Ich wandere das Festivalgelände auf und ab. Baden tut gut, der See ist schön warm. Gopf, wo sind diese Leute bloss hinverschwunden? Also alleine gehe ich auf keine psychedelische Reise. Das braucht zwingend Begleitung.
Ich schlendere durch die Healing-Area, in der Hoffnung, dort wieder auf sie zu treffen. Natürlich ist das völlig unrealistisch; denn sie könnten ja überall sein. Trotzdem ist im Gehirn noch die Stelle des ersten Kontaktes eingebrannt, und so wandere ich zum beleuchteten Stoffring des letzten Abends hin -- und wieder weg. Niemand da.
Die späte Nachmittagssonne spendet immer noch wunderbare Hitze. Sprinkler bewässern die Permakulturgärtchen. Ich stelle mich an den Rand so eines Gärtchens, damit mich der Sprinkler in der nächsten Runde treffen soll.

uaaah, kalt! Der Typ, der vor mir am Boden sitzt, grinst mir zu; er hat meinen kleinen Kälteschock bemerkt.

aaaaahh -- Sprinklerwasser, Runde 2. Und *knips* -- diesmal hat mich der Junge abgelichtet.
„Is this your first time at boom?“ „Yes.“

Oh, grossartig. Eine neue nette Bekanntschaft! Ich schaue mich zwar immer noch ab und zu nach den Österreichern um, jedoch fokussiere ich mich immer weniger darauf. Let’s see, who this guy is.
Wir setzen uns vor die Bühne der Healing Area, wo gerade eine Bluesband ein Ständchen hält. „What’s your name?“, werde ich gefragt. „Claude. Yours?“ „I’m Jack.“ „Nice to meet you, Jack. -- Where are you from?“ „Scotland.“ „I’m from Switzerland.“
(Das sind übrigens die üblichen Gesprächsfetzen des Festivals; Name und Herkunft ;))
Wir unterhalten uns noch ein wenig weiter. Es fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wie der von mir sonst so gehasste Small Talk an. Es war mehr so ein Gefühl von „ein neuer Verbündeter, lass uns unsere nächste Mission besprechen„.
Nach einer Weile entschliesse ich mich, ihm mein „Anliegen“ mitzuteilen. „Listen. I have some LSD here, and I am unsure if I should take it. I need a trip-mate.“
„Woah, you really have some LSD with you? I’ve never tried it, but I’m very interested in it!“
„So, are you with me?“ „Absolutely!“
Fantastisch! Ich habe meinen Tripsitter gefunden.
Ob er denn da auch mitmachen könne?
Nun, er ist erst 19 und hat noch gar keine Erfahrung mit „unseren“ Substanzen. Aber sein Interesse ist gross, und eine kleine Dosis, so wie gestern im Dance Temple -- ja, warum nicht? Ausserdem sind wir hier am Boom, hier gibt es Senior Principal Hippies mit Erfahrung von hunderten von Trips. In diesem Setting, mit so vielen lieben Menschen, da kann wirklich nichts schiefgehen. Und dann haben wir ja auch noch das Kosmicare. Dazu später mehr.
Wir gehen zum Zelt. Jetzt ist es also soweit… *dramatische Musik*
„Half a dose, for each one of us.“ „Well. You know, I’ve never tried that stuff. Maybe I just wait, I’m not yet ready.“ „Allright, no problem. I just take your dose with me, in case of you’re changing your mind ;)“ „Great.“
Wir beeilen uns. Die Sonne geht bald unter, und ich möchte unbedingt noch vor Sonnenuntergang die „Injektion“ durchführen. Obwohl, bis es dann anfängt.. Naja, mal schauen.
Die helle Scheibe der Sonne berührt schon fast den Horizont, als wir an einem schönen Stück Strandufer antreffen. Setzen wir uns hier hin.
„Thanks for being my tripmate, Jack!“ „Maybe I’m your trip-brother soon, if I change my mind…“
Er wartet erst vorsichtig ab, bis meine Dosis anfängt zu wirken; um dann abschätzen zu können, ob er sich das auch antun will. Die Sonne ist nun hinter dem Horizont verschwunden. Wir schlendern am Ufer entlang und entdecken einen kleinen Durchgang aus Hecken und Büschen, der zu grossen Felsen in Richtung See führt. Solche Felsen, wo man die Beine bambeln lassen kann und den Tag in Stille und Frieden ausklingen lässt.
Wir setzen uns hin. Der rauhe Stein ist noch warm. Warmer Wind bläst vom See her. Einige Menschen spielen vergnügt am Strand, andere sieht man auf grossen Steinen meditieren. Eine wahrhaft friedliche Atmosphäre. „Allright, Cloud, I changed my mind.“ -- HA! 😀 Das Setting gefällt ihm wohl. Na gut. Ein Viertel für Jack…
Schweigend lagen wir eine Weile lang da. Der Fels ist immer noch warm, und über uns breitet sich ein riesiger, klarer Sternenhimmel aus. WOW! Was da draussen wohl ist, murmelt Jack nachdenklich. Ja, das sind so die typisch philosophischen Fragen, die man sich plötzlich stellt, wenn man unter solchem Einfluss steht…
Die Sterne haben wie so Verbindungslinien; sie wabern ganz leicht. „THERE! A meteor!“ Wow. Da ein Meteorit, dort einer. Alle zwei Minuten sehen wir wieder einen Schweif. Endlich ist es soweit. Ich bin am Boom Festival 2012, liege auf einem warmen Felsen mit einem lieben Tripsitter und wir beobachten den Sternenhimmel unter Einfluss der Säure. So muss das sein.
Es ist dunkel. Wir sehen auf. Woah, die Farben der Leuchtspiele leuchten richtig, der Kontrast ist erhöht.

Die Farben sind noch viiiiiiiel sätter als hier. „Jack, let’s discover the healing area!“ Wir wandern umher, bewundern all die farbig leuchtenden Sachen. Natürlich sind die auch von Natur aus schön, aber dennoch könnte man meinen, sie seien speziell für Trips angefertigt worden. Uiii, im Dance Temple spüre ich eine grosse Energie. Das muss ich aus der Nähe fühlen!
„I want to go to the Dance Temple.“ „I like it here.“
„Shall we meet later?“ „Sure!“
Wir beschliessen, uns kurz zu trennen, damit jeder seine Dinge entdecken gehen kann. Im Tempel ist wieder diese Energie spürbar; man fühlt die Musik nicht nur, man kann jeden Schritt des DJs fast voraussehen. Jetzt kommt eine Pause -- jetzt fätzt dann sicher wieder -- exakt! Die anderen müssen auf die Musik hören, um sich zu bewegen, ich bewege mich und die Musik passt sich gerade an.
So. Da draussen geben Feuertänzer ihre Show zum besten. Die will ich mir auch noch angucken.
Was für eine Stimmung! Die Musik wummert, und die Feuertänzer halten dazu einen pseudo-synchronisierten Tanz ab. Ein warmes Licht, dieses Feuer.
Dann sind sie fertig. Oooh, so schade. Hmm gut, ich gehe mal weiter. Jack suchen, der kann noch nicht weit sein. Aufmerksam stehe ich neben dem Tanztempel und schaue der Menschenmenge zu. Wie sie sich alle rythmisch zur Musik bewegen. Zwei Leute verlassen den Tempel und gehen an mir vorbei, und in ihren Gesichtern fällt mir so ein merkwürdiges, schädelartiges Etwas auf. Waren das gerade eben Totenköpfe?
Ein LSD Trip wird grundsätzlich nie einfach so schlecht. Ausser man beginnt, Fratzen zu sehen.
Hallt es mir durch den Kopf. Stimmt, ein bekannter von einem Freund hat das mal gesagt. Komme ich etwa gerade auf einen schlechten Trip? Mmmh, mal das Setting wechseln. Gehen wir etwas hoch, wo es heller ist; dort zum Pizzastand. Diese seltsamen Gesichter…

FUACK. Ich sehe in jedem Gesicht der Leute eine dämonische Fratze. Jeder, der dort am Pizzastand ansteht. Die glatte Haut, die schwarzen Augen. Wenn ich die Person aus der Nähe direkt anschaue, dann ist das Gesicht fast normal. Aber im Augenwinkel -- überall Dämonen. Tschäss…
Die Perspektive verzieht sich. Als ob man durch ein gebogenes Glas schaut, wie in einem Spiegelkabinett. Die Sicht nimmt eine leicht grünliche Färbung an.

Hallt es mir durch den Kopf. Eine strenge und laute Stimme schreit das höhnisch auf mich herab. Nicht, dass ich sie direkt höre. Es sind bloss „laute“ Gedanken, ziemlich penetrant. Als ob es da im Kopf plötzlich von selber anfängt zu denken; ein Eigenleben entwickelt und mich hoffnungslos dagegen ausliefert.
Angst? Nein. Eine Mischung aus unwohl sein und Faszination. Ist eine ziemlich seltsame Atmosphäre. Diese Fratzen, die grünlich verzerrte Perspektive, und dazu die Technobeats. Und dazu die fröhlichen Leute. Akustisch war alles wie gehabt, aber die visuelle Szenerie hat sich verändert. Das passt einfach nicht zusammen…
Zwei Leute unterhalten sich, machen Witze. Der eine lacht laut und schaut zu mir. Das sieht dann ungefähr so aus:

Ich überlege mir, ob ich jemanden Fragen soll, ob er mich zum Kosmicare begleiten soll. „Hi, I’m on Acid, and my trip, well, doesn’t feel so good anymore. Can you guide me to the Kosmicare?“. Wobei nein. Eine halbe Dosis, und so schlimm sind diese Erscheinungen nicht. ZUM GLÜCK habe ich nur die halbe Dosis genommen -- meine Güte, ich will mir ja nicht ausmalen, was denn passiert wäre, wenn ich die volle Ration intus hätte…
Ah mann. Geht weg, blöde Gesichter. Warum hat das überhaupt angefangen? Ich hatte doch nicht das geringste schlechte Gefühl?
Ich beschliesse, die Healing Area aufzusuchen, wo es etwas ruhiger ist als neben dem Bum-Bum-Tempel und all den Leuten, die hier anstehen.
Die Perspektive ist verzerrt. Wenn ich den Kopf drehe, ist es, als ob die Sicht ein wenig gezoomt wäre; die Landschaft zieht schneller an mir vorbei. Erinnert mich an den Max Payne Nightmare-Modus. (Die Geräusche mal ignorieren im Video; aber ansonsten ist’s genau so; eine ganz langsam wandernde Verzerrung). Überall diese Gestalten. Die Klammer um die Brust, der erhöhte Herzschlag.
Healing Area. Ich setze mich bei einem Chai-Stand hin. Die Leute in der Warteschlange sehen echt verfratzt aus. Ui, da kommt einer mit einem ganz langen dünnen Körper. Ein Hals, länger als meiner. Physikalisch unmöglich. Komm bitte nicht zu nahe zu mir, du Ding… Ach man. Werdet doch einfach wieder normal, Gesichter. Ok, ich stell mir was schönes vor. Hmm. *Denkt an einen schönen Moment*. Jaa, wunderbar. Es fühlt sich gut an. Und? Na? Die Gesichter bleiben. Ich kann mir vorstellen und suggerieren was ich will. Sonne. Die Gesichter bleiben. Freundschaft. Die Gesichter bleiben. Ponies. Die Gesichter bleiben. Na denn…
Und wo ist Jack? Oh Gott. Ich hoffe, er erlebt nicht das gleiche wie ich! Ich mache mir wirklich Sorgen.
Es wird langsam kühl. Wo ist denn überhaupt dieses Sacred Fire? Dann könnt‘ ich mich etwas wärmen. Die Leute scheinen ewig zu warten in der Schlange. Vielleicht wird es besser, wenn ich was trinke? Einen Chai-Tee? Ich stelle mich in der Schlange. Wuah, diese Perspektive.. Es kommt so wellenförmig, scheint mir. Es gibt Momente, da ist die Sicht gut, die Gesichter mehrheitlich ok. Aber dann verzerrt sich die Landschaft, das Sichtfeld verengt sich, die Fratzen tauchen wieder auf. Bitte nicht schon wieder.
Mein Chai. Endlich. Ich setze mich wieder hin.
Ja, ich weiss dass das bloss das Acid ist. Das sieht nur für mich so aus. Eine Projektion meines Unterbewusstseins. Es malt Fratzen in die Schatten der Gesichter. Ja, ich weiss das es nicht echt ist. Trotzdem ist es ungemütlich. Diese Brille kann man leider nicht abnehmen, durch die die Welt nun so seltsam aussieht. Doof.
Der Chai ist etwas abgekühlt. Vorsichtig nippe ich daran und nehme einen Schluck. Es gurgelt den Hals herunter, und das Gurgeln verwandelt sich in ein ultrakrass tiefes knurren. Ein Alpha-dämonisches, Mark- und Bein-erschütterndes forte crescendo Dolby Digital THX 5.10’000

Wow. Eigentlich müsste ich nach DEM Geräusch Angst haben. Aber ich bin extrem fasziniert davon! Sowas kriegen die in den Special-Effects Abteilungen in Hollywood NIIIIIIIE hin! Das geilste Knurren, dass ich je gehört habe! So ein pulsierendes, klopfgurgelndes, hallendes extremtiefbassgurgeln. Ich muss lachen. Die Fratzen sind zwar alle noch da, aber dieses Knurren war episch!
Meine Situation erinnert mich an diese Szene:
Die Zeit verstreicht. Zwei fröhliche Menschen diskutieren und witzeln neben mir. Es tut gut, ihnen etwas zuzuschauen. Fröhliche Dämonen sind erträglicher 🙂
Auch interessant zu beobachten: Die Gesichter der Kinder sind normal. Es sind bloss die Erwachsenen, die solche Fratzen ziehen. Auch sind viele verschiedene Kulturen an diesem Festival vertreten, entsprechend viele verschiedene Fratzen zeigen sich.

FRATZE-PIRMIN?
Die strenge Stimme schreit in der Stimme meines Vaters dieses Wort in meinen Kopf -- hebt es hervor, lässt es an den Schädeldecken wiederhallen, multipliziert es tausend mal und jagt es die Wände meines Schädels entlang. So dass ich es in allen Aspekten und Dimensionen höre: Vorwärts, Rückwärts, Links, Rechts. Fratze-Pirmin. Fratze-Pirmin. Fratze-Pirmin. Ich kann nichts dagegen tun, einfach nur zuhören.
Es ist erstaunlich, welche Worte da aus der Kindheit/Jugend plötzlich auftauchen. Wir haben früher Pirmin als Schimpfwort verwendet, weil der Junge, der so hiess und in die Parallelklasse ging, hörbehindert war, und immer etwas auf die Schippe genommen wurde. Und jetzt knallt dieses Wort äusserst penetrant in meinem Kopf rum. Ist ja gut, ich hab’s verstanden. Was hab ich falsch gesagt, gedacht? Warum poppt das so auf? Bezeichne ich unbewusst die komischen Gesichter der Menschen mit meinem Sammelsurium an Schimpfwörtern? Sind das die Fratzen, die sich mir nun so darstellen?
Ich überlege mir, wie ich den Blogpost gestalte, den ich über diesen Trip verfassen werde. Ich freu mich drauf. Und wie beschreibe ich mein Erlebnis morgen Jack? „It was a little spooky.“

Ein Dämon hämmert mit einem grossen Hammer Fear in meinen Kopf. Also das ist das Bild, das ich mir dazu gerade vorstelle. Es ist schon nicht so, dass ich da wirklich was sehe. Aber die Bilder bauen sich in der Vorstellung so auf. FEAR. *BAMM* FEAR. *BAMM* FEAR.
Ist ja gut, ist ja guhut. Ich bleibe nun lieber anständig, um diese Stimme nicht noch mehr zu ärgern. Aber warum eigentlich? I’m in charge here, I control everything. I have the authority over my experiences.

Scheint das letzte gewesen zu sein von dieser Stimme. Es bleibt ruhig. Aaah, chillen, relax. Fratzen sind immer noch da, aber ich beachte sie nicht mehr so sehr.
Mist. Druck auf der Blase. Mein Chai. Jetzt muss ich raus, Pinkeln. Allein, in die Dunkelheit. Grrrrrr -- unnötig!
Der Bisi-Strahl plätschert fröhlich auf den Boden. „Do not piss in the forest, use the composting toilets“, hallt es mir durch den Kopf. Stand so im Boom-Prospekt. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass eine ganze Gruppe Leute mich beobachten und sicher gleich empört aufstehen; was mir denn einfällt, hier zu brünzeln. Es dauert eeeeeeeeeeewig. Schaut weg, ich bin nicht hier.
Zurück. Etwas weiter rechts, in einem anderen Bereich der Healing Area. OOOH -- was ist das? Eine F.e.u.e.r.s.t.e.l.l.e. -- grossartig! Endlich habe ich sie gefunden! Ich geselle mich gleich dazu. Die Fratzen sind nun fast ganz weg. Da wird eine Stelle am Feuer frei; eine Sitzgelegenheit. Aaaah, das tut gut. Wärme von vorne. Ich drehe mich um. Wärme am Rücken! Sooo guet du!
Der Kälte da draussen gesellt sich jetzt die Müdigkeit dazu. Es ist 3 Uhr morgens. 6-8h Wirkdauer, um 20:30 bei Sonnenuntergang haben wir’s genommen -- ja, kommt etwa hin. Bäh.
„May I sit here?“ -- eine junge Frau mit einer toll aussehenden Kriegsbemalung im Gesicht setzt sich neben mich hin. Klar doch. Ich rücke etwas zur Seite.
„May I give you a massage to your feet? And after, you give me a massage?“
Die Stimmung hebt sich merklich. Ich kriege eine Fussmassage.
„Do you have experiences with Acid?“, frage ich sie. „Ooh me? No.“
„Well, I just had a little spooky trip.“
„Okay. But now, is it over?“
„Almost.“
„Great.“
Jetzt bin ich an der Reihe mit dem Füsse massieren. Ich habe das noch nie gemacht, aber sie versichert mir, dass ich das sehr gut mache. Das ist jetzt doch ein sehr angenehmer Abschluss des Erlebten. Ich glaube, ich finde wieder alleine zurück ins Zelt. Besser gesagt, ich traue mich. 😉
Aufbruchstimmung. Sie steht auf.

Und sie verschwand in der Dunkelheit. Das war jetzt eine sehr nette Spontanbegegnung. Solche Dinge passieren andauernd am Boom.
