Nachweis

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Zürich, den 20.10.2020

Dieses Dokument führe ich mit mir und zeige es Ihnen, weil ich gemäss Art. 3a Abs. 1 lit. b sowie Art. 3b Abs. 2 lit. b der Verordnung über die Massnahmen in der besonderen Lage zur Bekämpfung der Covid-19-Epidemie vom 19. Juni 2020 (Covid-19-Verordnung besondere Lage; SR 818.101.26), Stand am 19. Oktober 2020, nachweisen soll, dass ich „keine Gesichtsmaske tragen“ kann.

Ich schicke voraus:

1. Es steht nicht in der Verordnung, dass ich das schriftlich nachweisen muss. Es liegt also von meiner Seite her eine Übererfüllung des Solls vor, indem ich Ihnen diesen Nachweis zeige. Ich könnte darauf beharren, es Ihnen nur mündlich nachzuweisen, und Sie bei Nichtbeachtung anzuklagen, mich einer Lüge zu bezichtigen (div. Straftatbestände Ihrerseits u. geschuldeter Schadenersatz). Es ist also allein meinem guten Willen geschuldet, dass ich mich hiermit schriftlich äussere.
2. Es steht in der Verordnung, dass „besondere… Gründe“ nachzuweisen seien. Es steht nicht, dass „nur medizinische“ Gründe gelten. Falls Sie nur solche gelten lassen wollen, machen Sie sich der Nichtbeachtung der bundesrätlichen Verordnung schuldig; es drohen die obengenannten Folgen zuzüglich Rückforderungen an Sie wegen von Ihnen unnötigerweise verursachten Arztkosten.

Meine Gründe:

1. Ich bin kerngesund, huste und niese nicht und stelle somit keine Gefahr für andere dar.
2. Mir wurde in Kindheit, Jugend und jungem Erwachsenenalter oft der Mund zugehalten und/oder verboten. Wenn ich nun gezwungen werde, mir etwas vor den Mund zu halten, halte ich das heute nicht mehr aus.
3. Meine Spiritualität gebietet mir, frei zu atmen (Glaubens- u. Gewissensfreiheit, Religionsfreiheit).
4. Als logisch denkender Mensch ist mir klar, dass keine ausserordentliche Gefahr besteht, auch wenn das Gegenteil behauptet wird. Ich müsste meine Logik vergewaltigen und meine Verantwortung als Teil der Gesellschaft vernachlässigen (sowie meine Ehre kränken), wenn ich so täte, als hielte ich die Angstmacherei für begründet und hiesse sie gut, indem ich mir etwas vor den Mund hielte.

Diese Gründe führen dazu, dass, wenn mir jemand etwas vor den Mund zwingen will, mich Nachhallerinnerungen überschwemmen, worauf mich extreme Wut, Aggressivität, Amok-Phantasien und noch Tage später Rachegelüste packen. Diese sind kaum zu kontrollieren und wenn, dann nur mit grösster Mühe. Deshalb besteht jederzeit die Gefahr eines Blutbades: Es kann sein, dass ich dem Gegenüber, das mich auf eine solche Weise nicht respektiert (und mich z. B. nicht einlassen, transportieren oder aushungern will), unmittelbar ins Gesicht springe und ihm die Nase abbeisse oder dass ich mir seinen Namen merke, es später privat aufsuche und ihm die Augen aussteche.
