Igitt! Der ganze Kontinent ist grau überzogen. Doch normale Wolken sind das nicht.

Es handelt sich dabei um Staub in kleinster Form, sog. Feinstaub. Nebst verdecktem Himmel erhöht sich dabei auch noch das Krebsrisiko.
Hauptverursacher dieses Feinstaubes sind unter anderem:

– die Industrie: 60 kt/a (35,1%)
– Privathaushalte und Kleinverbraucher: 33 kt/a (19,3%)
– Straßenverkehr (ohne Abrieb): Dieselmotoren (siehe: Dieselruß): 29 kt/a (17,0%)
– Elektrizitäts- und Fernheizwerke: 19 kt/a (11,1%)
– übriger Verkehr: 16 kt/a (9,4%)
– Schüttgutumschlag: 8 kt/a (4,7%)
– Industriefeuerungen: 6 kt/a (3,5%)

Und was kann man dagegen tun? Vor kurzem gab’s ein Tempo 80 Limit auf allen Autobahnen, und es wird diskutiert, ob autofreie Sonntage wieder eingeführt werden sollen! *freu*

Einen Tag lang mal keine hupenden, nervenden Autofahrer. Einen Tag lang mal auf der Autobahn spazieren gehen. Und im Tunnel die Akustik mit Vogelschreck testen… 😉
