze ich Handfläche auf Handfläche und wir bewegen die Arme im Kreis wie Dampfschiffkolben. Weiter zum Nächsten. Ein maskulines Gesicht mit starkem Bartwuchs und goldigen Augen lacht mir entgegen. Der Nächste. Zwei blaue Augen zwinkern mir fröhlich entgegen und wir bewegen uns im Kreis. Partying in Ponyville!

Dann folgt der nächste Song.

„Passt auf, der geht so“, beginnt die Sängerin.

Und jetzt stellt euch das aus 100 Hippiekehlen vor, die das euphorisch singen. Wir stampfen in den Boden, als das „Mother earth“ beginnt. Halten uns an den Händen „will you hold my hand as I walk today?“ Dann heben wir unsere Arme hoch und singen mit lauter und hoher Stimme: „Father sky will you lift me up?“ und senken die Hände wieder zur Brust „will you hold me tender as I“ breiten die Arme zu Flügeln aus „spread my wings and fly“, während wir mit ausgestreckten Armen im Kreis rotieren.

Und dann geht es wieder von vorne los. Immer und immer wieder. Und jedesmal fühle ich mehr Energie, mehr Freiheit, mehr Freude.

Das ist Gesangsmeditation. Ein singendes Gebet! Wir sind frei wie die Luft.

Das. War. Grossartig!

„Verlasst den Tempel nicht, ohne vorher ein paar Menschen umarmt zu haben.“

Wie bekannt mir jetzt auf einmal einige Gesichter vorkommen. Ja, mit dir habe ich getanzt, dich kenne ich jetzt.

Im Dharma findet ebenfalls gerade ein Tanz statt. Wir sollten uns lockern und wie Seegras baumeln, sich einfach von der Strömung treiben lassen. Danach setzen wir uns hin.

„Wenn du zu einem Kind sagst: ‚Nein, ich kann nicht dahin, weil Angst vor dem Alleinsein habe.‘, dann wird es vermutlich sagen: ‚Hä?'“ Der Gesprächsleiter hat ein Flipchart aufgestellt und den Titel hingeschrieben. Ein langes Seil liegt an der Bühne. Er bittet einen Freiwilligen auf die Bühne. „So, was ist dein Knoten? Angst vor Misserfolg? Angst vor Zurückweisung? Angst vor Versagen? Angst vor Leuten zu sprechen?“ „Die Angst, allein zu sein.“ sagt der Teilnehmer und hat einen Knoten ins Seil gewickelt. „Ich kann mich auch alleine fühlen, wenn ich unter Leuten bin.“ „Ok. Und wie fühlst du dich jetzt?“ „Exponiert.“ „Ja.“ „So lasst uns diesen Knoten nun entwirren. Was ist diese Angst genau?“ „Naja, nicht verstanden werden. Nicht akzeptiert sein. Mit niemandem über meine Probleme sprechen zu können.“ Der Gesprächsleiter notiert alles sorgfältig. „Dann gehe weiter. Warum kannst du mit niemandem über deine Probleme sprechen?“ Immer noch einen Schritt weiterdenken, bis man ans Ende dieser Knotenkette angelangt ist. So aufgeschlüsselt, ist es viel besser verständlich für ein Kind. „So, und jetzt setze jeweils diese fünf Wörter davor: ‚In my head, it says:‘.“

„In meinem Kopf heisst es: Ich kann mit niemandem über meine Probleme sprechen. In meinem Kopf heisst es: Ich werde nicht akzeptiert.“ Siehst du? Schon besser. Wir alle haben ein Gewirr im Kopf, aber es ist nur im Kopf. Der Freiwillige löst den Knoten. „Und, habt ihr die Veränderung in ihm bemerkt?“ „Ja.“

Es scheint fast so, als hätten die anderen auch Probleme. Und immer mehr habe ich das Gefühl, dass dieses Being-Gathering eigentlich ein Healing-Festival ist. Heute entwirren wir die Knoten und klären Probleme.

Ich laufe am Strand entlang und will zur Healingarea. Da steht plötzlich ein Bub vor mir, bauscht sich auf und versperrt mir den Weg — „Ha! Superman!“ ruft er. Soso! Ich halte meinen Arm quer hin und laufe auf ihn zu. Während wir uns drücken, springt mir von hinten ein zweites Kind an den Rücken. Wir rangeln und balgen und kämpfen. Ich renne zehn Meter, lasse sie wieder an mich herankommen. Wir ziehen uns an den Armen. Renne wieder davon, greife an und wir spielen noch eine Weile. Schliesslich löse ich mich und suche das Weite. 😀 Was für eine Sequenz gerade!

So, heute ist es endlich genug warm für ein Schlammbad.

Eine improvisierte Liveband spielt, während wir uns mit Schlamm einreiben. Aaaaah! Kühler, aber nicht kalter Schlamm bedeckt meine Beine. Was für ein Peelingeffekt! Ich bedecke mich bis zum Hals, lege mich hin. Als ich wieder aufstehe, fühle ich mich etwa 5kg schwerer. Ich schüttle mich wie ein Hund und sogleich fliegen einzelne Fetzen Schlamm zu Boden. So ziehe ich durch das Gelände. Die Sonne brennt von oben herab, aber ich merke davon nichts. Das ist Klimaanlage und Sonnenschutz in einem! Beim Soundtempel sitzt Eneas hinter dem Mischpult. „Free Hugs!“ präsentiere ich mich ihm, mit einem breiten Grinsen. Das ist echt angenehm — ich kann in der prallen Sonne stehen und geniesse es, wie sie meine Schlammschicht trocknet. Und je mehr sie das tut, desto steifer fühlt es sich auf der Haut an. Der Schlamm zieht richtig an den Haaren und ich bewege mich, dehne mich, räkle mich. Yoga wäre jetzt geil. Der Erde-Tag war doch gestern; aber da wars mir noch zu kühl für Schlamm und Wasser. Also fühle ich mich heute frei wie Luft und spaziere auf dem Gelände herum. „You look awesome, you never looked better!“ ruft mir Lex schmunzelnd zu, als ich ihr über den Weg laufe. Hehe.

Als ich im Wald bei der Healingarea ankomme, ruft mich eine Stimme von hinten. „Hey, you’re full of mud!“ Genau! Naja, ich bin jetzt dann bald ein Steinmensch, wenn das so weitertrocknet. Ein Bub mit zusammengebundenen Haaren grübelt einzelne Schlammklumpen von meiner Haut, wirbelt mit seinen Händen auf meiner Brust, dass es nur so stäubt. „What’s your name?“ fragt er mich. „Claude.“

„Awesome.“

Hmm. Warum findet er meinen Namen toll? Irgendwas liegt in der Luft. Diese Szene ist so klar und cinematisch. Er beguckt und begutachtet meine Haut weiter, tastet sie ab. „Ouch, also nachher muss ich mich nicht mehr rasieren. Es reisst einem die Haare aus!“ „Yea, it’s like waxing.“ antwortet er mir. Da ist so eine Wärme und Vertrautheit. Er spricht wie ein professioneller Therapeut zu mir. Ich fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben bei ihm. „And what’s your name?“ „Kawi.“ „Und von wo bist du?“ „Aus Bali.“ Er greift nach meinem Arm und dreht die Haut um wie Schlangenbrotteig. „Look, your skin looks like a lizard!“ Und wahrlich, meine trockene Schlammhaut sieht jetzt aus wie eine Echse.

„Bin ich jetzt ’stoned‘?“ frage ich eine Gruppe junger Menschen feixend, als ich weitermarschiere. Ich komme zu einer Lichtung bei den Young Dragons, wo gerade ein Backworkshop stattgefunden hat. Ein Blech voller selbstgemachter, veganer Brownies liegt auf dem Tisch. „Möchtest du auch eines?“ Mmmmh, die sind köstlich!

So, das war jetzt aber genug lange Schlamm. Ich gehe in den See und hinterlasse eine braune Staubwolke im Wasser. Huch, der ist ja kalt! Das Wasser habe ich wärmer in Erinnerung! Zitternd und schlotternd laufe ich zurück in die Healingarea. Wer ist nochmal dieser Kawi?

Eine Gruppe Menschen hat sich unter einem Baum versammelt und eine Frau steht referierend vor der Menge. „We’re doing a spontaneous talk about Hypersensitivity.“
Ich setze mich dazu. „Oh, du bist eine typische ‚ja-aber‘-Person; das kenne ich selber zu gut als Hochsensible. Die beste Entwicklungsmöglichkeit für euch sind: Nervige Leute. Annoying People. Also los, fangt an. Beurteilt mich! Was findet ihr nervig an mir?“ „Deine Brille ist doof.“ fängt ein Teilnehmer an. „Meine Brille ist doof. Gut, weiter?“ „Du bist so selbstsicher!“ „Ich bin selbstsicher?“ (sie muss lachen) „Gut, warum auch immer das nervig ist, aber ich nehme es auf.“ Ich versuche gerade selber, nach etwas an ihr zu suchen, was nervig ist. Aber mir fällt nichts ein, im Gegenteil, je länger sie redet, desto sympathischer wird sie mir! Hin und wieder rülpst sie und fährt mit dem Finger von unten nach oben. „Das ist das clearing. Ich neutralisiere eure Bewertungen sofort.“ erklärt sie uns. Sie fährt weiter: „Immer, wenn ihr einen Gedanken habt, der euch bedrückt und einengt, neutralisiere ich ihn. Zuerst ist es einfach mal wichtig, die Bewertung zu akzeptieren, wie sie ist. Ich kann nicht jemand anderem befehlen, er soll aufhören, mich zu bewerten! Das wäre mit einem immensen Energieaufwand verbunden. Aber ich kann meine Reaktion darauf neutralisieren. Und die Reaktion darauf, falls eine weitere auftritt.“ Sie rülpst und gluckst ein paar mal durch die Gruppe. „Hier ist etwas hochgekommen, eine Emotion. Was habt ihr für Ängste? Was würdet ihr gerne neutralisiert haben?“ „Die Angst, ignoriert zu werden, nicht gesehen zu werden.“ „Die Angst, zu versagen.“ „Die Angst, nicht genügend Geld zu haben.“ werfen die Teilnehmer ein. „Ah, der Mangel. Das ist auch etwas, was man neutralisieren kann. Versucht euch jetzt, in das Gefühl, in die Situation hineinzuversetzen, die euch Angst bereitet.“ Ich überlege eine Weile. Die Unfähigkeit, auf andere Menschen zuzugehen? Die Angst, nicht zu wissen, was ich sagen soll? Die Angst vor Verfolgung? Tamara gluckst und wirbelt mit ihrem Arm herum. „Gibt es weitere Dinge, die ihr neutralisiert haben möchtet? Ist bei dir jetzt alles gut?“ fragt sie eine Teilnehmerin. „Ja.“ antwortet sie. Ich überlege mir, ob ich die „Angst, nicht zu wissen, was ich sagen soll“ als Einwurf geben soll. Aber es gibt andere, die ebenfalls ähnliche Ängste aufzählen. Sie leitet die Gespräche der Gruppe spielerisch und mit einem feinen Sinn für Humor. Erst nach dieser Gesprächsrunde realisiere ich, dass sie gerade eine Gruppenheilung durchgeführt hat und alle Ängste der Gruppe neutralisiert hat. Wie das genau funktioniert haben soll, weiss ich nicht, aber es hat etwas mit Quantenphysik zu tun. Dann bin ich mal gespannt. „Ich glaube, wir schliessen dies Runde -- ja? Morgen um 16 Uhr mache ich eine weitere Runde, unter diesem Baum. Bis dann, macht’s gut!“ Um euch einen kleinen Eindruck zu verschaffen, wie sie vor der Gruppe geredet hat — ich habe ein Video von ihr gefunden:

Dann bin ich mal gespannt, wie sich meine Welt nun anfühlt; ich meine jetzt, wo alles neutralisiert ist? Frischen Mutes laufe ich durchs Gelände, zurück zum Schlammloch.
