Tadaa, tadaa – wie sollte es auch anders sein? Microsoft hat die Veröffentlichung seines neuen Betriebssystems schon wieder verschoben!

Der Softwarekonzern begründet die erneute Verzögerung damit, dass die Qualität den Veröffentlichungstermin vorgebe. «Produktqualität und Benutzerkomfort sind zwei unserer wichtigsten Faktoren bei Windows Vista, und wir sind auf dem Weg, beide zu erfüllen», sagt Jim Allchin, Co-Präsident der Betriebssystemsparte von Microsoft. «Aber die Industrie braucht mehr Zeit, um Windows Vista während Weihnachten auf neuen PCs auszuliefern. Wir müssen für die Industrie optimieren. Deshalb haben wir uns für eine separate Business- und Endanwenderverfügbarkeit entschieden», so Allchin weiter.
