Neben diesen Maßnahmen und Empfehlungen, die Mittwochabend (11.3.20) von Seiten der Regierung vorgestellt wurden, sollen noch einige Gesetze im Eilverfahren verabschiedet werden, die den Behörden und Ämtern weitreichende Ermächtigungen geben sollen, wie die Fernsehsender TV2 und DR berichten. Laut DR hat sich eine Mehrheit für die Gesetze gefunden. Sie sollen zeitlich begrenzt sein und zum 1. März 2021 auslaufen. Die Gesetze sollen noch am Donnerstag (12.3.20) final abgesegnet werden. Die meisten davon sollen in das Ressort des Gesundheitsministers Heunicke fallen. Diese sind:

• Das Ministerium für Gesundheit soll befugt werden Privateigentum enteignen zu können.
• Falls erforderlich kann der Gesundheitsminister Regeln setzen, um die Versorgung mit Waren sicherzustellen.
• Das Gesundheitsministerium soll sämtlichen Besuch in Krankenhäusern und Pflegeheimen verbieten können.
• Der Minister soll gemeinsam mit dem Transportminister beschließen können, den Zugang zu Transportmitteln zu verbieten oder diese mit Restriktionen zu belegen.
• Um die Behandlung von Menschen mit Covid-19 zu gewährleisten, soll der Gesundheitsminister Bestimmungen einführen können, die Patientenrechte wie Untersuchungspflicht, freie Krankenhauswahl und Behandlungsgarantie aussetzen können.
• Der Gesundheitsminister soll Befugnisse erhalten, öffentliche Einrichtungen oder ganze Gebiete zu schließen beziehungsweise abzuriegeln. Auch Veranstaltungen sollen untersagt werden können.
• Außerdem soll das Gesundheitsministerium die Befugnis bekommen, Menschen mit einer Infektion oder einem Verdacht auf solche, zu einer medizinischen Behandlung, einer Einlieferung in ein Krankenhaus oder in Quarantäne zu zwingen. Auch eine zwangsweise Impfung bei „bestimmten Risikogruppen“ könne mit einem solchen Gesetz beschlossen werden.
• Um die von der Regierung erlassenen Vorschriften zu gewährleisten, soll die Polizei die Möglichkeit haben, Räumlichkeiten ohne gerichtliche Anordnung betreten zu können. Dies soll auch nur bei einem Verdacht auf eine Corona-Infektion gelten. Dieser Vorschlag sei aber abgelehnt worden, so TV2.
