„Iiih, Gemüse! Früchte!“ hab ich früher als Kind gesagt und nur widerwillig die schlabbrigen, verwelkten Blätter des Rahmspinats heruntergewürgt. Genauso wie die im Öl triefenden Rüebli. Oder der Gedanke an die Hautstücke, die regelmässig zwischen den Zähnen im Mund hängenbleiben, wenn man einen Apfel isst. Sonderlich gut schmeckt der nicht, so roh, und nachher brennt einem das ganze Maul. Wieso muss gesundes Essen immer so gruusig sein?

Die Nahrungsmittelpyramide steht bei mir auf dem Kopf. Ganz subtil plagt mich das schlechte Gewissen, dass ich zu wenig Salat und Gemüse esse.

Und dann habe ich die Hippiemikrowelle entdeckt. Das stand schon lange auf dem Plan, nachdem es mir die Smoothies am Being-Gathering so angetan haben. Jetzt ist es endlich soweit.

Da schmeisst man alles rein, was gruusig ist. Und heraus kommt ein erfrischender Drink; nicht von der Sorte „abgestandene Migros-Orangensaftgülle pissgelb UHT hochsteril ohne Stücklein drin“, sondern vom Kaliber „ultrafrisch, megafein, ultragesund und mit maximal vielen Stücklein drin.“

Yummie!

Das Grundrezept ist einfach:

50% Früchte, 50% Blattgrün, mit Wasser auffüllen, bis die Früchte unter Wasser sind.

Früchte: Äpfel, Bananen, Birnen, Erdbeeren, Mangos, Orangen, Pfirsiche, Heidelbeeri, Trauben, Kiwis. Und viele mehr.

Blattgrün: Blattspinat, Salat.

Ich fülle eine Banane und einen Apfel in den Mixbecher und für das Blattgrün verwende ich drei Würfel Tiefkühlspinat. Danach einen Spritzer Zitronensaft, eine Prise Salz und eine Prise Cayennepfeffer.

„Duesch guet Chöiä gäll!“ schallt mir die mahnende Stimme meiner Mutter durch den Kopf. Thahajaja… Mein Mixer käut mit 40’000 Umdrehungen pro Minute, zerhackt die Spinatwürfel mit roher Gewalt und spaltet die Nährstoffe subzellulär auf. Das bringt kein menschliches Gebiss fertig! 😀 Das alles ohne dass ich schluddrige Spinatblätter runterwürgen muss. Ohne den Geschmack von rohen Äpfeln, die mir im Mund brennen und ihre Hautfetzen zwischen den Zähnen steckenlassen. Die Hautfetzen gibt’s nämlich nicht mehr. Jedenfalls nicht spürbar, genauso wenig wie das Kerngehäuse der Äpfel, welches ich aber trotzdem abbekomme -- zusammen mit seinem hohen Omega3-Anteil. Ein frischer, grüner, homogener Saft glitzert und perlt durch meine Zähne und alle Nährstoffe werden optimal aufgenommen, da sie sehr klein zerteilt sind. Das ist Hippieweltraumnahrung. Und ich habe die volle Kontrolle über die Inhaltsstoffe, der Drink ist ultrafrisch. Das Schnitzelkoma, dass mich nach jedem Essen schläfrig macht, weil jetzt die Energie in der Verdauung benötigt wird, fällt ebenfalls weg. So ein Drink am morgen, und die leichte Energie hält sich zum Arbeiten über den Tag. Am Abend gibt’s dann ein Festessen mit dem oberen Teil der Nahrungsmittelpyramide, ab dann darf gross genossen und verdaut werden.

Der Mixer kann noch mehr.

Das Kinn entgültig auf dem Boden hatte ich, als sie damit bei Minute 4:50 Suppe zubereitete. Alle Zutaten in den Mixer geben, die Reibungsenergie der Rotorblätter macht die Suppe heiss. Das ist ja ultra-episch! Was für ein Hack! 😀

Ich nehme jetzt sogar mehr Früchte und Gemüse auf als sonst. Wenn ich zweimal am Tag so einen grünen Smoothie zubereite, habe ich 2-3 Bananen, 2 Äpfel und 6 Würfel Spinat gegessen und zwei Liter Wasser getrunken und es dabei sogar genossen! Die Nahrungsmittelpyramide steht wieder gerade. Günstiger ist es eh noch, wenn man die rohen Zutaten einkauft. Ich freue mich schon im Frühling, da Brennesselblätter reinzutun für den Brennesselsmoothie. Der Mixvorgang macht die Brennhaare unschädlich und die Pflanze ist ein wunderbarer Eisenlieferant.

Hier ist wieder mal Technik und Natur miteinander vereint, so wie’s mir gefällt. Und gesund ists erst noch. Wie damals beim Geocaching lässt mich ein Stück Technik die Natur wiederentdecken. Prima!
