Das Gewitter, das danach folgte, toppt einfach jede Show die ich jemals gesehen habe. Erst fängt’s „ruhig“ an. Meditieren.. Tief durchatmen. Konstante Gitarrentöne. Friedlicher Gesang. Und dann……….

Mindestens 8 Scheinwerfertürme mit 6 Stroboskopen, aufgestellt in einem Halbkreis über die ganze Bühne blitzen wild durch die Gegend, es ist TAGHELL. Die Kettensägen-Gitarren kreischen.
Eine Oktave höher – die zweite Installation an Scheinwerfern blitzt und blinkt.

Un-glaub-lich. Nebst ihren eigenen Stroboskopen und zwei zusätzlichen Nebelmaschinen haben Nine Inch Nails vermutlich gleich noch ihr eigenes Kraftwerk mitgebracht…

Und Trent Reznor wütet auf der Bühne! Da wird schon mal das Keyboard über den Bühnenrand gestossen, wenn man fertig gespielt hat, oder die Gitarre nach hinten geschmissen. Und es war jedesmal ein Glücksspiel, ob der Mikrofonständer steht oder umfällt… 😀

Und nein, ich hab keine Ohrenblicke eingefangen. Weil das einfach nicht so zur Geltung kommt wie wenn man LIVE dort dabei ist. Das Licht macht nämlich VIIIEL aus. Keine Kamera der Welt könnte das einfangen… Eigentlich schade. Noch schäder (<-- Absicht) ist der letzte Satz von Trent Reznor: "That was the last concert for a very long time". Manno.... Ich will mehr davon!
