Ich habe in der letzten Zeit folgendes realisiert. Es gibt keine freie Marktwirtschaft. Man kann nicht einfach so handeln – nein, das wäre ja zu einfach. Man muss ein Gewerbe anmelden, sich in ein Handelsregister eintragen lassen, und ist Regulationen und Gesetzen unterworfen.

Nach Hartz IV-Kritik: Inge Hannemann beurlaubt
Heute Morgen war die Hartz IV kritische Jobcenter-Mitarbeiterin Inge Hannemann nach ihrem Urlaub zu einem Gespräch mit der Geschäftsführung eingeladen. Nach diesem Gespräch sollte ganz normal der Dienst bei ihrem Arbeitgeber „teamarbeit Hamburg“ beginnen. Doch stattdessen wurde sie mit sofortiger Wirkung seitens der Geschäftsführung vom Dienst „freigestellt“. Ihren Schlüssel musste sie sofort abgegeben und ein Jobcenter darf sie nicht betreten.
Bereits am Morgen hatte Frau Hannemann nach eigenen Angaben versucht, sich mit dem Online-System per Passwort einzuloggen. Das funktionierte schon nicht mehr, weshalb Inge Hannemann und ihre Unterstützer bereits schlimmes befürchteten. Nun ist die Gewissheit da, die Hamburger Behörde entledigt sich offenbar ihrer größten Kritikerin.
Zum Hintergrund: Seit einiger Zeit betreibt Frau Hannemann einen privaten Blog. Dort schreibt sie regelmäßig über Missstände in den Jobcentern und berichtet von ihrem Kampf für die Rechte von Hartz IV Betroffenen. In ihren Beiträgen fordert sie wiederholt die Einhaltung des Grundgesetzes innerhalb der Hartz IV-Gesetze und spricht sich für Mitarbeiter in den Behörden aus, die eine entsprechende Ausbildung bekommen und mit Empathie den Menschen auch in den Ämtern begegnen. In diesem Zusammenhang macht sie sich auch für die Abschaffung aller Sanktionen bei Hartz IV stark und kämpft gegen die alltägliche Willkür in den Jobcentern. Auch gegenüber „gegen-Hartz.de hat Frau Hannemann bereits ein Interview gegeben.
Eben jenes kritisches Denken hatte die Hansestadt Hamburg als Arbeitgeber dazu veranlasst, Frau Hannemann bereits vor einigen Wochen zu einer „Anhörung“ zu laden. Dort war unter anderem zu lesen: „Über die Inhalte des Blogs und darüber, ob und wieweit Sie an diesen Inhalten in Zukunft festhalten oder davon abrücken möchte würden wir gern ein persönliches Gespräch mit Ihnen führen.“ Damit zog die Behörde eine deutliche Linie. Entweder Frau Hannemann hört auf kritisch zu denken und ihre Gedanken öffentlich zu machen oder sie hat mit scharfen beruflichen Konsequenzen zu rechnen. Damals wurde allerdings die Anhörung noch einmal kurz vor Beginn seitens der Geschäftsführung abgeblasen. Nun aber hat man anscheinend ernst gemacht und Frau Hannemann ausgeschlossen. (sb)

Ist das Vorgehen eigentlich legal, die Bankkonten einzufrieren und eine Sonderabgabe gleich einzubehalten?
Leider ja. Tatsächlich kann ein Gesetzgeber gar nichts Illegales tun, weil er ja die Gesetze selbst macht. Egal, was ein Gesetzgeber in ein Gesetz schreibt, es wird dadurch ja gerade legal. Die Frage kann nur sein: ist das verfassungswidrig? Denn in Rechtsstaaten ist das die Grenze, die ein Gesetzgeber einzuhalten hat. Aber solche Fälle wie der diskutierte sind in den wenigsten Verfassungen vorgesehen, auch nicht in der zypriotischen.
Aber ist das Vorgehen auch legitim?
Nein, sicher nicht. Das kann man leicht an einem Beispiel erklären: Nehmen wir mal eine Immobilien-Verwaltung, die eine Kapitalgesellschaft ist, z.B. eine AG.
Kommt die in Schieflage, sind erst einmal die Aktionäre gefordert – wenn die Firma es nicht schafft, schnell aus der Schieflage herauszufinden, ist das Aktienvermögen der Aktionäre weg, denn der Insolvenzverwalter bedient dann die Gläubiger. Dabei sind Aktionärskredite ebenfalls weg.
Wird eine Sanierung versucht, so kauft sich derjenige, der sanieren möchte, die Aktien für einen Appel und ein Ei, sonst macht er es nicht. Die Aktionärskredite müssen zurückstecken, und auch die Gläubiger müssen kräftig zurückstecken, sonst versucht niemand die Sanierung.
Was aber sicher niemals auch nur im Entferntesten angetastet wird, und da gibt es auch rechtlich keine Handhabe, sind die Immobilien. Denn die gehören unserem Beispielunternehmen ja gar nicht. Also sind sie im Insolvenzfalle nicht Teil der Insolvenzmasse, sie bleiben auch im Sanierungsfalle unangetastet.
Vergleicht man den Fall mit einer Bank, die die Spareinlagen und das einbezahlte Geld auf den Girokonten verwaltet, sieht man das Problem deutlich.
Aber so werden wenigstens die Vermögen der Reichen stark, und die der kleinen Leute nur schwach belastet, richtig?
Das ist leider falsch.Vermögen haben vermögende Leute in den seltensten Fällen auf Sparbüchern oder gar Girokonten in grossen Summen. Vermögen hat man in Inhaberschuldverschreibungen, in Aktien, in Fonds investiert, in allem Möglichen, aber nicht in grossen Summen auf dem Konto. Der Grund: so gibt es viel mehr Zinsen.
Wenn jemand z.B. 1 Milliarde EUR in Inhaberschuldverschreibungen und 1 Milliarde EUR in Aktien hat, sowie 10.000 EUR auf dem Girokonto, so wird er mit 675 EUR belastet. Er hat aber ein Vermögen von über 2 Milliarden EUR. Hat aber ein anderer gerade einen Kredit für 100.000 EUR aufgenommen (um z.B. als Handwerker oder kleiner Produktionsbetrieb eine Maschine zu kaufen), und sich eben die Kreditsumme auszahlen lassen, so hat derjenige einen Kredit mit 100.000 EUR und ein Girokonto auch mit 100.000 EUR. Die Summe dieses Geldvermögens und der entsprechenden Verbindlichkeit ist 0. Aber er muss 9.900 EUR abgeben, steht also danach um diesen Betrag im Minus.
Warum kommt es dann zu solch merkwürdigen Regelungen?
Da kann man nur spekulieren. Eine Theorie ist, dass das ganze aufgrund von Inkompetenz der beteiligten Entscheider so geworden ist, oder einen faulen politischen Kompromiss darstellt, der eben sinnlos ist. Andere sprechen davon, dass Zypern nur ein Testfall ist, wo man im Kleinen ausprobiert, was man – falls es dort funktioniert – dann in Spanien und Italien machen möchte. Zypern ist ja so klein, dass es in Deutschland sogar verfassungswidrig ist, ihm zu helfen.
In Deutschland soll es verfassungswidrig sein, in Zypern Banken zu retten. Ist das richtig?
Ja, das ist richtig. Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat entschieden, dass mit dem ESM nur „gerettet“ werden darf. wenn der Euro als Ganzes in Gefahr ist. In anderen Situationen darf man damit keine Banken retten. Trotzdem hat sich der deutsche Finanzminister, Wolfgang Schäuble, zusammen mit der Kanzlerin Angela Merkel entschieden, in Zypern mit Geldern des ESM Banken zu “retten”. Auf die Erklärung, weshalb diese Vorgehensweise dem Urteil des Verfassungsgerichts trotzdem entsprechen soll, wartet die Öffentlichkeit noch.

Habt ihr Kinder, weil ihr euch entschieden habt, einer Seele auf diesem Planeten ein Leben zu schenken? Ein Kind grosszuziehen, es zu fördern und unterstützen in dem was es ist (und es nicht so zu formen, wie es euren Vorstellungen entspricht), es von ganzem Herzen zu lieben und für es da zu sein, wenn es euch braucht?
Oder habt ihr Kinder, weil „man eben Kinder hat“, weil es die Gesellschaft von euch erwartet? Damit ihr stolz durch’s Dorf laufen und sagen könnt: „Seht her! Auch ich habe es geschafft. Meine Geschlechtsteile sind voll funktionstüchtig, hier ist der Beweis.“ Damit ihr anderen Fotos zeigen könnt, wie „süüüüüüüss“ die Kleinen doch sind…
Tja, und wenn die Kleinen dann plötzlich unangenehme Fragen stellen, oder sich nicht so Verhalten, wie es „von ihnen erwartet wird“ – dann werden die Kleinen zu einem kleinen Hindernis.
Unsere prima funktionierende Gesellschaft hat für diese kleinen Hindernisse etwas wunderbares erfunden: Die Kinderkrippe. Dort können vollzeitbeschäftigte Eltern ihren Schutt am Morgen abladen, danach in der Firma prima Fotos zeigen und am Abend ihre Kinder wieder abholen.
Wenn ich auf Wikipedia kurz den Eintrag überfliege, wird da von Qualitätssicherung und Standards gesprochen. Hallo?? Sind wir denn hier in einer Firma? Ah ja, natürlich. Kinderbetreuer ist ein bezahlter Job. Bei dem man möglicherweise arbeiten muss. Nicht will. Ein Job, der auf Studien, Anforderungskatalogen und Standards basiert, die von Systemsklaven entworfen wurden.
Der Aufbau eines qualitativ hochwertigen Krippensystems sei in (West-)Deutschland bislang „sträflich vernachlässigt“ worden.
Der Göttinger Hirnforscher Gerald Hüther hat Kinderkrippen verteidigt. «Erfahrungen und Studien aus anderen Ländern zeigen, dass sich Kinder dort gut entwickeln», sagte der Professor der «Neuen Osnabrücker Zeitung». Das gelte allerdings nur bei einem hochwertigen Krippenangebot. «Ein Kind entwickelt sich zu Hause gut, wenn die Mutter sich über das Kind freut und gern mit ihm zusammen ist», sagte der Experte. Für Mütter, die eigentlich lieber berufstätig wären oder die arbeiten müssten, weil die Gesellschaft sie als Mutter nicht bezahle, sei es sinnvoll, ein Betreuungsangebot zur Verfügung zur stellen.
WARUM HABT IHR DENN ÜBERHAUPT KINDER?
Als Prestigesymbol. Damit man sie vorzeigen kann. Ich musste auch schon an Geburtstage von Verwandten mitgehen und artig sein. Ob mir das gefällt, das hat man mich nicht gefragt.
Warum gibt es eigentlich keinen Elternführerschein? Ich meine: Um ein Auto zu Lenken, muss ich verschiedene Bedingungen erfüllen und Prüfungen ablegen. Weil Autofahren etwas verantwortungsvolles ist. Und Eltern sein und Kinder grossziehen? Das ist nichts verantwortungsvolles?
Was halten denn Kindertagesstättenbetreuer von Kinderkrippen? Lesen wir einen Ausschnitt:
Bevor ich meine Erfahrungen mit Kindertagesstätten in Schweden erzähle, möchte ich mich selbst vorstellen: Ich bin schwedischer Bürger, 47 Jahre alt, verheiratet und Vater von zwei Töchtern im Alter von jetzt 20 und 17 Jahren. Meine Frau ist diplomierte Kinderpflegerin für Kindertagesstätten und war bis zur Geburt unseres ersten Kindes in ihrem Beruf tätig.
Als wir unser erstes Kind erwarteten, erklärte mir meine Frau, daß sie unser Baby nicht einer Kindertagesstätte anvertrauen wolle. Dabei ist zu bemerken, daß sie zu dieser Zeit selbst in einer solchen Tagesstätte tätig war. Als ich sie nach dem Grund fragte, antwortete sie mir, daß sie aus ihrer eigenen Erfahrung sagen könne, daß keine fremde Person in der Lage sei, einem Kind die Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit entgegenzubringen, die der liebenden Verbindung zwischen einem Elternteil und dem Kind entspricht.
An manchen Abenden kehrte sie heim und weinte um ihre kleinen Klienten, die wie lebende Pakete morgens abgeliefert und abends von ihren Eltern abgeholt würden. Ich versprach ihr, daß ich alles tun würde, um das notwendige Einkommen für uns zu sichern, damit sie sich selbst um unser Kind sorgen könne.
Und dann wundern sich die Leute, wenn mal wieder jemand Amok läuft. Es soll kürzlich wieder einen gegeben haben. Nein ich hab’s nicht gelesen, sondern einfach mitbekommen. Aber ich sage euch was folgt: Politikerknallköpfe, die nach Killerspielen suchen und weitere Gesetze erlassen. Niemand sucht nach den wirklichen Gründen, das wird ja gar nicht erwartet von den ängstlichen Fernsehzuschauern. Soll sich doch der Staat um die Sicherheit kümmern und Massnahmen ergreifen, gegen die Bedrohungen, die wir nach 9 Monaten Brutzeit rauslassen.
Denn: Wir wollen ja nicht, dass die kleinen Hindernisse zu grossen Hindernissen heranwachsen.
Erziehung ist ein Vollzeitjob.
Liebe Eltern. Wenn Ihr Kinder habt, dann ist das euer Beruf. Ihr müsst euch um sie kümmern, und nicht nebenher noch arbeiten. Es sind eure Kinder. Kinder sind ein Vollzeitjob. Sie wollen von euch grossgezogen und geliebt werden. Niemand kann das ersetzen. Ihr vermittelt ihnen die Werte, die sie später in die Welt hinaustragen und die zukünftige Gesellschaft formen. Wollen wir, dass der Staat diese Gesellschaft formt?

Steuern sind dazu da, um Menschen zu steuern. Über all die Jahre ist mir immer wieder aufgefallen, wie die Leute mit dem System kämpfen, statt ihr eigenes Leben zu leben. Sich so darin einfügen, dass sie daraus profitieren, auf Kosten anderer.
Warum hält ein Hauseigentümer mit einem grossen Stück Land zwei Ziegen? Nicht etwa weil er Ziegen mag. Mit diesen Nutztieren gilt sein Eigentum als Bauernbetrieb und das ist steuerlich günstiger.
Warum führt ein Hauseigentümer jährlich kleine Renovationen durch? Nicht, weil das Haus es nötig hätte. Man kann diese Renovationen von den Steuern abziehen.
Warum in Chur wohnen und mit dem Auto nach Zürich arbeiten gehen? Weil man dann die Fahrtkosten von den Steuern abziehen kann. Umweltverschmutzung, um Geld zu sparen. Was für ein Arschloch.
Warum heiraten? Zu zweit in Kombination zahlt man weniger Steuern.
Warum Kinder haben? Kinder kann man von den Steuern abziehen.
Warum ein Haus bauen? Nicht, weil man das Geld dafür hätte. Man nimmt Schulden auf und kann diese von den Steuern abziehen (WHAT THE FUCK?!). Die Natur ist verbaut und das Haus gehört der Bank – für immer.
Zum Teufel. Dieses Steuersystem zerstört unsere Umwelt, produziert mehr Überbevölkerung, bevorteiligt diejenigen, die nicht mit Geld umgehen können und Schulden haben, und diskriminiert jeden, der sein Leben nicht danach ausrichtet und optimiert.
Dieses Volk lässt sich so leicht steuern, es würde sogar aus dem Fenster springen, wenn man das von den Steuern abziehen könnte. Sind die Leute wirklich so doof? Wobei – ich suche nach einem Begriff dafür. Doof und dumm ist das eigentlich nicht. Schlau? Auf jeden Fall unethisch und parasitär. Ein Missbrauch und ein absichtliches Ausnutzen der Lücken und Vorteile auf Kosten anderer. Man denkt nur bis zur Nasenspitze und sorgt für das eigene Wohl, und nimmt keine Rücksicht auf die Natur, sieht nicht den Gesamtzusammenhang als Gemeinschaft auf einem Planeten. Man stellt sich die Lebensumstände so zusammen, dass man möglichst günstig dabei rauskommt. Parasitäre Unterwerfung. Oder folgsame Parasiten? Diese Gutmenschen, die so stolz darauf sind, wenn sie sich so angepasst haben und dann vom Staat finanziell belohnt werden. Verdammte Steuersparschweine.
Es passt mir nicht. Erstens schaltet es alle auf Gleichstrom. Es bestimmt unser Verhalten und unsere Entscheidungen. Es gibt uns ein Leben vor, und wenn wir uns fügen, werden wir dafür belohnt. Vorallem aber diskriminiert es Menschen, die ihren eigenen Weg gehen und ihr Leben nicht von den Steuern abziehen.
Wenn sich die Leute anders nicht dazu bewegen lassen, etwas für diese Welt zu tun – dann müssen wir als erstes dieses Steuersystem anpassen und ein paar weltverbessernde Massnahmen einbauen:
Betreiber von Tor Servern kriegen ihre Serverkosten vollumfänglich zurückerstattet
Jedes Kind und jedes Auto ist ein Multiplikator. Zwei Kinder und ein Auto = viermal so viel Steuern! Die daraus erzeugten Gewinne werden für Autobahnabbruch-, Häusersprengungs- und Renaturierungsprojekte verwendet.
1’000.- Steuererleichterung pro Baum, den man gepflanzt hat und der mindestens seit 10 Jahren besteht.
Verheiratete zahlen je genau gleich viel, wie wenn sie getrennt leben würden.
Schulden werden doppelt und dreifach belastet. Pro Franken Schulden, drei Franken Steuern! Wer sich kein Haus leisten kann, soll keine Häuser bauen, basta!
Wie würde die Welt sich wohl entwickeln, wenn wir so ein Steuersystem hätten? Na? 🙂 Aber eigentlich bin ich überhaupt kein Fan, wenn der Staat steuert. Kein Steuersystem soll herrschen. Dafür ein autonomes, eigenes Leben in einer solidarischen, freien und gleichberechtigten Gesellschaft. Einer Anarchie.
