Mein Grümpelchämmerli. Jetzt geht’s dir an den Kragen. Alte Bewerbungen. Die Zusage für die Lehrstelle als Elektroniker (ha, wenn ich dort zugesagt hätte… was wäre dann…) – weg. Vernichten.

Handbücher. Kriegt man als PDF vom Hersteller. Weg. Vernichten.

Stromkabel. Adapter. Netzteile. Access-Points. 100MBit Switches. Kein Verwendungszweck. Adjö.

Geburtstagskärtchen. Nette Erinnerung. Vergangenheit. Weg damit. Platz für Neues.

Das kam dabei raus:

Sechs 60-Liter Säcke.

Was bleibt, sind zwei Ordner:

• Einer mit den schönsten Erinnerungen; da sind ein paar ganz tolle Briefe und Kärtchen dabei.
• Einer mit den unwichtigen administrativen Dingen. Impfausweis. Mietvertrag. Pass. Aktuelle Garantien.

Hach tut das gut, sich von seiner Vergangenheit zu lösen und Platz für Neues zu schaffen.
Das Aufräumen & Entsorgen von Altlasten hat nämlich nicht nur Auswirkungen auf den physikalischen Platz in der Wohnung. Nein – der Claude wäre nicht der Claude, wenn es nicht auch etwas mit dem Bewusstsein zu tun hat.

Das Unterbewusstsein nimmt ständig Informationen auf. Nur merken wir das nicht. Es ist eben unterbewusst. Man kann es steuern, aber nicht direkt – sondern mit Hinweisen, Suggestionen. Unordnung und Altlasten sind z.B. eine solche Suggestion.

Grobe Unordnung suggeriert Versagen. Es stimmt etwas nicht, man hat etwas nicht gemacht. Dreck. Misserfolg. Mit diesem Gefühl schleppt man sich so durch den Tag.

Indem ich meine Wohnung auf Vordermann brachte und entrümpelte, habe ich gleichzeitig auch etwas in meinem Bewusstsein aufgeräumt. Irgendwie spannend…

Wie sich das anfühlt?
Das alte ist weg. Ich habe es weggeworfen. Ich muss es nicht mehr unter Kontrolle haben. Es ist nicht mehr mein. Das befreit.
Jetzt wird alles einfacher. Ich muss nicht mehr soviel „kontrollieren“ (im Sinne von: Unter meiner Obhut haben). Ich kann mich mehr auf die Dinge im jetzt fokussieren.

Das ganze ist als Metapher für das Bewusstsein zu verstehen – klar, die Wohnung bleibt zuhause – aber das Bewusstsein resp. das Unterbewusstsein schleppe ich überall mit – auch zur Arbeit. Und auch dort wirkt das neue Gefühl – sich nicht mehr um altes kümmern zu müssen und mehr Zeit für die Dinge haben, die jetzt zu tun sind. Es wird weniger, es wird einfacher. Es ist übersichtlich und unter Kontrolle. Man wird ruhiger.

Schon interessant, was so eine banale Sache wie Aufräumen für Auswirkungen hat…
