John Perry Barlow ist gestorben.

Das könnt ihr nicht. Der Cyberspace ist ein natürliches Gebilde und wächst durch unser kollektives Handeln.

Diese unbesonnene Sprache mag ein Ergebnis von Barlows Umständen gewesen sein, als er sich hinsetzte, um seine Erklärung zu schreiben. Sechs Jahre ist es her, dass er die Internet Digital Rights Group EFF mitbegründet hatte, und nun war Barlow auf dem Weltwirtschaftsforum 1996 in Davos, Schweiz, vertreten. Mitten auf einer Party am gestrigen Abend erkannte er, dass die Deadline für einen Beitrag zum Kompendium „24 Hours In Cyberspace“ kurz bevorstand. Barlow hatte die letzten vier Tage in Davos damit verbracht, den Weltführern zuzuhören, wie er es beschreibt, und so zu tun, als ob sie ein Internet verstehen würden, das sie selbst kaum genutzt hätten. Und er war verärgert über die Entscheidung von Präsident Bill Clinton am selben Tag, den Communications Decency Act zu unterzeichnen und die FCC zu ermächtigen, die Übertragung von „obszönem“ Material im Internet zu verbieten, genau wie im Radio und im Netzwerkfernsehen. So verließ er nach einer „ordentlichen Portion Champagner“ die Tanzfläche und schlug die Aussage auf seinem Laptop in einem der Nebenräume des Hotels aus.

Barlow war zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und hat es per E-Mail an etwa 600 Freunde verschickt. Bald, sagt er, sei die Erklärung auf Zehntausende von Websites kopiert worden, und Barlow habe „Megabyte an E-Mails aus aller Welt erhalten“. Die Erklärung der Unabhängigkeit des Cyberspace wurde Teil einer erfolgreichen EFF-Kampagne, die dazu beitrug, Teile des Communications Decency Act aus Gründen des First Amendment zu stürzen. The official Being Gathering 2017 movie!

From the 28th of June to the 2nd of July 2017, the second edition of the Being Gathering took place once more amidst the natural setting of the Boomland. The four days of program included a miryad of practices and activities where all participants were welcome to reconnect with themselves, those around them, and Mother Nature -- therapies, yoga, meditation, conferences, workshops, music, dance and concerts were just some of the many elements which constituted this celebration.

Nach so einer Serie, auf die sich jedes Mal eine ganze Meute Menschen schon Wochen im Voraus darauf gefreut haben; wo der Saal aus allen Nähten platzt vor lauter Publikum; wo sich jedes Mal nach dem Vortrag ein Pulk von Interessierten um Joscha geschart hat, um danach 3h über Quantenphysik, künstliche Intelligenz, das Leben, das Universum, Bewusstsein, Unendlichkeit, Gedankenviren, Religion, Glauben, Gesellschaft und Autismus zu diskutieren. Vorträge, für die sich selbst Fefe brennend interessiert.

…jetzt soll damit einfach Schluss sein, liebes Content-Team? Die Fortsetzung der Serie, der Vortrag und die traditionelle Gesprächsrunde haben an diesem Congress gefehlt. Und deswegen war der 34C3 nicht der beste Chaos Communication Congress.

Was ist das Neurotypische Syndrom?

Das Neurotypische Syndrom ist eine neurobiologische Störung, die durch die Beschäftigung mit sozialen Belangen, Überlegenheitswahn und Konformitätsbesessenheit gekennzeichnet ist.

Neurotypische (NT) Individuen gehen oft davon aus, dass ihre Welterfahrung entweder die einzige oder die einzig richtige ist. NTs finden es schwierig, allein zu sein. NTs sind oft intolerant gegenüber scheinbar geringfügigen Unterschieden in anderen. Wenn NTs in Gruppen sozial und verhaltensstark sind und häufig auf der Durchführung von dysfunktionalen, destruktiven und sogar unmöglichen Ritualen bestehen, dann tun sie das alles nur, um die ihre Gruppenidentität aufrechtzuerhalten. NTs finden es schwierig, direkt zu kommunizieren, und haben eine viel höhere Inzidenz des Lügens im Vergleich zu Personen auf dem autistischen Spektrum.

NT wird vermutet, dass es sich um einen genetischen Ursprung handelt. Autopsien haben gezeigt, dass das Gehirn des Neurotypischen typischerweise kleiner ist als das eines autistischen Individuums und dass es überentwickelte Bereiche im Zusammenhang mit sozialem Verhalten haben kann.

Wie häufig ist es?

Tragischerweise sind 9’600 von 10’000 Individuen neurotypisch.

Gibt es Behandlungen für NTs?

Es gibt keine bekannte Heilung für das Neurotypische Syndrom.

Viele NTs haben jedoch gelernt, ihre Behinderungen auszugleichen und normal mit autistischen, neurodiversen Personen zu interagieren.

Intellektuelle Defizite

Personen mit NT haben im Vergleich zu gesunden Personen häufig eine Reihe von ausgeprägten geistigen Beeinträchtigungen. Abgesehen von einem unterdurchschnittlichen IQ (der durchschnittliche neurotypische IQ liegt bei 99,27) zeigen sie ein mangelndes Interesse an technischen Details und sind daher bemerkenswert ignorant. Da sie im Allgemeinen glauben, alles zu wissen, was wichtig ist, haben sie wenig Neigungen, nach neuen (oder sogar relevanten) Informationen zu suchen.

Heranwachsende mit NT finden sich auch nicht in der Lage, vernünftige Spezialinteressen zu entwickeln, mit der Ausnahme von Sex, Mode und Marken, und in einigen Fällen Sport; abhängig davon, was die Masse tut. Kinder, die unter dem Neurotypischen Syndrom leiden, lernen auch viele verschiedene Themen schneller, wenn sie dafür belohnt werden und sind bekannt dafür, gut zu studieren und hart zu arbeiten.

Nein, eben nicht. Es gibt zwar keine Sklaven mehr, doch die soziale Rangordnung ist genauso noch vorhanden, wird aber nicht und niemals in der Schule gelehrt, sondern existiert als ungeschriebenes Gesetz, das unser Verhalten durch alle Bereiche des Lebens steuert.

Ich wache auf. Es beginnt bereits zu dämmern draussen. Was ist denn für Zeit? Um die 9 Uhr. Ich sehe auf dem Stundenplan nach, wann ich wo sein muss. Oh, es steht eine Exkursion mit allen Schülern des gleichen Niveaus an. Problem nur: Besammlung: 9 Uhr. Ankunft an der Kräutersammelstelle: 9:20. Aktuelle Zeit: 9:10. Ach fuck… Spiele ich krank, damit ich mich nicht blamieren muss? Schliesslich bin ich der einzig neue in der Klasse (seit einem Tag!). Ich stehe auf und sehe nach draussen. Die Strassenlaternen leuchten in warmweiss – ou Moment, da liegt Schnee?!? Schnee liegt auf den Strassenlaternen, die innert weniger Sekunden immer dunkler werden – zagg, sind sie aus. Es ist Tag.
Och nee. Ich lege mich wieder hin. In welcher Parallelrealität bin ich da gelandet? Warum nur? Ich will in eine andere wechseln, nicht in dieser sein. Ich liege auf dem Bändel meines Kaputzenpullies. Das hatte ich doch gestern extra gemacht, um mich daran zu erinnern, dass ich Parallelrealitäten wechseln wollte und das dies nun die echte reale Realität ist – die, wo ich auf dem harten Bändel liege und es ist nicht sehr bequem. Nein, ich träume nicht. Das ist harte, echte Realität. Zu spät für die Exkursion, zu wenig Zeit. Ich schlafe langsam wieder ein.

Psychedelic for us means to think outside the box

Psychedelic means mind manifesting but has been associated as an attribute for music, arts in general and alternative ways of life. Our perspective on psychedelia is that every single individual is essentially free. Free to think, to act, to create, and to respect one another. It is awakening a holistic awareness that all beings share the same pulse of life, that we are part of an interconnected Universe. We do not believe in the psychedelic orthodoxy that advocates being boxed into one style of music, one lifestyle, or one philosophy. We also do not resonate with the narrative that psychedelic consciousness means intoxication. To be free is to be aware, is to challenge the limits, is to think outside the box and not to submit to the dominant culture.

Boom’s ultimate aim is to facilitate individual and collective transformation. The Boom experience has been conceived to activate the vital force directing every being towards the fulfillment of its highest potential.
