Internierung

Im juristischen Sinne bezeichnet Internierung einen staatlich organisierten Freiheitsentzug mit dem Ziel einer Isolierung von einzelnen oder auch von Gruppen von der übrigen Bevölkerung in speziellen Internierungslagern.

Im medizinischen Gebrauch bedeutet Internierung die Verbringung von Patienten in eine geschlossene Station ebenfalls im Sinne einer Isolierung, insbesondere im Falle von Infektionskrankheiten als erzwungene Quarantäne.

Der Aufstieg des Nationalsozialismus

Der Ausnahmezustand gab den Nationalsozialisten nach der Machtergreifung im Januar 1933 rechtliche Rückendeckung bei der Ausschaltung ihrer politischen Gegner. Schon am 4. Februar 1933 wurde die „Notverordnung zum Schutze des Deutschen Volkes“ erlassen. Auf dieser Grundlage konnten während des anschließenden Wahlkampfs zur Reichstagswahl Versammlungen und Zeitungen aus vermeintlichen Sicherheitsgründen verboten werden und so politische Gegner im Wahlkampf behindert werden. Eine absolute Mehrheit erreichte die NSDAP bei der Reichstagswahl trotzdem nicht.

Als nur Wochen nach der Machtergreifung am 27. Februar 1933 der Reichstag brannte, gab die nationalsozialistische Führung den Kommunisten die Schuld. Der Brand bot einen willkommenen Anlass, um durch die Reichstagsbrandverordnung den Ausnahmezustand auszurufen und zentrale Grundrechte dauerhaft außer Kraft zu setzen. Die Gestapo durfte Menschen in „Schutzhaft“ nehmen, also in Gefängnisse und sogenannte „wilde“ Konzentrationslager verschleppen. Außerdem wurde das Strafmaß für verschiedene “staatsgefährdende“ Delikte wie z.B. Brandstiftung auf die Todesstrafe hochgesetzt.

Durch das Ermächtigungsgesetz oder auch „Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich“ entmachtete sich der Reichstag ohne die Stimmen der KPD, deren Mandate für ungültig erklärt worden waren, und der SPD am 23. März 1933 schließlich selbst und gab der nationalsozialistischen Regierung das Recht, ohne parlamentarische Kontrolle zu regieren. Damit war der Grundstein für die uneingeschränkte nationalsozialistische Herrschaft unter dem Deckmantel der Legalität gelegt.

Warum ist er am Freitag von den Leitungsgremien von Microsoft und Berkshire Hathaway zurückgetreten? Damit der zweitreichste Mann der Welt sich seinen beiden „philanthropischen“ Steckenpferden voll widmen kann, Impfen und Klima, beides bestehend nur aus Lügen!

Die geschürte Panik wird benutzt, um Massnahmen und Gesetzte in Windeseile und ohne Widerstand zu beschliessen und durchzudrücken, die in Normalzeiten nicht möglich wären. Ausgangssperren, Reiseverbot, Versammlungsverbot, Veranstaltungsverbot, Kontaktverbot, Betriebsschliessungen, Schliessungen von Schulen, Kultureinrichtungen, Geschäften, Restaurants, Kneipen, Kinos, Theater, Sportstätten und vieles mehr. Der sogenannte „Überlebensinstinkt“, den man mit Angstmacherei aktiviert, wird voll von den Feinden der Freiheit und Demokratie benutzt und es wirkt leider. Die Massen stehen mit aufgerissen Augen da, wie ein Reh im Scheinwerferlicht oder wie ein Kaninchen vor der Schlange, in apathischer Schockstarre, man kann alles mit ihnen machen.

Es ist eine „ausserordentliche Lage“, die Grenzen werden für den Personenverkehr geschlossen und die Armee wird um Unterstützung gebeten und zwar mit Infrastruktur (Militärspitäler) und Mannstärke (Sanitätstruppen), sanitätsdienstliche Transporte oder Spitallogistik (z.B. Bettendesinfektion, Küche, Wäscherei, Reinigung).
