Aus der Glashalle kommt plötzlich etwas auf mich zugerollt. Es ist ein Boot auf Rädern.

„Longneck, longneck – steig ein!“ ruft jemand aus unserem Hackerspace, während sein Namensvetter das Boot mit seinen fünf Insassen von hinten anschiebt. ‚Ok, dieses Ereignis wird hier nur einmal passieren und dann nie wieder‘ denke ich mir. Egal wie müde ich bin – das kann ich mir nicht entgehenlassen! Und ich steige ein. „Wohin fahrt ihr?“ „Sieht es so aus, als ob wir einen Plan hätten?“ bekam ich zur Antwort. Wir werden auf Gutdünken durchs Gelände gefahren. Woah, so toll! Ich darf zuvorderst vorne Platz nehmen und werde gefahren. Jetzt bin ich gespannt, wohin die Reise geht.

Vor vielen Jahren strandete ein Hacker-Raumschiff in unserem Sonnensystem. Um mit verschiedenen Kulturen und Lebensformen Kontakt aufzunehmen, schickten sie eine kleine Rakete zur Erde. Magie verbreitet sich wie Feenstaub, wo immer sie auftaucht.

Um Wissen und Informationsfreiheit zu verbreiten, reist sie nun zu allen Treffen, die der Chaos Computer Club, Europas grösster Hackerverband, organisiert. Bei diesen Treffen kommen Nerds, Hacker, Macher, Aktivisten und andere galaktische Lebensformen zusammen, um Perspektiven auf Technologie, Gesellschaft und utopische Ideen auszutauschen.

All Creatures Welcome zeichnet ein utopisches Bild der Gesellschaft im digitalen Zeitalter. Begleitet von dem Appell „Hacken als eine Denkweise“ tauchen die Zuschauer zusammen mit dem Filmemacher in ein dokumentarisches Abenteuerspiel ein und erkunden bei den Veranstaltungen des Chaos Computer Clubs die Welt der digitalen Gemeinschaften; eine realistische Reflexion des virtuellen Spektrums. Zusammen mit dem Filmemacher und dem Slogan „Use Hacking as a mindset“ tauchen wir in ein dokumentarisches Abenteuerspiel ein und erkunden die Welt der Komputerfrieks, wie sie sich 1981 auf der Gründungsversammlung des Chaos Computer Clubs nannten. Wir stoßen auf eine offene, freiheitliche Gesellschaft. Die Ereignisse des CCC sind eine Art utopische reale Reflexion des virtuellen Spektrums. Wir begegnen Engeln, Aktivisten, Robotern, Programmierern und Machern. Wir lernen, was ein Hack ist, warum Lockpicking wichtig sein kann, wie ein Mobilfunksystem funktioniert. Wir tauchen in das Spiel ein und werden Teil der Gemeinschaft, die ebenso integrativ wie anspruchsvoll ist. Noch außerhalb dieses Kollektivs sind die Herausforderungen in einer Zeit, in der politische Gewissheiten und Institutionen zunehmend erodieren, enorm. Modelle der Regierungsführung, Wirtschaft, Sozialordnung, Technologie und Wissenschaft werden rund um die Uhr in Frage gestellt. Mit den Verhaltensregeln des Internets werden nationale Gesetze aufgehoben und in globale Strukturen umgewandelt. Während das weltweite Netz strukturell tatsächlich eine radikale Erneuerung der Demokratie ermöglichen würde, indem es sie von der Repräsentation zur Partizipation verändert, driften immer mehr Staaten in der politischen Realität zu autoritären Gesellschaften hin. Im Laufe dieses Prozesses wurde unbemerkt die größte Überwachungsmaschine der Menschheitsgeschichte geschaffen. Wir sehen, wie die Hackerkultur diesen Herausforderungen begegnet und welche inneren Widersprüche ihr begegnen. Wir lernen, dass unser Leben nicht von allgemeinen, gegebenen Wahrheiten bestimmt wird, sondern tatsächlich durch die Art und Weise, wie wir arbeiten, uns entwickeln, leiden oder träumen. Die Ereignisse des CCC werden zu einer möglichen Blaupause des sozialen Umbruchs. Selbstorganisation, Meinungsfreiheit und kritische Diskussion verschmelzen in einem bunten, polyphonen Chor abseits von sozialen Normen und kapitalistischen Zwängen: „Seid ausgezeichnet zueinander!“

Was macht wirklichen Schulerfolg aus? Gilt der Grundsatz «Übung macht den Meister»? Oder ist es die Intelligenz, die darüber entscheidet, ob das Lernen gelingt oder nicht? In Pratteln wurde am 1. August 2018 am Gallenweg 8 eine Tagesschule eröffnet, die beim Lernen neue Wege geht.

Ausgangspunkt für das Schulprojekt war eine Entdeckung. Denis Marcel Bitterli, Initiant und Schulleiter der ­Privatschule, führte als Volksschullehrer in seinem Klassenzimmer vor 25 Jahren ein neues Fach ein: Die Lernwerkstatt. In dieser wurde statt Vokabeln zu büffeln oder viele ­Arbeitsblätter auszufüllen an eigenen Lernprojekten gearbeitet. Es entstanden Filme, Marionetten, Baumhäuser, Instrumente oder Anlagen für Modelleisenbahnen. ­Zugleich wurde mit der fachlichen Arbeit herausgearbeitet, welche Bedeutung das Werk für die ­persönliche Entwicklung und das Arbeitsverhalten haben könnte. ­Themen wie Abgrenzung, Konkurrenz oder Angst wurden besprochen. Obwohl die Mädchen und Knaben ­dadurch weniger Deutsch- und Mathematikunterricht hatten, liess sich bereits nach wenigen Wochen mit Erstaunen feststellen, dass sich die Leistungen der Schüler markant verbesserten. Sowohl in der Fach-, wie auch in der ­Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz waren deutliche Fortschritte ­erkennbar. Warum?

Die Erfahrungen aus dem Klassen­zimmer liessen den ­Bildungsfachmann aufhorchen. Bauen wir unsere Schulen auf überholten pädagogischen Grundsätzen auf? Müssten wir nicht eine ­Neugewichtung vornehmen und vermehrt auf der Förderung von Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz auf ­bauen? Zusammen mit Kollegen stellte er sich den pädagogischen Fragen. Gemeinsam begannen sie, das Unterrichten zu überdenken und auf den Kopf zu stellen. Ein Konzept entstand, welches Bildung und ­Schule auf das Wesentliche – auf die Entwicklung von Beziehungs­fähigkeit – ausrichtet. Es entstand die Prima Bildung.

Es gibt keine Einheitsklassen sondern altersdurchmischte Lerngruppen. Neben Kindern und Jugendlichen, welche die obligatorische Schulzeit zurücklegen, kommen auch Eltern und Erwachsene in den Genuss von Bildungsangeboten. Für die Schüler gibt es keine Hausaufgaben und keine Prüfungen, sondern Kompetenznachweise. Anstatt mit Noten werden die Leistungen mit einem Portfolio aus gewiesen. Stundenplan und Lern­inhalte legen die Schüler gemeinsam mit den Lernbegleitern fest. Man kann in den Ferien zur Schule gehen. Die Schule findet nicht nur im Schulhaus, welches übrigens alles andere wie ein klassisches Schulhaus aussieht – sondern auch in Lernateliers an anderen Orten statt. Auch ausserschulische Lernangebote, die in Vereinen und in der Freizeit besucht werden, sind ein Bestandteil der Bildung.

Einen neuen Kampfjet bauen – wie schwer kann es sein?

Er soll fliegen, schiessen, optional eine gute Nachtsicht ermöglichen und idealerweise andere Objekte mittels Freund-Feind Erkennung auf dem Head-Up-Display darstellen.

Die F35? Kann weder schiessen noch Ziele identifizieren, die Nachtsicht ist unbrauchbar und der Flieger benötigt eine aktive Internetverbindung, damit er überhaupt startet (!!) 😀 (Jaja!)

Das ALIS-Netzwerk gewährt den USA bei Bedarf aber auch eine aktive Kontrolle über die bei den Partnerländern stationierten F-35 mit Hilfe der Verteilung von Updates und Patches der internen wie externen F-35 Software. ALIS könnte von den USA zukünftig zudem als “trojanisches Pferd” genutzt werden, um darüber Schadsoftware in die F-35 u.U. missliebig gewordener Partnerländer einzuspielen und diese softwareseitig lahmzulegen.

Der Cyberwar findet wirklich in der Cloud statt! Flugis abschiessen per Software.
Wobei es bei dieser F35 ja viel leichter ist, die fliegt schon gar nicht erst.

Der DOT&E hat in seinem Bericht insgesamt 301 schwerwiegende (Software-)Fehler u.a. in den Bereichen Zielbekämpfung, Waffenintegration, Überlebensfähigkeit, Missionsplanung, Cyber-Sicherheit, ALIS-Software und Wartungsfähigkeit festgestellt. Davon sind zumindestens 88 in der “Bearbeitung”, die restlichen 213 Fehler bleiben erst einmal ungelöst.

Wesentlich schwerwiegender ist aber das Fehlen der einsatzrelevanten Missionsdateien (Mission Data Loads – MDL). […] Ohne diese MDL kann die F-35 weder ihre Ziele finden noch möglichen Bedrohungen entgehen. Ihre Tarnkappenfähigkeit hängt maßgeblich von den MDL ab, um optimale Flugrouten abseits gegnerischer Flugabwehr und Abfangjäger zu berechnen.

Ich stelle mir das bildlich so vor, wie filigrane SAP-Cluster am Himmel kreisen und sich gegenseitig mit XML-Raketen und Java-Stacktraces befeuern. Wunderbar.

Man muss sich ja elektronisch abschiessen, denn bei der Zielgenauigkeit hapert es ebenfalls noch ein bisschen:

Bei den Waffensystemen sieht es nicht unbedingt besser aus. Die F-35A ist für ihre vorgesehene Luftnahunterstützungsrolle u.a. mit einer internen, vierläufigen 25mm Gatlingkanone ausgerüstet. Bei den Waffentests im Jahr 2017 stellte sich heraus, dass diese zu weit und auch zu weit nach rechts feuert.

Etwa zur selben Zeit hatte ich erfahren, dass der Hersteller der grössten und besten Lichtsteuerungssoftware auf der ganzen Welt eine abgespeckte Version der GrandMA-Konsole für kleinere Veranstaltungen veröffentlicht hat: dot2.
Und dass es eine PC-Version davon gibt.
Und dass man die gratis herunterladen kann.
Und dass man damit 512 DMX-Kanäle über Art-Net steuern kann.
Wait what? Ich kann meine Shows nun mit der Software steuern, mit der sie all die grossen Openairs beleuchten?
