Eltern müssen es hinnehmen, wenn ihre Tochter im Teenageralter mit einem 30 Jahre älteren Mann zusammen ist. Ein Verbot der Beziehung könnte das Wohl des Kindes gefährden, hat das Brandenburgische Oberlandesgericht entschieden (Az.: 9 UF 132/15), wie die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Familienrecht des Deutschen Anwaltvereins (DAV) mitteilte.
Im konkreten Fall hatten die Eltern des Mädchens versucht, den Kontakt zwischen dem 47-Jährigen und der frühreifen Teenagerin zu unterbinden. Dagegen wehrte sich das Mädchen. Sie wollte die Beziehung zu ihrem 32 Jahre älteren, angeheirateten Onkel aufrecht erhalten. Unter anderem hielt das Mädchen seinen Aufenthaltsort vor seinen Eltern geheim. Schließlich brachten die Eltern ihre Tochter für einige Wochen in der Psychiatrie unter.
15-Jährige gilt als reif genug
Das Gericht lehnte das von den Eltern geforderte Kontakt- und Näherungsverbot für den Partner ihrer Tochter, der selbst Vater mehrerer Kinder ist und Pflegekinder betreut hat, ab. Der Entscheidung des Mädchens sei ein hohes Gewicht beizumessen. Der Kindeswille könne hier nicht übergangen werden.

Die Jugendliche habe ihren Wunsch, diese Liebesbeziehung weiter zu leben, „zielorientiert und stabil“ geäußert. Die Richter sahen darin eine sehr bewusste Eigenentscheidung, die zu beachten sei.
„Grundsätzlich geht das Gesetz davon aus, dass eine 15-Jährige reif genug ist, auch über ihr Sexualleben selbstbestimmt zu entscheiden“, sagte der Berliner Strafrechtler Robert Ufer. „Nur wenn konkrete Anhaltspunkte für eine besondere Unreife vorliegen, wäre der Fall anders zu beurteilen.“
Die Brandenburger Richter machten jedoch auch deutlich, dass sie die Beziehung nicht gerade begrüßen. Zur nicht justiziablen Frage, ob ein gestandener 47-jähriger verheirateter Mann, die aus pubertärerer Schwärmerei entstandene Liebe „aus dem erweiterten Familienkreis tatsächlich erwidern muss, verbietet sich jede Stellungnahme des Senates.“

Who else feels like they’re an eternal child?
Yup. I’m a child. My husband is too. Thankfully we can both be a bunch of crazy ADHD children together.
We were pouring beer at brew fest a few months ago outdoors while it was raining. My husband started jumping in the puddles forming in front of us and some dude says

My sentiments exactly. I’d rather be crazy and fun than the boring old guy at a beer fest who can’t even enjoy splashing in the rain. Can’t imagine a life so boring and stiff. Curious childlike wonder is what makes my husband the creative brewer that he is and me the designer. It might be hard for us to „adult“ and be responsible sometimes, but atleast we can have fun and enjoy life fully.

Diesmal geht es darum, dass nun Unken (aka Firmen) aus ihren Löchern gekrochen kommen und versuchen, schamanische Substanzen und Rituale zu kommerzialisieren, Profit daraus zu schlagen und ein Monopol auf das „einzige authentische Ayahuasca-Ritual“ für sich zu beanspruchen. Eine gekünstelte Schrift, sein Vorname handgeschrieben, alles in goldenen 3D-Lettern, oben ein blauer, transluzenter Engel, und dann ein Bild von ihm selbst, wie er eine Galaxie auf dem Finger balanciert.

Ich bin heute etwas später aufgestanden. Das Zmorgen lasse ich heute aus, ich habe keinen Appetit. Mein Kopf fühlt sich an, als hätte mir jemand einen Kübel Gift ins Gehirni geschüttet. Ein Druck im Schädel, und ein elektrisches Gefühl in allen Gliedern. Gehirnchemie hat schlimmere Nachwirkungen als so mache Drogen, die ich kenne. Das war wieder mal ein Klassiker gestern. Zwei, drei kleine Ereignisse, und die Gedankenspirale beginnt sich abwärts zu drehen. Immer tiefer, immer weiter, immer dunkler. Erfindet Geschichten und fiktive Situationen, die alle immer mit dem Tod enden. Mindestens. Und am Schluss weiss ich gar nicht mehr, was denn überhaupt der Auslöser war. Egal, das war gestern. Vergessen wir’s einfach, ich will nicht darüber reden. Lass uns sehen, was der heutige Tag bringt.

Dann gab’s ein Elterngespräch und mir wurde gesagt, das sei ein Hakenkreuz und das ist böse.
