Warum muss ich eigentlich Steuern zahlen?
„Na, wer baut denn die Strassen? Wer macht die Arbeit, die niemand machen will? Wer führt den Müll weg?“
Kommt, hört mir doch auf. In Deutschland gibt es mittlerweile Ein-Euro Jobs. Will das jemand machen? Ich denke nicht.
Wer baut denn die Strassen? Der Staat. Aha. In Frankreich kommt alle paar Kilometer eine Strassenbezahlstelle. Der Staat ist also ein Unternehmen, oder? Warum lässt man die Strassen nicht von Unternehmern oder Gemeinschaften bauen, und das Geld der Strassenbezahlstelle geht dann einfach an die? Den Strassenbau hätten wir geregelt.
Wer bringt den Müll raus? Gegenfrage: Wem bezahlst du die Müllabfuhrmarke? Kann auch ein Unternehmen machen, dafür braucht’s keinen Staat. Als Unternehmen möchte ich hier ethische Gemeinschaften, mit einem Sinn für die Natur und Umwelt. Firma Quickvanish kommt jeden zweiten Tag und nimmt den Müll mit. Firma Biovanish kommt nur jeden Dienstag, verbrennt den Abfall aber mit Biogasöfen. Die unterstütz‘ ich und klebe ihre Gebührenmarke auf meine Müllsäcke. Die Müllabfuhr hätten wir geklärt.
Aber warum muss ich eigentlich Steuern zahlen? Und wem bezahl ich Steuern?
Dem Staat…
Wer ist dieser „Staat“? Was liefert er mir dafür im Gegenzug?
Der Staat mischt sich in alle Angelegenheiten ein. Er produziert selber nichts, daher muss er sich aus sogenannten Steuern finanzieren. Er klinkt sich in die Geldströme ein und zwickt einen Teil davon ab. Einfach so.
Wie kommt es, dass er seinen Teil rechtfertigen kann, den er abzwackt? Er muss die Geldströme sehen. Dazu bietet er ein von ihm legitimiertes Tauschmittel an, das Geld. Bankkonten. Von Banken, die mit dem Staat kooperieren. Der Staat sieht alles, und wer am meisten Einkommen hat, muss am meisten dem Staat abgeben. Naja nicht ganz… Wer ganz viel hat, gibt gar nichts ab. Mit Tricks.
Und was produziert dieser Staat?
Nichts. Er ist zu einem Macht- und Kontrollinstrument verkommen. Er finanziert seine Überwachungsmaschinerie. Da gibt es ganz viele Behörden und Amtsstellen mit „Befugnissen“.
Und weiter?
Rüstung. Kriege. Verbote. Verordnungen. Standards. Richter. Staatsanwälte. Der Staat finanziert seinen Selbsterhalt. Wer an der Macht ist, will sie behalten. Staaten mit ihren zentralistischen, hierarchischen Strukturen sind das ideale Lenk- und Schikaniermittel. Der Staat ist eine Institution mit einem Monopol auf Gewalt.
„Und warum zahle ich eigentlich Steuern?“
Vielleicht, weil du ein kriegsgeiles Arschloch bist? Nein, das glaube ich nicht. Ich glaube an das Gute im Menschen. Eher weil du Angst vor den Sanktionen hast, die der Staat dann anwendet. Es geht, wie gesagt, um Kontrolle und Macht.
Also, wenn alle sofort keine Steuern mehr zahlen würden – dann hätte der Staat auch keine Macht mehr für Sanktionen. Fangen wir an?
Wenn alle die Eier hätten…
Das Problem ist, der Staat hat da ziemlich findige Tricks angewandt, um das zu verhindern. Konditionierung und soziales Ansehen.
Ein paar Begriffe.
Schwarzgeld.
…ist Geld, das der Staat nicht kontrolliert. Geld, das keine Kriege finanziert. Geld, das keine Sanktionen und Kontrollsysteme unterstützt. Ich würde sagen: Echtes, agoristisch verdientes Geld.
Schwarzmarkt.
Wirklich freier Handel findet ohne Staat, Regulationen und Gesetze statt. Der Schwarzmarkt ist alles Gewaltlose, was vom Staat verboten ist und trotzdem ausgeführt wird.
Der Staat definiert alles, was ihm nicht passt, als „schwarz“, und suggeriert damit Böses und Schlechtes. Dabei wurde dieses Geld durch echten freien Handel erwirtschaftet.
Der Staat finanziert die Rüstungsindustrie, holzt Wälder ab und rettet Banken mit „weissem“ Geld.
Geldwäsche.
Staatliches Geld, welches durch Missachtung seiner Regeln erwirtschaftet worden ist. Echte freie Marktwirtschaft.
Aber das ist doch kriminell und illegal?
Nein. Der Staat hat diese Begriffe in die Köpfe eingepflanzt. Es ist eine Missachtung der staatlichen Spielregeln ohne ein Opfer.
Hochverrat.
Hochverrat greift den inneren Bestand oder die verfassungsmäßige Ordnung eines Staates an.

Verrat ist ein besonders schwerer Vertrauensbruch, der die angenommene Loyalität verletzt.
Nun denn… Vertrauen basiert auf Gegenseitigkeit, nicht wahr? Was ist DAS denn bitteschön für ein Vertrauen, wenn du alles, was ich tue, kontrollierst, regulierst, überwachst, autorisierst, verbietest, lieber Staat? Du hast mich verraten, das Vertrauen gebrochen.
