Fünf Elemente Küche: Eine uralte asiatische Lehre teilt die Lebensmittel den fünf Elementen zu: Feuer, Erde, Metall, Wasser und Holz. Holz: Zitronensaft, Petersilie
Feuer: edelsüsser Paprika
Erde : Öl, 500g Rinderhackfleisch, 700g Kartoffeln, 2 Birnen, 500g Karotten
Metall: 1 Lauchstange, Pfeffer, Muskat
Wasser: Meersalz
Vorbereiten:
Kartoffeln schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden
Karotten evt. schälen und würfeln
Lauch klein schneiden
Birnen evtl. schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden
Petersilie hacken
Zubereiten:
F: heisser Topf
E: Öl, Rinderhackfleisch anbraten, anschliessend Kartoffeln und Karotten dazugeben, anbraten
M: Lauch, Pfeffer
W: Meersalz
H: Spritzer Zitronensaft
F: edelsüsser Paprika mit heissem Wasser angiessen
E: Birnenstücke drauflegen und ca. 20 min garen, möglichst wenig umrüren
M: Muskat, Pfeffer
W: Meersalz
Mit reichlich gehackter Petersilie servieren

das hani mini muetter au gfroggt gha, abr es isch ebbe nid so eifach. es git gwüssi offesichtlichi regle, abr metall stoht zb au für herbscht…usserdem isch dr sinn vo dr sach, dass es en ewige kreislauf gitt (es kunnt immer zerscht holz, denn füür, denn erde, metal, wasser (zb, holz spiist füür…usw) , und i han jetzt grad no glääse gha, dass villi alti rezäpt vo do au nach de 5 elemänt kocht worde sind, obwohl mer s denn nid als solches aagseh het.
