Integrität ist eine ethische Forderung des philosophischen Humanismus, nämlich die Übereinstimmung zwischen idealistischen Werten und der tatsächlichen Lebenspraxis, nicht in jedem kleinsten Detail, aber im Ganzen.

Ich soll mit solchen Wutreden erst eine Nacht lang drüber schlafen, bevor ich sie abschicke.

Ich hatte gestern mein Mitarbeitergespräch. Und Lob erhalten. Meine Blogbeiträge sind sichtbar, auch die Posts auf dem persönlichen Blog.

Macht mich etwas stutzig. Natürlich – aber was will das jetzt genau sagen?

„Mit deinem Selbstversuch im Sommer“ – oh, Du meinst die Tagebucheinträge über das Boom Festival?

„Es gab zum Teil sehr kritisches Feedback.“

„Von diversen Seiten. Die Leute sind besorgt, ob das vielleicht mit Namics in Verbindung gebracht werden könnte“. Ja, und? Ach so ist das also? Dann jetzt erst recht:

Namics Mitarbeiter experimentiert mit Drogen!!!1!

So. Jetzt, wo diese Verbindung hiermit offiziell hergestellt ist, unterhalten wir uns über eure Integrität.

What the fuck. Was fällt euch eigentlich ein? Statt mir direkt Rückmeldung zu geben, dass ihr offenbar ein Problem damit habt und nicht damit umgehen könnt, wenn ich hier öffentlich Tagebuch schreibe, macht ihr den Umweg über meinen Vorgesetzten. Hintendurch. Ihr feiges Dreckspack von bewusstlosen Reaktivzombies ohne Rückgrat!

Kommt doch bitte nächstes mal direkt zu mir, damit ich euch meinen Mittelfinger direkt in den Rachen schieben kann.

Am Boom-Festival gings gar nicht um Selbstversuche. Allein schon die Tatsache, dass man es nur auf das reduziert, ist ja schon dermassen oberflächlich und engstirnig. Das war meine Heldenreise, voller Erlebnisse, Höhen und Tiefen. Ich habe viel gelernt auf den zahlreichen Vorträgen und Workshops. Und ich bringe euch etwas davon mit, damit ihr daran teilhaben könnt. Ich gebe meine Erkenntnisse weiter und tue euch einen Gefallen. „Tu gutes, und sprich darüber.“ Das war mühevolle Arbeit – aber sie hat sich gelohnt, und es hat mir riesig Spass gemacht. Ich habe Storytelling gemacht; etwas, wovon ihr immer nur davon redet. Ich tue es. Ich habe aus meinem Leben, aus dem Erlebten erzählt.

Aber euer kleines Wirtschaftszombiehirni ist so überschwappend infiziert mit

Ich versuche hier die Welt zu verbessern, und ihr seht nur das Stichwort „Drogen“ und macht euch Sorgen: „Waah, der arbeitet bei uns; können wir unser Ansehen und unser Gesicht wahren?“. WIXER.

Ihr schreibt auf eure Visitenkarten Begriffe wie authentisch, direkt, echt, ehrlich, Integrität, Offenheit, Freiheit und Mut. Verlinkt auf megageile Kampagnen wie „Mut ist gratis“ und „Be Stupid!„. Ihr labert ständig davon – aber wenn es dann mal jemand umsetzt – dann rennt ihr heulend zu Mama.

Das ist überhaupt nicht integer. Ihr lebt nicht das, was ihr sagt. Ich prangere das an.

Ich halte mich an die Wörter in unserer Wortmarke. Ich setze die Be Stupid– und Mut ist gratis-Kampagnen in die Tat um.
