Das würde den Kindern bestimmt auch gefallen.
Machen wir mal einen Soundtest. Unauffällig platziere ich die beiden Hifi-Lautsprecherli links und rechts hinter dem Grüppli am Seeläfüür und setze mich dazu. „Distant Thunder“ von noises.online auswählen, Lautstärke hochschrauben, zurücklehnen und innerlich eine Packung Popcorn aufmachen. Die Gruppe am Seelenfeuer verstummt. Alle schauen wie gebannt in den Himmel. „Chunts cho Gwittere?“ 😀 THAHAHA!
„Ah nei, das isch dr Glood mit sine Böxli!“
Wir klicken uns noch durch einige Geräusche. Regen, Klangschalen. Und dann Data Center -- die Lüftergeräusche eines Rechenzentrums. Tüx versucht, die Servermodelle anhand des Geräuschs zu erkennen. „Das isch en HP. Das en Dell. Die Mühli tönt nach Sun.“
Die Kinder sind ganz begeistert und am nächsten Morgen streifen wir mit unserem mobilen Donner übers Gelände. Die Geschichtenelfe schaut ganz verdutzt in den Himmel, bis ich ihr den Lautsprecher förmlich ins Gesicht halte. Sascha meint, „aber dä Donner isch rächt tief“, bis er’s dann gemerkt hat. Bei der Komposttoilette lassen wir das Meer lässig über die Küste plätschern; schliesslich soll das Wasser ja strömen und fliessen, auch bei denen, die vor der Toilette ganz dringend anstehen… 😀
Eines Abends entdecken wir am Seelenfüür den Poltergeist. Der rumpelt, schlägt, kratzt, poltert und knarrt, so dass es einem kalt den Rücken runterläuft. „Machsch Poltergeist mit dr Windmühli?“ Das laute Knacken der Holzstruktur einer Windmühle passt prima dazu und so ziehen wir nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit los. Der Poltergeist scharrt, knackt und fegt, und immer wieder hallen Schreie aus der Ferne übers Gelände. Wir gehen weiter am Zeltplatz entlang, immer weiter weg, in die einsame Dunkelheit -- bis selbst der Bub, der vorhin maximal viel Poltergeist verlangt hat, zugibt, dass er selber langsam Schiss hat. Ich schalte sogleich aus.
Missionen im Wald
Einen Tag später. Ein paar Leute gehen zur Quelle, Wasser holen. „Kommt, wir verstecken die Böxli links und rechts von der Brücke!“
Ein Gekicher und Gejohle. Die brauchen aber lange! Währenddessen kommt Kailash zur Brücke und wundert sich -- erblickt uns schliesslich und grinst belustigt.
‚Wie geil -- endlich wieder Missionen im Wald! Endlich wieder Räuberspieli mit Kindern.‘ freue ich mich. „Achtung, sie kommen!“ wir ducken uns hinter dem Baumstamm. Zwei sind bereits über der Brücke, das dritte Mädchen entdeckt die Boxen. „Wurum het’s do Boxe?!“ fragt sie und hebt sie hoch. Mist! Wir müssen dahin, sonst nimmt sie das Böxli mit!
Ein Gaudi und Gelächter von der Mutter, als wir uns hinter dem Spuk zu erkennen geben. „Und, habt ihr Angst gehabt?“ fragen die Kinder ganz erfreut.
„Es isch so schön: Jedesmol, wemmer dich ufem Platz gseht, ziehsch ei Chinderschar hinter dir her!“ sagt die Elfe am Abend zu mir und mein Herz hüpft vor Freude.
Die Kinder spannen mich immer mehr in ihre Spiele ein.
„Spielsch mit uns FeFa?“ „Fefa?“ „Versteckis-Fangis.“

Mein typischer Tagesablauf an diesem Festival sieht etwa so aus: Aufstehen, zum Klimacamp fürs Frühstück laufen, vorher aber von einer der Familien zum Frühstück eingeladen werden und auf dem Mätteli mit den Kindern Nutella-Gomfi-Bröötli ässen, Zehn putze, und dann mit einer Horde Kindern Versteckis, Fangis, „Schittli um“ und 15-14 auf dem Gelände spielen, bis es plötzlich Abendessen gibt, weil man den Sonnenstand gar nicht mitbekommt, weil der Himmel bedeckt ist. Danach Gschichtli losen und dann mit der Räuberbande zu viert losziehen und allerhand Geräusche auf dem Gelände verteilen. Wir spielen eine Mittelalterschlacht mit Dudelsäcken, Kanonengeräuschen und Schwertkämpfen; ein andermal knurrt ein Tiger übers Gelände; einen Abend später musste die Gruppe am Seelenfeuer zweimal hinhören, ob sich ein Rudel Wölfe auf dem Gelände verirrt hat, die in die Nacht heulen.
Die Böxli fungieren gleichzeitig als lange Leine; zwei Kinder tragen die Lautsprecher, der Sound kommt aber von meinem Handy. Sind sie weiter als 40 Meter entfernt, unterbricht die Bluetooth-Verbindung und sie müssen wieder zurückkommen, wenn sie die Geräusche hören wollen. 🙂
Wasser, Marsch!
Nach dem Frühstück habe ich nun doch langsam das Gefühl, dass ich mein schlechtes Gewissen beruhigen muss und mich an der Hausarbeit beteiligen sollte. Ich meine, ich spiele den ganzen Tag nur mit Kindern, während die anderen kochen und ich mich beim Essen einfach dazusetzen darf. „Kann ich beim Abwasch helfen?“ „Nee, aber was auch noch cool wäre ist wenn du den Wasserkanister wieder auffüllen könntest.“ „Prima, mach ich doch gerne!“ antworte ich und ziehe los.
Als ob ich alleine Wasser holen könnte -- ein Rudel Kinder begleitet mich auf dem Weg. „Was hört ihr eigentlich so für Musik?“ frage ich sie. Sind ja Lautsprecher, man kann auch Musik darüber abspielen, und jetzt, wo wir unter uns sind, weit weg vom Camp, stört das sicher niemanden.
„White-In Temptation“ bekomme ich zur Antwort und der Junge hilft mir gleich, das richtige Lied bei Youtube zu finden.
Geiler Scheiss. So melodischer Metal -- die beiden Jungen stimmen sogleich mit ein und singen mit, weil sie das Lied die ganze Zeit bei sich zuhause tschätteren lassen. „Isch cool, dass mer chönne Musik lose während em Wasser hole“ freut sich ein anderer Bub.
Mit diesem Lied unter den Armen marschieren wir zurück.
Zwei Buben links und rechts halten jeweils die Lautsprecher, ein Mädchen den Messbecher, ich trage den Kanister. Hinter uns eine Horde Kinder, bunt gemischt, zu Fuss, hüpfend, oder auf dem Velo.
„Dieses Bild heute“ erzählt die Elfe später am Seelenfeuer und erläutert: „als ihr da Metal abgespielt habt -- du bist mit dem Kanister und eiserner Miene Schritt für Schritt nach vorne gestampft, und hinter dir deine Kinder-Gang.“ 😀
Oh my god. So realisiert hatte ich das gar nicht; das muss ja wirklich episch ausgesehen haben. Der Terminator marschiert mit dem Benzinkanister übers Gelände, hinter ihm eine Horde Kinder. Jetzt kommen wir und ‚wir läuten das neue Zeitalter ein‘, mit Unterstützung von allen Kindern. So habe ich diese Szene innerlich betitelt. Geil!
Hundekacke essen
„Hey, do liggt e Hunde-Gagg, nimmsch das bitte uf?!“ sage ich demonstrativ zum Mädchen mit dem Robidog-Säckli. Sie streicht genau so demonstrativ über den Rasen. „Zeig mol!“ -- „mmmmmh, Hundekacke!!“ feuereifern wir und jeder nimmt sich einen Finger voll von der durchfallechten Schmierwurst.
Die Zuschauer, denen wir dieses Theaterstückli präsentieren, sind ganz angewidert. Milch, Gaggo, Mehl im Robidog-Säckli -- so kann man Schokolade auch geniessen.
Nachtzeit
Während sich die Erwachsenen herausgeputzt der Elfenparty fröhnen, chillen wir oben auf dem Turm -- drei Buben, ein Mädchen, und ich. Regnet es? Ich zünde mit meiner 1000-Lumen Stirnlampe gen Himmel. Ah, ich habe eine Idee -- wir spielen Leuchtturm! Ich lasse die Stirnlampe langsam drehend das Gelände beleuchten. Wie geil! Wir sind die Küstenwache, wir geben Licht den Rettungsbooten da draussen.
Es tröpfelt nun stärker. Wir begeben uns ins Sarasani und reden über die vergangenen Feuerfestivals. Martina gesellt sich kurz zu uns und hat indische Teigtaschen dabei; ich hatte noch gar nichts gegessen, so eingespannt mit den Kindern war ich. Wie schön, dass das Festival immer wieder Menschen findet, die einem versorgen. Wir sind wahrlich eine grosse Familie. „Weisch was jetzt cool wär“, frage ich in die Runde, „wenn wir ein UFO sehen würden.“ „Oder das UFO uns abholt und mit uns Party macht“ ergänzt der Junge. Eingekuschelt in die Militärblachen, die hier rumliegen, lauschen wir dem Regen, der aufs Zeltdach tröpfelt. Es ist so friedlich.
Auf Wunsch der Kinder lasse ich später noch eine Folge „Fünf Freunde“ über die Böxli laufen, doch wir schaffen es nicht bis zum Ende; sie schlafen beinahe ein und werden von ihrer Mutter abgeholt.
Den Beruf verfehlt?
Meine Kinderzeit intensiviert sich, je länger das Festival andauert. Vorgestern noch wurde ich nach dem Frühstück auf ein „Spielsch mit uns Versteckis?“ eingeladen, doch heute schwirren bereits drei Kinder um mein Zelt, noch bevor ich fertig mit Tagebuchschreiben bin. Ich werde abgeholt! Und muss mir meine Frühstücks- und Zähneputzzeit regelrecht erkämpfen.
Wir sitzen am Seelenfeuer und spielen das Telefonspieli. Bereits zum zweiten Mal; die erste Runde gab’s gestern Abend, bis es dunkel wurde.
Danach schwenkt die Runde um ins Witze erzählen. „Deine Mutter ist so fett, wenn sie am Fernseher vorbeiläuft, verpasst man alle drei Folgen Herr der Ringe.“ 😀 THAHAHAHA! „Chuck Norris macht keine Liegestützen, Chuck Norris drückt die Erde herunter.“ 😀 „Ich ha au no eine!“ „und jetzt ich!“
Ach wie toll! Die Kinder kennen eine Menge Witze. Ob ich auch welche kenne? So spontan fallen mir keine ein, ich erzähle aber, dass ich die meisten Witze aus dem Spick habe. Sogleich läuft ein Kind los und ist wenig später mit einem Stapel Spick-Heftli zurück. Die schlagen wir gleich auf und lesen uns aus der Witzeseite gegenseitig vor.
„Glood, du hesch bi üs e Freypass bim Ässe, mit däm Chinderprogramm wo du machsch“ beginnt Chrigel. „Aber ich mache doch gar nichts -- ich bin ja nur hier“ meine ich schmunzelnd. Ich spiele nur mit, und wo sonst als hier auf dem Festival habe ich die Gelegenheit, wieder als Kind mit Kindern zu spielen?
Aber wuah -- wie genial! Nicht nur muss ich mir kein schlechtes Gewissen machen, wenn ich den ganzen Tag mit Kindern spiele. Ich erhalte sogar noch Lob und Dank dafür. „Es isch so schön, wie du de Ruum haltisch mit de Chind.“ „Alli Eltere sind froh“ und ich werde immer wieder zum Essen eingeladen. Boah, echt? Ich bin ja nur hier. Ich bin ja nur Kind. Ich spiele!
Das muss dieses „hör auf dein Herz und mach, was immer dir Spass macht“ sein. Und am Schluss gewinnen alle. Episch. Das Universum hackt sich grad selber.
Ob mich die Kinder eher als Kind oder als Erwachsener sehen? „Also gross wiene Erwachsene ischer scho -- aber ine Chischte gumpe, das würd de Papi nie mache!“ antwortet die Tochter auf diese Frage. „Ich werde nie erwachsen!“ habe ich damals rebelliert und immer nur Frust und enttäuschte Blicke geerntet. Heute wird mein Kind-sein geschätzt. Dass ich nie erwachsen wurde, sorgt heute dafür, dass ich auf Augenhöhe mit Kindern bin. Dass ich sie ernst nehme. Dass ich sie sehe und wertschätze. Dass ich Freude habe, bei ihnen zu sein. Dass sie mich gern haben und mich als einen der ihren ansehen, mit mir losziehen und mich in ihre Spiele einbinden.
Und zum ersten Mal werde ich dafür auch von Erwachsenen geschätzt. Danke.
„Du bisch Kinderbetreuer, oder?“ fragt mich eine Frau. „Nee, Lernbegleiter anere Privatschuel, aber das nur als Nebejob.“ antworte ich ihr. Eigentlich bin ich ja Programmierer…
„Hey Glood, du chasch die ganz IT-Sach ablegge und ine Chindergarte izieh!“ „Du bisch Kindergärtner, oder?“ „Immer wenn du übers Gländ laufsch ziehsch e Chinderschar hinter dir här -- wie e Magnet.“ -- so tönt es immer wieder von verschiedenen Menschen.
„Du hesch de Bruef verfählt“ meint eine Frau beim Znachtessen. „Mach doch Kinderbetreuig -- oder chasch das an Festivals abiete.“ -- mmmh, ich weiss nicht. Kinderbetreuer, das bedeutet doch sicher gleich wieder, dass ich ‚ein Programm‘ anbieten muss, Animation. Ich mache aber kein Programm. Alles, was wir gespielt haben -- Fangis, Versteckis, Telefonspieli, Witze vorlesen -- das kam alles von den Kindern. Ich bin einfach nur da und spiele mit. Die Initiative geht von den Kindern aus, ich bin einfach nur dabei und begleite sie. Was natürlich auch dabei ist, ist meine längere Lebenszeit auf dieser Kugel und das Wissen, was gefährlich ist, was wie funktioniert oder die Erinnerungen an die eigene Kindheit und meine Geschichten von damals. Was auch mit dabei ist, ist meine Neugier und der Drang, irgendwo Schabernack anzustellen, oder einfach nur zu Spielen. Was auch mit dabei ist, ist die Sonnencreme, die die Kinder im Zelt vergessen haben und die beim Spielen am Fluss verhindert, dass der Rücken am Abend wehtut. Was immer mit dabei ist, ist mein Herz, das vor Freude gumpt und hüpft und diese tollen Ereignisse erschafft.
