Das Justizdepartement lässt eine neue Anlage zur Live-Überwachung der ganzen elektronischen Kommunikation installieren. Das Gesetz dafür ist erst in der Vernehmlassung.
Im Keller des Eidgenössischen Justiz- und Polizeidepartements (EJPD) an der Fellerstrasse in Bern stehen meterbreite Schränke bereit für neue Rechner: Server und andere Computer für das Interception System Schweiz (ISS), die neue elektronische Abhöranlage des Bundes. Vor rund einem Monat hat das EJPD die dreissig Millionen Franken teure Anlage bestellt. Bis im nächsten Sommer soll sie von SMS und MMS über E-Mails bis zu Telefongesprächen via Internet alles mitschneiden können.

Juni berichtete eigentümlich frei online über eine kleine Sensation: Führende Politiker der Schweizer Volkspartei „fordern eine Verfassungsänderung, nach der Regionen angrenzender EU-Staaten als Schweizer Kantone den Beitritt zur Eidgenossenschaft beantragen können. Aus Frankreich sollen das Elsass, Jura, Ain und Savoyen, aus Italien Aosta, Bozen und Varese, aus Österreich der Vorarlberg und aus Deutschland Baden-Württemberg beitreten dürfen. Die Menschen jener Regionen litten unter ihrer nationalen und europäischen politischen Klasse und wünschten eine Demokratie der Nähe mit menschlichem Antlitz.“
Im aktuellen Heft (ef 104) kommentiert der Herausgeber: „Da berichten deutsche Zeitungen empört über eine Initiative der Schweizer Volkspartei, die eine Verfassungsänderung beantragt, nach der auf Wunsch Regionen aus Nachbarländern der Schweiz beitreten dürften. Schweizintern ist es eine Initiative, die den EU-Beitrittswunsch der Linken im Lande ad absurdum führen möchte. Und wie reagieren deutsche Leser etwa im Internet bei Welt.de?
Weit mehr als 90 Prozent sind schlicht begeistert und wollen ‚lieber heute als morgen Schweizer werden’. Unzählige Deutsche flehen: ‚Nehmt uns auch auf!’ – während doch eigentlich die patriotische Welle zur Fußball-WM anrollen sollte. Als die Stimmung gegen die hiesige Politik allzu offensichtlich wird, schließt die ‚Welt’ wieder einmal den Kommentarbereich.“

Per ‚Zufall‘ (ich hab nach „global cooling“ gesucht) bin ich auf dieses Magazin gestossen.
Ein paar Impressionen:
Beeindruckend.
Eigentum – das ist der Schlüssel zur Freiheit. Um Eigentum und Freiheit dreht sich in eigentümlich frei vieles. Denn Menschen unterscheiden sich in ihrer Vorstellung vom Glück. Erst mit seinem Eigentum kann jeder tun und lassen, was er für richtig hält, ganz eigentümlich und freisinnig – wofür die Buchstaben ef auch stehen. Der Massenmensch kollektivistisch-totalitärer Ideologien dagegen ist eine Nummer, austauschbar und gewöhnlich. Er muss andere um Erlaubnis bitten. Und er wird dabei zwangsläufig feige und verlogen.
Das „Handelsblatt“ schreibt über dieses Magazin folgendes: „ef hat sich einem Anliegen verschrieben, das in unserem staatsgläubigen Land wohl von vielen immer noch mit Skepsis beäugt wird, nämlich der Freiheit des einzelnen vor staatlicher Bevormundung und der Marktwirtschaft in ihrer unverwässerten Form.“ Die Zeitschrift „Der Selbständige“ formuliert es so: „Sicherlich ist ef kein Produkt für jedermann. Wer aber neugierig ist auf Dinge, die er so wahrscheinlich noch nicht gelesen hat, der wird an ef seine Freude haben.“
Inzwischen haben fast alle großen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften über uns berichtet. Denn in der Tat ist eigentümlich frei anders als andere: Wir wissen, dass die Handwerksordnung, der Meisterzwang oder der ausufernde Sozialstaat ebenso falsch und unsozial sind wie Rauchverbote oder Quotenregelungen. Eines zeigt die Ölkatastrophe im Golf von Mexiko ganz deutlich: Konzerne wie BP sind die grössten Zerstörer unserer Welt, unserer Lebensgrundlage und unserer Gesellschaft. Egal welche Probleme wir betrachten, mit denen wir tagtäglich konfrontiert sind, es sind immer die Grosskonzerne welche man als Schuldige findet.
Durch die Globalisierung haben sie eine ungeheuerliche Macht bekommen, die weit über alle Staaten steht. Wir leben in einer Konzerndiktatur, sie bestimmen alles, die Politik hat nichts zu sagen. Dies wird am besten mit dem Begriff „too big to fail“ demonstriert. Aber wenn sie zu gross sind um zu fallen, dann sind sie schlichtweg zu gross. Wir müssen ihre Macht brechen und sie in die Knie zwingen.
Es wird uns immer eingeredet, wir Menschen, also wir kleine Bürger sind schuld an der Umweltzerstörung. Wir sollen ein schlechtes Gewissen haben und uns schuldig fühlen, und tatsächlich ziehen sich viele diesen Schuh an. Dabei sind es nicht wir, sondern die gierigen Grosskonzerne welche den Planeten verwüsten. Wer holzt denn die Regenwälder ab? Wer fischt die Ozeane leer? Wer vergiftet das Meer, die Flüsse und die Seen? Wer verseucht das Land und verschmutzt die Luft? Es sind nur die Grosskonzerne.

Die öffentliche Meinungsbildung und damit eine Demokratie kann nur funktioneren, wenn die durchaus interessierte Öffentlichkeit über genügend Informationen verfügt. Werden diese der Bevölkerung vorenthalten, wird die öffentliche Meinungsbildung massiv behindert und damit einer demokratischen Gesellschaftsordnung das Wasser abgegraben.

Der griechische Finanzminister George Papaconstantinou hat einscheidende Massnahmen verkündet, die ab 1. Januar 2011 eingeführt werden. Offensichtlich nutzt die NWO die Krise um ihren lange gehegten Wunsch durchzusetzen, eine Gesellschaft in der alles über Computer kontrolliert werden kann und Griechenland scheint der Testfall zu sein.
So sind in Zukunft alle Zahlungen über 1’500 Euro in Bar dann verboten und müssen per Banküberweisung oder Kreditkarte durchgeführt werden. Unternehmen dürfen nur noch Rechnungen auf elektronischen Weg akzeptieren. Und es wird eine Amnestie für Denunzianten eingeführt. Diese Massnahmen werden mit der Bekämpfung der Schwarzarbeit und Steuerhinterziehung begründet.
