Freie Marktwirtschaft? Pustekuchen!

Ich habe in der letzten Zeit folgendes realisiert. Es gibt keine freie Marktwirtschaft. Man kann nicht einfach so handeln – nein, das wäre ja zu einfach.
Man muss ein Gewerbe anmelden, sich in ein Handelsregister eintragen lassen, und ist Regulationen und Gesetzen unterworfen.

Patente

Das man etwas produzieren kann, heisst noch lange nicht, dass man das auch darf. Ich möchte zum Beispiel Tomaten verkaufen. Aber dann kommt jemand hinter dem Ofen hervorgekrochen und sagt:

Das mit den Tomaten ist leider kein Witz und vielleicht schon bald wahr, wenn wir uns nicht wehren.

Oder aus einem älteren Beitrag: Heilpflanzen in der EU bald illegal.

Mächtige Organisationen und Zusammenschlüsse (sogenannte Lobbys) schmieren geben Politikern Geld, damit diese Gesetze erlassen, die diesen Mächtigen dienen.

Steuern

Hat man sich erst mal etwas Geld erworben, kommt wieder einer hinter dem Ofen hervorgekrochen:

Das ist Papa Staat und diese Funktion heisst „Steuern“. Ein Fond, in den alle einen Beitrag einzahlen, mit dem dann die gemeinnützigen Einrichtungen finanziert werden. So weit, so gut.
Was aber, denn von diesem Fond Dinge finanziert werden, mit denen ich nicht einverstanden bin? Wälder abgeholzt, Autobahnen gebaut, Kriege finanziert?

Ich will da nicht einzahlen!

Das ist Diebstahl! Lieber Papa Staat, wenn du Geld für Rüstung brauchst, hol dir das woanders. Erwirb es dir rechtmässig. Aber stehle es sicher nicht von allen anderen!

Damit bin ich nicht einverstanden.

Um sicherzustellen, dass jeder genug Beiträge einzahlt, will der Staat immer wissen, was man tut. Genauer: Woher das Geld kommt, wohin es fliesst, und wer wieviel hat. Ich kann nicht einfach Bargeld verdienen. Ich muss einen Lohnausweis vorweisen. Oder, bei einem Gewerbe, alle Einkünfte offenlegen. Jede Rechnung.

Da das alles offengelegt werden muss, wie ich mein Geld erworben habe, ist auch automatisch sichergestellt, dass das Geld nur mit Waren erwirtschaftet wurde, die vom Staat zugelassen sind. Handel, der keine Patente oder Gesetze verletzt, welche von den Mächtigen aufgestellt wurden. Handel, wie ihn der Staat vorgibt, ist erlaubt. So und nicht anders.

Diese „freie Marktwirtschaft“ ist in Wirklichkeit der strengste regulierte Marktplatz überhaupt.

Schwarzer Markt

Wirklich freier Handel findet ohne Staat, Regulationen und Gesetze statt. Der Schwarzmarkt ist alles Gewaltlose, was vom Staat verboten ist und trotzdem ausgeführt wird.

Roter Markt

Die Mafia ist zum Beispiel kein Schwarzmarkt, sondern funktioniert als Regierung über einige Teile des Schwarzmarkts, indem sie Schutzgeld (Steuern) von ihren Opfern einsammelt und ihre Kontrolle durch Exekutionen und Prügel durchsetzt (Strafverfolgung), und sogar Kriege führt, wenn ihr Monopol gefährdet ist.
Diese Handlungen werden als roter Markt betrachtet, um sie von den moralischen Handlungen des Schwarzmarktes zu differenzieren.

Schwarzgeld

Geld, das für die Steuern nicht angegeben wurde. Geld, mit dem sonst Kriege finanziert werden würden.

Der Staat definiert das, was ihm nicht passt, als „schwarz“, und suggeriert damit Böses und Schlechtes. Dabei wurde dieses Geld durch echten freien Handel erwirtschaftet.
Der Staat finanziert die Rüstungsindustrie, holzt Wälder ab und rettet Banken mit „weissem“ Geld.

Was ist jetzt moralisch gut? Was ist illegal? Um mit der Hitlerkeule zu argumentieren: Alles was Hitler gemacht hat, war zu seiner Zeit legal.

Ihr seht, es kommt auf die Sichtweise drauf an, wer definiert, was „gut“ und was „schlecht“ ist.

Nebst den offensichtlichen moralisch verwerflichen Dingen, die der Staat tun kann, gibt es noch weitere. Einige wenige können sich absurd bereichern. Oder, man gibt denen noch mehr, die schon viel haben. Das „Bankenretten“. Ein kleiner Überblick über die Zahlen.

Das Grossbankensystem

Das gesamte Internationale Grossbankensystem besteht aus reinem Betrug. Die Eckpfeiler des internationalen Geldsystems, Libor, ISDAFIX, aber auch Gold- und Silberpreis, und (man muss es vermuten) wohl auch alles wesentliche andere sind manipuliert. Es gibt gar keinen „freien Markt“, der wird nur simuliert.

Das System wird von den Protagonisten benutzt, um sich absurd zu bereichern, und zwar auf Kosten derer, die das schliesslich bezahlen – die Leute, die wirklich etwas arbeiten und erwirtschaften. Geld arbeitet eben nicht, sondern es lässt arbeiten.

Und die, die da arbeiten, sind die Trottel, die schliesslich alles bezahlen. Entweder direkt, als Steuergeld, das für Zinszahlungen oder gar für das perverse “Bankenretten” benutzt wird, oder aber indirekt. Denn gleich wie die Manipulation funktioniert (und das kann im Einzelnen auch mal nur für Finanzfachleute noch durchsichtig sein), immer wird letztlich dafür gesorgt, dass die so märchenhaft reich gewordenen Betrüger echte Waren für ihr ergaunertes Geld erhalten: ihre Ferraris, Porsches, ihre Villas, ihre Luxusjachten, aber auch ihre Macht und ihr Einfluss auf Produktion und Politik sind dann doch ganz real.

Das ist sie: die „marktkonforme“ Demokratie. Oder das wäre sie, wenn es denn wirklich einen Markt gäbe.
