Erklärung zum Sach- und Rechtsattest

Dies ist der von mir schon länger angekündigte Text neuesten Datums. Es ist ein Papier des friedlichen Widerstandes für den es eine Minute vor zwölf ist.

Wie Du siehst habe ich für die Rechtslage unterschrieben. Deine Unterschrift bestätigt die Sach- und Rechtslage.

Sollte jemand trotz Vorweisen dieses Attestes auf einem Maskenzwang bestehen, muss er/sie unterschriftlich bestätigen, dass er/sie den Text zur Kenntnis genommen hat (Kästchen).

Aus diesem Grund braucht jeder mind. 2 Exemplare pro Geltendmachung seiner Befreiungsgründen. Eines für sich zum Behalten für die eventuelle Strafanzeige wegen Nötigung und das andere zum Abgeben an den Attestadressaten.

Sollte jemand auf den Maskenzwang bestehen und die Unterschrift verweigern, empfehle ich die umgehende Strafanzeige wegen Nötigung bei der Staatsanwaltschaft.

Je weiter das Dokument verbreitet und geteilt wird, desto grösser wird seine Wirkung sein.

Restaurant-, Laden- und andere Betreiber von öffentlich zugänglichen Einrichtungen können diesen Text immer zweifach auch für ihre Kunden auflegen.
