Die Diktatur ist eine Staatsform bzw. eine Regierungsform, die bei uns besonders durch Adolf Hitler zur Zeit des Nationalsozialismus bekannt ist.
In einer Diktatur regiert nur eine einzelne Person oder eine Gruppe, z. B. ein Bundesrat, der die grenzenlose Macht besitzt. Sie hat viele eindringliche Merkmale, die vielen Menschen in den damaligen Zeiten Kummer und Leid bereitet hatte. Der Diktator begründet seinen Anspruch auf Macht meist in Krisensituationen, mit dem Versprechen, alles selbst lösen zu können und andere problemlos retten zu können. In der Demokratie geschieht dies durch gerechte Bürgerwahlen.

Die Diktatur ist das Gegenteil der Demokratie. In einer Diktatur bestimmt nur ein Bundesrat oder eine einzelne Person, der so genannte Diktator, über das Land und das Volk. Meistens wird der Diktator nicht gewählt, sondern er reißt mithilfe von Gewalt die Herrschaft an sich, z.B. mittels Notstandsgesetzen. Manchmal beruft sich ein Diktator auch zum Herrscher in schwierigen und gefährlichen Zeiten und verspricht den Menschen, er könne eine drohende Krise abwenden, z.B. eine Pandemie. Er sichert den Menschen zu, dass er die Situation in diesem Land für sie verbessern könne. Aber in Wahrheit interessiert er sich nicht für die Wünsche der Menschen, sondern will seine Macht über das Volk ausbauen und handelt nur zu seinen eigenen Gunsten.

Der Diktator bestimmt die Regeln und Gesetze alleine – das Volk hat kein Recht auf Mitbestimmung. Oft lässt sich ein Diktator von einer Armee beschützen, weil viele Menschen im Land sich das natürlich nicht gefallen lassen wollen. Doch die Armee schüchtert die Menschen ein und droht Gewalt an, wenn man sich gegen die Regierung stellt. Es gibt auch viele Spitzel, die die Menschen aushorchen und beobachten – diejenigen, die etwas gegen das diktatorische Regime haben, werden dann verraten und bestraft. Viele von ihnen müssen dann ins Gefängnis, werden gefoltert oder sogar getötet. Oftmals gibt es auch eine Geheimpolizei, die dieser Aufgabe nachgeht. Daher unternehmen die Menschen meistens nichts gegen einen Diktator, weil sie zu viel Angst haben. In einer Diktatur „verschwinden“ Menschen auch häufig einfach – das heißt, sie werden von der Geheimpolizei verhaftet und entweder eingesperrt oder getötet. Die Angehörigen wissen nicht, was passiert ist und die Suche nach den Vermissten ist vergeblich, da es keine Spur gibt und die Regierung, die Polizei mit eingeschlossen, schweigt.

In einer Diktatur dürfen die Menschen also nicht ihre Meinung sagen. Auch die Medien dürfen nur das sagen, was der Diktator möchte – es gibt keine Pressefreiheit. Das, was von der Regierung unerwünscht ist, wird vernichtet, bevor es das Volk lesen kann. Es herrscht also eine strenge Zensur. Der Diktator fordert, dass sich jeder Mensch angeblich zum „Wohle der Gemeinschaft„, z.B. der Gesundheit von anderen, unterordnen muss – er begründet das meist mit einem angeblichen „höheren Ziel“. Als Deutschland von den Nationalsozialisten unter der Führung Adolf Hitlers regiert wurde, gab es zum Beispiel die Parole „Du bist nichts, dein Volk ist alles!“. Der einzelne Mensch zählt kaum – das bedeutet, die Menschenwürde und auch die Menschrechte werden stark verletzt. Auch Gaddafi oder Josef Stalin sind beispielweise solche Diktatoren. Sie sind für den Tod vieler Menschen verantwortlich.

Vor einem Jahr: Die Welt im Jahre 2019

„Weisst du was? Ich komme durch die Zeit zurück und setze mich zu dir, statt aus der Zukunft entfernt sich zurück an die Vergangenheit zu erinnern. Die Zeiten sind schwierig geworden und etwas Gesellschaft tut uns allen gut.“

Hier sind wir nun, im Jahre 2020. Was vor einem Jahr, ja, vor einigen Wochen noch niemand für möglich hielt, ist eingetroffen. Unter dem Deckmantel einer „Pandemie“ haben sie den ganzen Planeten in Hausarrest geschickt. Menschenansammlungen mit höchstens 5 Personen sind erlaubt. Ganze Städte wurden abgeriegelt, der Notstand wurde ausgerufen und damit sämtliche demokratischen Werkzeuge ausser Kraft gesetzt. Ein Kanzler, ein Bundesrat, ein Präsident herrschen im Alleingang und können willkürlich und sehr rasch Gesetze und Weisungen erlassen. In vielen Städten herrscht Ausgangssperre. Die Massenmedien jagen den Menschen ständig Angst ein, indem sie Bilder von stapelnden Särgen, überfüllten Spitälern und steigenden Todeszahlen veröffentlichen. Das macht die Menschen gefügig. ‚Jetzt ist Krise, es ist schlimm, was sollte die Regierung sonst machen? Die Welt ist nun mal so, wie sie ist.‘

„Ja aber, was ist, wenn dieses Virus gar nicht so schlimm ist, wie befürchtet? Wir kennen das ja von den Grippehysterien aus den vergangenen Jahren.“

Richtig. Es stellt sich tatsächlich raus, dass das Virus nicht viel gefährlicher als die Grippe ist. Die anfangs angekündigten „Millionen von Toten“ blieben aus. Die notdürftig entwickelten Tests funktionieren nicht zuverlässig, die Leute fühlen sich gesund, die Spitäler sind leer und melden sogar Kurzarbeit an. Wenn die Leute dahinterkommen, dass das alles Schall und Rauch war, dann funktioniert der Plan der Elite nicht. Deswegen wird mit allen Mitteln versucht, das Schreckensbild der Krise aufrecht zu erhalten. Menschen, die bereits im Sterben liegen oder an einer anderen Krankheit erkrankt sind, landen in der Statistik der Virustoten; unabhängig davon, ob sie nun am Virus gestorben sind oder nicht.

„Aber das ist doch nicht wissenschaftlich!? Fällt das niemandem auf?“

Doch. Ein paar mutige und wachsame Ärzte haben sich darüber ausgesprochen. Die Medien fallen wie die Haie über sie her und deunzieren sie; nur damit das Bild des Schreckgespenstes aufrecht erhalten werden kann. Jeder, der diese fabrizierte, offizielle Meinung hinterfragt, wird deunziert, zensiert oder eingesperrt. Hier wurde eine Rechtsanwältin verhaftet, dort ein Arzt abgeholt und in die Psychiatrie eingewiesen. Ein Videointerview mit 4 Millionen Zuschauern wird von YouTube gelöscht; weder der Moderator noch seine Sendung haben einen Wikipediaeintrag, obwohl er damit sehr erfolgreich ist. Die grossen Internetkonzerne schliessen sich zusammen, um gemeinsam gegen alle vorzugehen und alles zu zensieren, was nicht ins offizielle Narrativ passt. Die Leute werden gegeneinander aufgehetzt („du stellst dich gegen die Weisungen der Weltgesundheitsorganisation, damit gefährdest du die Massnahmen, das Virus einzudämmen und deswegen sterben Menschen“).

Hin und wieder schafft es doch das eine oder andere Video ans Licht der Öffentlichkeit. Zum Beispiel das Video vor der Pressekonferenz, als die Kameras und Mikrofone schon liefen, die Gefilmten aber nichts davon wussten:

„Könnte es denn nicht sein, dass das Virus einfach ausgebrochen ist und wirklich zu der Klasse Viren gehört, wie sie nur alle paar hundert Jahre vorkommen, und dass man jetzt halt wirklich etwas tun muss?“

Diese Möglichkeit hielt ich mir anfangs offen, ja. „Assume good intentions“, die Unschuldsvermutung. Bis ich dann auf (jahrzehntealte!) Dokumente von offiziellen Stellen stiess, die genau solche Szenarien beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar vorhersagten. Das ist ihr Plan:

Ein grosser Krieg soll Millionen von Menschen im Jahre 2015 töten; die Regierungen der einzelnen Länder waren dadurch willig, ihre Autorität an eine globales Regime abzugeben. Dieses Regime unterhält die Kommunikations- und Transportnetze und stellt „den Frieden“ mit einer globalen Polizeitruppe sicher. Die Wirtschaft war durch die Krise total zusammengebrochen, das Geld nix mehr Wert. Und so akzeptierten die Leute die Einführung einer neuen, globalen Währung. Sämtliche Transaktionen laufen elektronisch, alles wird überwacht, kontrolliert und identifiziert.

Nun, der Krieg hat nicht stattgefunden. Dafür das Szenario Pandemie:

Eine weltweite Pandemie soll Millionen von Menschen im Jahre 2012 töten. Die Menschen würden in Quarantäne weggesperrt. Der Staat „hilft“ den Firmen und vergibt Kredite. Leider können viele diese Schulden nach der Krise nicht mehr zurückzahlen. Die Wirtschaft bricht ein. Billiarden von Banknoten würden gedruckt, das Geld verliert seinen Wert. So würden die Leute die Einführung einer neuen, globalen Währung akzeptieren. Sämtliche Transaktionen liefen elektronisch, alles würde überwacht, kontrolliert und identifiziert werden. Um der ‚Pandemie‘ Herr zu werden, würden Impfstoffe und elektronische Impfausweise ausgerollt. Nur wer geimpft ist, dürfe sich wieder frei bewegen. Potentiell könnte ja jeder infiziert sein und eine zweite, dritte, drölfzigste Welle oder ein neues Virus könne jederzeit ausbrechen. Wissenschaftlern würde gesagt werden, was sie zu forschen hätten; alle wichtigen intellektuellen Erzeugnisse würden als geheim eingestuft und gehörten der Regierung. Verschlüsselung wäre stark reguliert.

Und dann gibt es noch den Plan eine Stufe darüber:

Eine ausserirdische Rasse will mithilfe der Mächtigen die Menschen versklaven. Genetisch manipulieren, um ihre geistigen Fähigkeiten zu kappen und sie mit elektromagnetischen Waffensystemen unter Kontrolle halten. Ziel ist die Verschmelzung von Mensch mit Maschine.

„Erinnert mich irgendwie an das Combine-Imperium aus Half-Life. Aber in unserer echten Welt? Das klingt jetzt doch ein bisschen wirr und abgehoben!“

Meinst du? Aber warum sind die so scharf darauf, dass überall 5G-Handyantennen aufgestellt werden? Und tausende Satelliten in Stellung in die Erdumlaufbahn gebracht werden? Warum wird sofort alles zensiert, was mit 5G zu tun hat? Und was, wenn die Auswirkungen der Pandemie nicht von einem Virus, sondern von dieser elektromagnetischen Strahlung kommt? Ein Virus ist eine willkommener Buhmann, um von dem abzulenken, was wirklich im Hintergrund passiert. Und: Alle sind zuhause eingesperrt, Versammlungen bis maximal 5 Personen. So werden Proteste im Vornherein erschwert.

Elon Musk startet wöchentlich eine Rakete mit 60 Satelliten an Bord. Erst grad kürzlich hat jemand diese Perlenkette am Himmel beobachtet:

„Aber elektromagnetische Strahlung, das ist doch alles reguliert und normiert. Da gibt es Vorschriften und SAR-Werte.“

Darum geht es nicht. Es geht um den *Puls* der Strahlung. Die Russen haben von 1953 bis 1976 die amerikanische Botschaft mit Mikrowellen bestrahlt. Das wurde später bekannt als das Moskau Signal. Die Strahlung lag weit unterhalb der Grenzwerte. Die Botschafter wurden allesamt krank. Die Amerikaner haben den Fall untersucht, in einem Projekt namens „Pandora“. Kurz nachdem die Amerikaner herausgefunden hatten, dass nicht die Stärke, sondern die Pulsierung für die biologischen Effekte entscheidend war, wurde Pandora als geheim klassifiziert und ging dunkel. Also hat die Airforce 1995 von dieser Möglichkeit gewusst und das in ihre Zukunftsvision eingebaut: „Biological Process Control“.

Nun wird diese Erkenntnis genutzt. Unter dem Deckmantel von mehr Komfort wird der Bevölkerung die drahtlose Kommunikation schmackhaft gemacht. Wireless, Smart-Meter, Handy, Smart-Watches. An jeder Ecke steht eine Antenne, die ganze Welt wird mit Satelliten zugedeckt. Und eines Tages wird aus diesem zivilen Netz plötzlich ein voll einsatzbereites Waffensystem.

Der Kanton Uri hatte allen Personen über 65 den Ausgang – inklusive einkaufen – verboten. Im Zug nach Hause hatte eine Frau lautstark Panik geschoben: „Aber was mache ich jetzt? Die können doch nicht alles verbieten? Um 23:30 fliegen Helikopter über die Städte und lassen Desinfektionsmittel auf die Häuser runter. Es gibt Krieg. Dann geht alles kaputt.“

Die Stimmung die Tage bis und mit Donnerstag war ziemlich bedrückt. Es fühlte sich an wie ein Stahlkloss im Darm; ein direkter Angriff auf das Wurzelchakra – Überlebensangst, Angst vor Veränderungen, Adrenalin, Nebennierendrüse. Das war sehr deutlich im kollektiven Feld spürbar.
