Mithilfe des HTTP-Validators konnte ich Fehler im Sourcecode ausmerzen. Die meisten Fehler hat wohl das Ampersand-Zeichen verursacht… Es ist ein Steuerzeichen für Sonderzeichen. Will ich es darstellen, muss das Ampersand in der Sonderzeichenschreibweise in den Code eingepflanzt werden.
Ich durfte alle Links aktualisieren, da PHP-Variablen mit diesen Ampersands übergeben werden!
Dann waren noch ein paar nicht geschlossene Table-Tags, vergessene Anführungszeichen und falsch platzierte Code-Elemente.
Aber jetzt entspricht meine Page den Standards des W3C – wie untypisch für mich, da ich mich eigentlich nie an Standards und Regeln halte. Aber in diesem Fall finde ich Standards sinnvoll, denn ich will sicher sein, dass meine Site auf jedem Browser fehlerfrei dargestellt wird.
