„Darf ich den mal ausprobieren?“

Vorsichtig träufle ich Petrol auf die beiden Filzenden des Feuerstabs. Wir sind in einer Waldhütte auf einem Psylocybin-Trip. Draussen liegt eine dicke Scheedecke, und nachdem ich die fraktale mathematische Struktur des Schnees gesehen habe, die geheimnisvollen Bienenwabenmuster in der Glut des Feuers etwas zurückgehen, die Makroskopie- und Mikroskopie-Effekte nachlassen – kurz: Eine ruhigere Phase des Trips anfängt, verspüre ich grosse Lust, den Feuerstab auszuprobieren.

„Bis später!“ meine Freunde bleiben in der Hütte am warmen Grillfeuer, ich gehe nach draussen zur Feuerstelle.

Die Enden sind entzündet. Wir sind ganz alleine da draussen. Nur ich und der Feuerstab. Langsam hebe ich ihn hoch. Es fühlt sich träge an. Mit einem feinen Impuls starte ich die Drehung. Sogleich fauchen die Flammen um mich herum. Meine akustische Wahrnehmung ist sowieso gesteigert, und so höre ich das Heulen der Flammen gefühlt vierdimensional. Tschäss ist das geil!

Am Boom Festival sah ich sie oft, die Feuertänzer. Aber ich habe niemals daran gedacht, dass ich das selber könne, geschweige denn, mal ausprobieren will. Jetzt ist es einfach soweit, und es macht soo unglaublich Spass!

Ich wirble den Stab herum. Von Finger zu Finger. Doch beim vierten Finger wirds tricky; ich stoppe die Drehung. Stillstand. Der Geist in der Schwebe. Die Polaritäten sind ausbalanciert. Meine Hand im Zentrum des Stabes gibt den Impuls. Sie kontrolliert den Stab, die Materie. Der Geist kontrolliert die Materie. Das Prinzip des Geistes. Der Stab beginnt sich zu drehen. Es gibt keinen Stillstand, nur unentwegte Bewegung.

Ich bremse den einen Arm des Stabes, der andere hält an. Das Prinzip von Ursache und Wirkung.

Zwei Flammen, zwei Polaritäten. Und doch sind sie verbunden, doch sind sie eins. Das Prinzip der Polarität.

Die Flammen wirbeln und sausen. Bilden einen Kreis. Ein Feuerrad?

Was für ein Spiel mit Bewegung, mit Pendel- und Hebelwirkung, mit der Waage, mit der Trägheit. Mit Schwingung und Energie. Geschick und Kunst. Ich bin begeistert.

Ja, lieber Feuerstab. Ich glaube, du kannst mir noch viele Geheimnisse des Universums praktisch veranschaulichen. Das war nicht das letzte mal, dass wir miteinander spielen.

Ich will das lernen. Ich brauche meinen eigenen Feuerstab. Eine neue Leidenschaft.
