Angharad trägt ein grünes Gewand, ganz im Zeichen der Erde. Wir begrüssen die vier Elemente in den vier Himmelsrichtungen.
„Fühlt eure Finger. Wie es ist, in diesem Körper zu leben? Fühlt eure Arme, streichelt sie. Euren Bauch, eure Beine. Euren Kopf. Bedankt euch dafür, dass ihr diesen Körper bewohnen dürft, denn es ist der einzige, den ihr habt. Geht heute bewusst durch den Tag und fühlt, wie sich die Materialien anfühlen. Wie das Essen schmeckt, dass unseren Körper nährt.“
Danach beginnt die Meditation über das Element Erde.
Sie führt uns tief in eine Höhle. Wir finden ein Licht, denn selbst in der grössten Dunkelheit wird es immer ein Licht geben. Vor einem Eingang liegen die Knochen eines Höhlenlöwen. Wir betreten den Raum und bemerken alte, wunderschöne Höhlenmalereien, Zeichen und Muster an den Wänden.
„Erde, was kannst du mich lehren?
Erde, was kann ich für dich tun?“
Wir hören nun die Geschichte von König Arthur. Er schläft 1000 Jahre tief unter der Erde. 1000 Ritter mit goldenen Helmen und goldenen Brustpanzern bewachen ihn. Und eine grosse Glocke hängt davor. Wann immer Hilfe benötigt wird, klingelt diese Glocke und der König wacht auf und geht mit seinen Rittern auf die Erde, um zu helfen. „Nimm, was du brauchst“, wird der Protagonist in der Geschichte angewiesen. „aber klingle auf keinen Fall die Glocke!“ Er geht hinein, ganz, ganz vorsichtig um die Glocke herum. Drinnen angekommen, stopft er sich die Taschen voll mit Gold. Und die Kleider. Und überall, wo er noch einen freien Platz bei sich findet. So vollgepackt mit Gold geht er wieder ganz, ganz vorsichtig zurück, um die Glocke herum. Derart mit Gold beladen berührt er sie ausversehen. Und wie es mit Glocken so ist, kommt sie in Resonanz und bauscht sich auf, fängt an zu bimmeln und zu bammeln und zu schellen. König Arthur wacht auf. „Ist es Zeit?“ „Noch nicht! Schlaf wieder ein. Aber es wird bald Zeit sein.“ Der Protagonist geht nach Hause und lässt sein Haus renovieren. Kauft sich alles, wonach ihm gelüstet. Nach drei Jahren findet er den letzten Penny in seiner Tasche. Alles Gold aufgebraucht. „Aber das ist kein Problem, denn ich weiss ja, wo ich wieder welches finde.“ Und so geht er wieder zum Berg. Doch der verdeckte Eingang ist verschwunden. Er lässt den ganzen Berg umgraben -- tagelang, monatelang, jahrelang. Sie fanden nichts.
Und die Moral von der Geschicht? Nimm nur soviel, wie du brauchst.
„Ich habe hier etwas vorbereitet.“ Angharad reicht vier Schalen mit einer erdähnlichen Substanz drin im Kreis herum. „Es ist ein sehr altes Gemisch.“ (den Namen habe ich leider vergessen). „Hinterlasst eurem Nächsten eine Markierung damit.“ Wir reichen die Schalen herum, jeder malt ein Zeichen auf die Stirn oder Wangen seines Partners neben ihm.
Und wie immer, ihr geht mir nicht, ohne ein neues Lied gelernt zu haben!
Nach dem wir es zwei, dreimal gesungen haben, ist das Ritual beendet.
Der Tag ist eröffnet.
Ich schlendere durch die Healingarea und werde von wunderschönen Hawaiitrommelklängen aus der Ferne zum Soundtempel gelockt. Hier findet gerade eine Tribal Meditation statt. Zwei Zeremonienmeister wandern mit Klangschale und Klingeldingsi durch die Menge und untermalen die Musik. Ich setze mich hin und lausche ihnen zu. So wunderschön!
Danach schlendere ich etwas ziellos umher. Was soll ich als nächstes tun? Was kommt als nächstes? Für heute interessiert mich nichts mehr vom offiziellen Programm. Wohin soll ich gehen, wird es gut? Im Nachhinein ist es schwierig, mich wieder in diese Situation hineinzuversetzen, denn ich weiss ja jetzt, wo ich das aufschreibe, was als nächstes kommt. Aber es schwingt dennoch eine gewisse Ungewissheit mit, die mich ständig begleitet. „Ich werde wohl nicht über das Festival schreiben. Diesmal nicht.“ habe ich mehrmals zu mir gesagt. Ich weiss ja bereits, wie es wird, oder? Läuft noch alles „nach Plan“? So kühl wie es begonnen hat glaube ich nicht, dass noch irgendwas Berichtenswertes in den kommenden Tagen passieren wird. Natürlich, warum sollte ich über etwas schreiben, was nicht passiert ist? Und — klingelingeling — es ist noch ungeschrieben! Die kommenden Tage sind noch ungeschrieben. Wie will ich wissen, was kommt? Das einzige, was ich habe, sind die Erlebnisse, die ich bis jetzt, bis hier und heute an Tag 2 gehabt habe. Daraus extrapoliert mein Gehirn, dass die kommenden Tage kaum anders werden. „Naja, wir haben ein bisschen Yoga gemacht, es gab Vorträge, hier sind sie, voila, zagg zagg zagg. Am Schluss noch ein grosser Abschiedsschwumm und spielen mit Eneas im See wie letztes Jahr.“ Alles wie nach Plan. Aber ist das spannend? Ist nicht das, was ausserplanmässig geschieht, das Spezielle, das Unvorhergesehene -- ist es nicht das, was mich am Ende dazu führt, darüber zu schreiben? Habe ich es unter Kontrolle? Eben genau nicht. Natürlich nicht, sonst wäre es ja nichts Unvorhergesehenes.
Ich komme beim Yoga Shala an. Dort findet gerade „Acro-Yoga“ statt; und zwar sind das Übungen, die man zu zweit oder sogar in Gruppen durchführt. Die Lehrerin hat einen sehr feinen Humor und bringt es den Leuten auf eine verspielte, aber professionelle Art bei. „Chu, Tschhh, Ding“ untermalt sie jede Bewegung, als sie die Arme zusammen mit ihrem Partner in Position bringt. Ich mag das. Ich mache mit!
„Und jetzt steht ihr mit den Füssen auf die Seite an den Knien eures Partners, während er euch mit angewinkelten Ellbögen nach oben zieht.“ Elegant balancieren die beiden freistehend im Raum, fast schwebend. Ich habe das noch nie gemacht, aber mein Partner ermuntert mich und erinnert mich an die Schritte, die ich als nächstes tun muss -- und schon stehe ich auf seinen Knien und strecke die Arme! Umgekehrt ists schwieriger; mein Partner ist ziemlich schwerer als ich und ich fange an zu wackeln. Eine Frau sichert ihn, indem sie auf allen Vieren daruntersteht. „Nee, lass mal lieber, ich fühle mich unsicher.“ Die nächsten Übungen lasse ich aus. Ich bin gegen Schluss des Workshops hinzugestossen, und jetzt kommen die schwierigen Übungen. Ein Bein auf die Knie, den Fuss des anderen Beines im Nacken des Partners fest einklemmen -- und schon schwebt sie horizontal an ihrem Partner in der Luft! Öh, nee. Nicht für mich 😀
Die Schlussübung ist die Hängebrücke. Die Beine unter die Kniekehlen des Partners, und ihn am Rücken über sich halten. Er kann sich völlig gehenlassen und ausbambeln. Der untere Partner kann den „Flyer“, wie der obere genannt wird, massieren und hin und herbewegen.
Zum Abschluss formen wir alle einen riesigen Kreis, der fast grösser war als das Zelt. Die Leiterin löst einen Teil aus dem Kreis heraus und fängt an, innendran entlangzulaufen. Immer weiter, immer näher nach innen. Eine riesige Spirale! Wir ziehen mit und springen, bis alle in der Mitte angekommen sind. Einatmen — „OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHMMMMMMMMMMMMM.“ Dreimal ertönt ein fettes Ohm aus 300 Kehlen. Das ganze Zelt vibriert.
„Ich erwarte nichts. Ich fürchte nichts. Ich bin frei.“ Das Shirt gefällt mir.
Ich laufe zurück zur Healingarea, als plötzlich Vickie auf mich zukommt. „Dieses Jahr habe ich keinen Chaistand, ich erlebe das Festival zum ersten Mal als Besucher. Und ich kann hier einfach sein. Zuhause habe ich so viele Dinge, die alle rufen: ‚Hellohou, we are waiting…‘ Aber hier? Heute um 16:00 habe ich einen Inspirational Talk und das wars!“
„Prima!“ denke ich mir. Warum ihr dabei nicht Gesellschaft leisten?
Kurz vor 16:00 Uhr habe ich den Ort gefunden, wo diese Talks stattfinden. Das Korbgeflecht in der Healingarea, wo ich mein Mittagsschläfchen an meinem ersten Boom gehalten habe.
„Findet hier dein Workshop statt?“ „Oh es ist nur ein Talk. Über wie man selber Yoga macht, ohne Lehrer. Du Claude, ich bin so nervös. Warum sollte sich jemand für meine Geschichte interessieren? Ich erzähle doch eigentlich nichts Neues.“ „Och ich weiss genau, wie du dich fühlst“ antworte ich ihr mitfühlend. „Ich kenne das. Aber deine Geschichte ist einzigartig und deswegen interessant und so wie du sie erlebst, mit deinem Weg, wert, erzählt zu werden. Ausserdem vergessen die Leute sehr schnell. Repetition ist immer gut.“
Für die nächste Stunde sitze ich schweigend daneben und lausche ihrer Geschichte. In England aufgewachsen, nach Indien gereist und lebt jetzt seit ein paar Jahren auf einer eigenen Farm in Portugal. Mit allen Situationen, die daraus entstehen. Yoga kann man immer machen, man braucht nur eine Matte und einen Platz. Manchmal ist der Platz in der Öffentlichkeit -- da muss man sich zuerst daran gewöhnen. Yoga in Portugal war fast nicht bekannt, und als sie eigene Yogaworkshops geben wollte, kamen 3 Teilnehmer und 20 Zuschauer. „Das ist doch dieser Sexkult aus Indien!“ Mit solchen Vorurteilen hatte sie zu kämpfen. Seltsam, immer wenn die Leute etwas nicht kennen, ist es gleich ein Sexkult. Yoga!!! Fucking Yoga. Unglaublich.
Dann erklärt sie die Vorteile, wenn man Yoga alleine übt. Ihr braucht keine Lehrer. Denn die Yogalektion dauert immer nur eine fixe Zeit. Wenn man sich täglich vornimmt, 10 Minuten zu üben, kann es sein, dass man dann einfach weiter macht -- und so aus diesen 10 Minuten 3 Stunden werden können. Das ist in einer Klasse nicht möglich.
Ungefähr 6 Leute waren ständig anwesend und lauschten gespannt. Mehr wollte Vickie auch gar nicht, das hätte sie nur noch nervöser gemacht. Ich bleibe als Letzter bei ihr. „Wie lautet das Konzept nochmal, von dem du erzählt hast, das mit dem ‚keine Erwartungen haben‘?“
Aparigraha.
„Grosszügigkeit, nicht anhaftend, ohne Erwartungen sein. Jede Yogalektion ist die erste Lektion.“ „Hmm, das kann ich gut für mich brauchen. Ich hatte zwar keine Erwartungen für dieses Festival, aber dennoch -- da kleben so viele Erinnerungen am Gelände. Diese Erinnerungen wollen wiedererlebt werden, und schon sind daraus Erwartungen geworden. Aber hey, ich versuche jetzt, jedes Festival als ein neues Festival anzusehen.“
„Jedes Festival ist dein erstes Festival.“ Yes.
„Vielen, vielen Dank, dass du bei mir warst.“ verabschiedet sie sich von mir mit einer langen und herzlichen Umarmung. „Ich bin stolz auf dich!“ sage ich zu ihr. Ich war wohl die „Hilfe vom Universum“ für sie, von der Angharad gestern in ihrem Vortrag zum Wandern in der Wildnis erzählt hat. Und ich habe es gern gemacht.
Etwas weiter in der Healingarea bei den Young Dragons findet gerade ein Töpferworkshop statt und ich sehe ihnen eine Weile zu. Tag der Erde.
Ich laufe zum Dharma. „Love Hands -- The Power of Touch.“ Warum nicht? Es ist ein interaktiver Workshop. „Findet einen Partner. Wer noch keinen Partner hat, soll aufstrecken.“ Ich strecke auf -- als Einziger! :S
„Here, I’m a therapist.“ meldet sich eine Frau und schliesst sich sogleich aus der Seite dem Workshop an. Sanft drückt sie ihre Hände auf meinem Rücken die Wirbelsäule entlang, bis hinunter zu den Beinen. Es ist eine Shiatsu-Massage. Meine Gedanken kreisen. Was mache ich eigentlich immer falsch? Was ist mit mir? Die anderen finden ständig und immer spielend leicht einen Partner. „Wechseln!“ Ich bin kein Therapeut. Mache ich alles richtig? Nur nicht auf die Wirbelsäule drücken, hat die Leiterin uns gesagt. Am Ende bedanken wir uns. „I’m not sure if I did it correctly, since I’m not a therapist.“ „No, it was lovely!“ versichert mir meine Partnerin. Wirklich? Wow -- und das von einer Therapeutin!
Ich schlendere weiter. Wo könnte ich mich anschliessen?
Im Hands-On Bereich findet ein Vortrag über Elixiere statt.
Kinder. Ich setze mich daneben. Soll ich zu ihnen gehen und mit ihnen spielen? Ist das nicht ein bisschen komisch? Ich kenne sie ja nicht, und sie mich nicht. Aber Lex hat an der Eröffnungsrede doch gesagt, dass wir hier einfach „sein“ können. „Einfach sein.“ Was auch immer wir wollen.
Ach fuck-it! Es ist Sonnenuntergang. Jetzt gehe ich zum Jack-Felsen. All die ganzen Versuche, irgend etwas zu erzwingen, zu erhoffen oder zu planen machen mich nur mürbe. Ich gehe jetzt zu meinem Felsen und geniesse den Sonnenuntergang.
Hier ist er wieder. Jack-Felsen, bei Sonnenuntergang. Königsplatz der Welt.
Die Abendsonne taucht den Strand und die Insel mit dem Sacred Fire in goldenes Licht.
Jemand läuft am Strand entlang vorbei. Moment mal -- dieses Gesicht kenne ich. Eneas. „Eneas!“ rufe ich noch ein zweites Mal, etwas lauter. Er winkt mich zu sich. „Der Typ da vorne hat eine Drohne.“ Och wie geil! Drohnen testen im Sonnenuntergang mit Eneas! Hellyeah.
Wir fliegen zum Sacred Fire und wieder zurück. Die Leute wundern sich bestimmt, was da für ein grosses Insekt am Himmel schwebt 😀
Wir sitzen noch eine Weile da, bis die Sonne untergeht.
Danach läuft Eneas zurück zum Dharma. Ich werde von einer Indianerflöte abgelenkt, die am Jackfelsen spielt. Das muss ich aufzeichnen! Eneas läuft weiter, wartet nicht auf mich. Ich entscheide mich, noch etwas hierzubleiben.
