Ich weiss nicht, an was es liegt, aber: Seit letzten Freitag ist die Stimmung ins Gute gekippt. Am Donnerstag gingen noch Gerüchte herum, dass das Militär die Schweiz 40 Tage unter Vollquarantäne setzt, mit Ausgangsverbot für alle. Der Kanton Uri hatte allen Personen über 65 den Ausgang – inklusive einkaufen – verboten. Im Zug nach Hause hatte eine Frau lautstark Panik geschoben: „Aber was mache ich jetzt? Die können doch nicht alles verbieten? Um 23:30 fliegen Helikopter über die Städte und lassen Desinfektionsmittel auf die Häuser runter. Es gibt Krieg. Dann geht alles kaputt.“
Die Stimmung die Tage bis und mit Donnerstag war ziemlich bedrückt. Es fühlte sich an wie ein Stahlkloss im Darm; ein direkter Angriff auf das Wurzelchakra – Überlebensangst, Angst vor Veränderungen, Adrenalin, Nebennierendrüse. Das war sehr deutlich im kollektiven Feld spürbar.

Buben – das, was ich da rein hypothetisch aufgezeigt habe im Beitrag Pandemien als Machtinstrument – das war nicht als Anleitung gedacht!
Was folgt als nächstes? Ausgangssperre? Und dann? Ganze Städte abriegeln. Hausarrest.
In Spanien, Italien und Frankreich ist es bereits soweit.
Und dann? Bargeld abschaffen, weil das ja „total unhygienisch und ein Ansteckungsrisiko ist“.
Ich frage mich ja, warum die so lange damit warten. Die Massnahmen werden ja auch völlig willkürlich und fallerifallera durchgesetzt. Versammlungsbeschränkung auf 5 Personen. Oder doch lieber 8? Läden offen nur über Mittag, am Abend nicht mehr? Ein Meter Abstand, oder doch lieber zwei?
Heute morgen am Kiosk habe ich mir eine Flasche Mineralwasser aus dem Regal geholt. Die vermutlich jemand anderes auch schon mit seiner Hand angedöplet hat. Aber wir hielten 2 Meter Abstand. Come on – das ist doch inkonsequent!
Warum empfiehlt das BAG nicht auch, Handschuhe bei Einkäufen zu verwenden? Warum empfiehlt das BAG nicht auch, alles Bargeld zu desinfizieren? Warum empfiehlt das BAG nicht auch, Handtücher täglich zu wechseln? Das hatten wir an der Hygienebelehrung am Chaos Communication Camp gelernt. Handtücher sind die reinsten Bakterienschleudern.
Also. Wenn das alles so inkonsequent und halbherzig umgesetzt wird, dann ist die Schlussfolgerung: Es geht gar nicht um das Virus. Die BAG-Empfehlungen sind Trösterli-Massnahmen. Damit es wenigstens so aussieht, als „würde man was tun“.
Das Virus ist der Vorwand und um was es wirklich geht, ist, unsere Rechte und Freiheiten in Windeseile abzubauen.

Seit den Morgenstunden kam es im Swisscom-Netz bei Anrufen über das Mobil- und Festnetz immer wieder zu Unterbrüchen. Der Grund dafür war laut Swisscom die enorm gesteigerte Belastung der Infrastruktur. Es wurden dreimal mehr Anrufe über das Mobilfunknetz verzeichnet als an normalen Tagen.
Ich bitte euch. Alle Telefonleitungen laufen über Datennetze (analoge Leitungen gibts nicht mehr) und ein Telefongespräch verbraucht ein paar Kilobit an Bandbreite (100Kbps). Vor Corona hat die ganze Schweiz am Abend Netflix geschaut (1.5Mbps), was 15x mehr Bandbreite benötigt als ein Telefongespräch. Jetzt soll plötzlich alles überlastet sein?
Ist es nicht eher wahrscheinlicher, dass nun Spracherkennungs- und Zensurinfrastruktur am Werk ist, die die Leitung kappt, sobald das Gespräch einen für die Regierung unerwünschten Verlauf annimmt?
Wie der „tagesanzeiger.ch“ berichtet, führten Mobilfunknutzer alleine am Vormittag des 16. März dreimal mehr Telefonate als üblich. Einen ähnlichen Anstieg gab es auch im Festnetzbereich. Berichtet wird von häufigen Verbindungsstörungen oder Abbrüchen. Laut „NZZ“ hat der Anbieter beim Datenverkehr zwar noch Reserven, doch auch in diesem Bereich fürchtet man Einschränkungen. Eine Sprecherin sagte gegenüber der Zeitung, dass eine punktuelle Überlastung nicht auszuschließen sei.
Die außerordentliche Belastung auf die digitale Infrastruktur beschäftigte auch den Bundesrat bei unseren eidgenössischen Nachbarn. Die Politiker dort baten die Schweizer, verantwortungsvoll mit den Datenmengen umzugehen. Sie kündigen auch Maßnahmen an, sollte das nicht geschehen. „Sollten gravierende Engpässe entstehen, hat der Bund die Möglichkeit, nicht versorgungsrelevante Dienste einzuschränken oder zu blockieren“, zitiert nzz.ch das Generalsekretariat des Departements für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und Kommunikation (Uvek). Kommt es also zum Zusammenbruch, könnte die Schweiz bestimmte Dienste, wie etwa Netflix abschalten lassen.
Wie heiss diese Aussagen sind, kann man daran erkennen, dass der Abschnitt mit „der Bund kann Dienste blockieren“ nur noch für NZZ-Abonnenten zugänglich ist.

Ich bin Verpackungsingenieur in einem Top 100 Unternehmen und weltweit unterwegs.
Seit ca. einem Jahr habe ich engen Kontakt mit Prof. Dr. Bäumler von der Universitätsklinik Regensburg. Dieser hat in Kooperation mit anderen Experten einen Wirkstoff entwickelt, der Oberflächen dauerhaft keimfrei macht.
Der Wirkstoff basiert auf einer Reaktion von (sichtbarem) Licht und Sauerstoff, und hält mindestens 12 Monate. Erste Labormuster sind sogar drei Jahre alt.
Der Wirkstoff wirkt gegen alles. Resistenzbildung ist nicht möglich. Es ist der absolute Durchbruch auf diesem Gebiet. Ich habe ca 20 Dokumente zu diesem Thema.

Bis vor einigen Wochen waren diese Experten in engem Kontakt mit der EZB und auch der Bundesregierung, da Geldscheine in der Tat ein großes Problem sind.
Auch mit den Finanzministern der USA und der Türkei hat man sich bereits getroffen. Denn mit dem Wirkstoff könnte man Geldscheine dauerhaft klinisch rein machen.
Seit ein paar Tagen werden sie völlig ignoriert. Herr Spahn vermeidet jeglichen Rückmeldung. Die EZB möchte den Wirkstoff nicht mehr.
Geldscheine als größtes Überträgerproblem wird immer mehr auf den Tisch kommen. Es passt perfekt in die Agenda, denn es wird laut der Politik und der Finanzelite nur eine Lösung geben => bargeldloses Zahlen.

Ja, das mangelnde Interesse der EZB und der Gesundheitsministerien an diesem Verfahren, besonders jetzt wegen der Quarantänemassnahmen, ist für mich der Beweis, dass sie diese Krise tatsächlich zur Abschaffung des Bargeld nutzen wollen.
Mit der Behandlung von Banknoten, um diese keimfrei zu machen, entfiele die Ausrede für die Ablehnung von Bargeld aus Gründen der Ansteckung.
Die Propaganda, welche die Medien jetzt verbreiten; „Bargeldlos bezahlen heisst virenfrei bezahlen“ ist damit abgeschossen, denn Bargeld kann auch virenfrei sein… Wenn man es will, nur: sie wollen es nicht.

Folgenden Erlebnisbericht habe ich von einem Leser aus der Schweiz bekommen:

soeben war ich im Coop und habe 2 Artikel im Wert von Fr. 3.25! gekauft, worauf ich gebeten wurde mit der Kreditkarte zu bezahlen.
Ich habe gesagt, dass ich keine Karte bei mir habe. Die Antwort war:
„Heute geht das noch, ab morgen wahrscheinlich nicht mehr, dass ist sicherer für unsere Angestellten.“
Ich habe nicht gewusst, dass Geld husten und niesen kann.
Wir Konsumenten wissen ja auch nicht, wer die Waren anfasst und ob diese kontaminiert sind.
Die Kassiererinnen arbeiten mit Handschuhen hinter neu montierten Plexiglasscheiben.
Durchsichtige Ausrede von Coop, denn es geht darum, das Bargeld abzuschaffen. Wenn die Krise vorbei ist, geht man sicher nicht wieder zurück zu Cash.
Bargeld ist ein legales Zahlungsmittel, kann also gar nicht abgelehnt werden. Man muss darauf bestehen.
Einfach auf die Theke legen und gehen.
Im Privatbereich bei Transaktionen akzeptiere ich nur Cash oder Gold oder Waren, denn das hat man in der Hand. Guthaben auf der Bank können sich bei einem Bail-In in Luft auflösen.
