Es gibt ein paar astrologische Ereignisse, die jeden treffen. Eines davon ist der «Saturn’s Return». Saturn umkreist die Sonne alle 29,5 Jahre. Das bedeutet auch, dass er nach dieser Zeit wieder an genau der selben Stelle steht wie bei unserer Geburt. Und er stellt dir ein paar Fragen:
„Du bist bald 30 – was hast du mit deinem Leben bisher gemacht?“
„Die Zeit fliesst vorbei. Fang was richtiges an. Etwas langfristiges.“
Mit Fragen stellen meine ich natürlich nicht, dass der Planet durch den Weltraum redet. Es ist sein Einfluss, der diese Fragen in dir auslöst. Plötzlich ist da ein innerer Drang, ein aufhorchen. Oder beim Einschlafen tauchen Fragen auf.
Eine Art veränderter Bewusstseinszustand – sehr subtil, aber da. Funktioniert so gut wie die Schwerkraft. Du musst nicht daran glauben, sie wirkt trotzdem.
„Thou must fulfill“
Saturn. Der Herrscher der physischen Ebene. Um was geht’s? Um Strukturen, Verantwortung, Macht, Fundamente, und um das, was man bisher erreicht hat.
Die Menschen nehmen in dieser Zeit, kurz bevor sie 30 werden, verschiedene Aspekte ihres Lebens sehr genau unter die Lupe. Ihre Karriere, ihre Familie, ihre Beziehungen; ihre Art zu leben. Ist es das Leben, das ich leben will? Veränderungen sind gut möglich; manche wechseln ihren Wohnort, andere ihren Beruf. Man beendet, was man aus der Kindheit mitschleift und sich nicht gut mit der eigenen Persönlichkeit verträgt. Zeit für Neuanfänge. Viele Menschen heiraten, einige haben ihr erstes Kind – eine grosse Verantwortung. Andere machen sich selbständig und gründen ihre eigene Firma. Das sind alles Wirkungen von Saturn.
Man ist nicht mehr der Zaungast, der am Rande der Welt dem Geschehen zuschaut, sondern der Schauspieler, der mitspielen will.
When in this transition (crisis) period, it is valuable to ask yourself the following questions
- What kind of a career am I temperamentally suit for?
- If I died tomorrow, what would I like to leave in the world?
- What kind of person do I want to grow old with as a mate?
- Do I want the responsibility of a family?
- How hard am I willing to work?
- How much responsibility am I willing to take on?
- Where am I feeling burdened, restricted, confined and limited?
- How can I change my life to feel competent, capable, expert and in charge (rather than burdened, etc.)?
- What skills have I developed through my life to date that I can put to work in the world?
- Am I still living out the „shoulds“ and „shouldn’ts“ of someone else (parents, teacher, partners, etc.)? If so, how can I be truer to my inner essence?
- How, where, and to what, do I want to make an enduring commitment?
- If I view this as a time to lay a foundation, what is it I would like to build in the next six to seven years?
If you are near the Age Thirty Crisis, take a look at your life!
You are not as old as you may feel right now, but you are making important choices! Examine the structures you have set up. If they are too restrictive, make healthy, productive changes.
Die Herausforderung ist es, sich zu etwas zu verpflichten; einer Person, einer Karriere, einer Familie; einfach einer Lebensstruktur, die das Wachstum der Persönlichkeit fördert. Was kann man der Welt hinterlassen, ohne sich überlastet, unzulänglich oder hilflos zu fühlen? Welche Talente kann man entfalten?
Und bei mir?
Ich frage mich, ob das verhebt, was ich vor zwei drei Jahren an langfristigen Projekten gestartet hab. Es heisst auch: „Wie kann ich das, was ich bisher gelernt und erfahren habe, in die Welt hinaustragen? Sichtbare Fussabdrücke hinterlassen?“ Wird schwierig. Ich will keine Kinder und ich werde auch nicht heiraten. Aber ich habe ein Tagebuch, mit dem ich an mir selbst arbeite, und meine Erkenntnisse der Welt weitergebe, während ich auf dem Pfad Schritt für Schritt voranschreite.
Trotzdem habe ich in letzter Zeit den Drang, auch in der äusseren Welt Dinge zu tun, die mich schon lange nerven, wo ich mich selbst unzulänglich finde und gerne besser sein will. Oh, da hat’s noch Lücken im Kalender, da könnte man noch eine Weiterbildung machen. Es ist, als ob mir Saturn einen riesen Pickel in die Hand gibt und sagt: „Da nimm, und sieh was du alles vom Stein gemeisselt kriegst!“
Hab ich eigentlich schon erwähnt, dass ich dieses Jahr kein einziges Mal zum fliegen gekommen bin? Obwohl ich wollte, aber es kam immer wieder etwas dazwischen. Zeit und Strukturen – der Terminkalender ist voll. Es geht wohl jetzt darum, etwas zu erreichen.
Aber auch: Jede Weiterbildung kommt zu einem Abschluss. Jede Erfahrung bringt eine Erkenntnis. Die Erntezeit gehört dazu.
Erwachsen werden
Richtig erwachsen ist man erst mit 30, astrologisch gesehen. Oh, und wenn du jetzt meinst, ich würde mich dann guten Manieren unterwerfen und mich gut benehmen, dann kannst du mir aber 3x am Arsch lecken, lieber Saturn!
Nee. Erwachsen sein ist was anderes. Man ist „er-wachsen“, gewachsen. Hat mehr Erfahrung, Ruhe. Kann seine eigenen Entscheidungen treffen und darauf stolz sein, ohne auf die Meinungen anderer Rücksicht nehmen zu müssen. „Ich kann etwas.“
Man erfindet sich selbst neu, wird Autor seines eigenen Lebensdrehbuchs. Ponies kriegen ihr Cutie-Mark.

- Sieh Veränderungen positiv.
- Gehe Risiken ein, arbeite hart. Es wird belohnt werden.
- Aber lerne auch, nein zu sagen. Überlastung ist ebenso schädlich.
