Funky Beach. Ein Bereich, der ziemlich weit abgelegen vom Festival ist. Als ob er nicht mehr dazugehören würde; hinter dem Campingbereich, ganz links am Strand. Die Musik ist ganz anders. Auch gibt es dort eine Bar mit Giftausschank.

Jack ist heute leider nicht mehr aufgetaucht am Infostand, dafür aber Alex und Tim; die beiden aus der Londoner Fraktion, die ich am Mittwoch so plötzlich verlassen musste, zugunsten des Vortrags von Daniel Pinchbeck. Das war ein freudiges wiedertreffen! Jetzt sitzen wir am Strand und geniessen unseren Sangria.

Die Zeit geht so schnell vorbei, bemerke ich wehmütig. Dies ist der letzte Tag. Morgen beginnt die Heimreise. Wir wandern am Strand entlang. Hier habe ich mit den Hunden gespielt. Überall Steintempel. Und Sandburgen. „It’s so beautiful, this festival.“
Wir sind am Dance Temple angekommen. Alex und Tim sind müde, beschliessen, sich vor dem letzten Abend nochmals auszuruhen. Wir tauschen die Telefonnummern, damit wir uns wiederfinden. „Where is that time gone?“, fragt Tim. Ja verdammt, es ist schon Nachmittag (!) :S

Ich habe Hunger. Essen. Und dann mache ich mich auf zu meiner letzten Abschiedsreise am Strand entlang. Vom Dance Temple bis zum Funky Beach. Alles im Wasser. Die Sonne sinkt und sinkt. Och, bitte nicht – warum gehst du jetzt zuende, liebes Festival? „Alles was ein Anfang hat – hat auch ein Ende.“, flimmert mir das Zitat aus den Matrix-Filmen durch den Kopf.

Hier hat jemand aus Korken zwei Schiffchen gebaut.

„May you take a photo of us?“, fragt mich ein Päärchen. „Sure!“, und mache gleich selber ein Foto mit ihnen im Hintergrund, im Vordergrund Strandkunst, und dem See, der die sich dem späten Nachmittag zuneigende Sonne reflektiert.

Am Central Plaza läuft gerade ein Vortrag über „Die Welt“. Was haben wir hier am Festival gemacht? Welche Erfahrungen nehmen wir mit? Wie können wir diese in der Welt da draussen integrieren? Welche Möglichkeiten haben wir? Ein Rückblick. Ein Abschluss.

Ich nehme noch ein paar Erinnerungsfotos auf. Gerade als ich das Gärtchen vor der Liminal Village fotografiere, laufen mir die Freunde aus London vor die Linse. Alex, Tim, Justin, und die Dame, an deren Name ich mich leider nicht mehr erinnern kann.

Im Tempel angekommen. Die Sonne geht bald unter. Ich muss etwas raus aus dem Lärm, brauche etwas Ruhe. „Cya later!“, winke ich allen zu. Ein „Good bye“ wäre passender gewesen; denn ich sah sie da zum letzten mal. Aber das ist nicht schlimm; schliesslich haben wir die Telefonnummern getauscht, und wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder in zwei Jahren.

Der letzte Sonnenuntergang. Natürlich sitze ich auf unserem warmen Felsen. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort, um den Abend und dieses Festival ausklingen zu lassen. Boom. Die Sonne taucht unter.
Ich mache noch Bekanntschaft mit zwei Leuten. „That sunset was beautiful!“ „Yea, we came here for the same reason. I’m from america, and he is from mexico.“ „Nice to meet you!“

Es nachtet ein. Die Zeit vergeht viel zu schnell. Jetzt kommt die letzte Tour, wo ich noch Erinnerungsfotos aufnehme. Wir lassen den Abend und das Festival mit diesen wunderschönen Nachtbildern ausklingen.
