Beim 1on1 Call of Duty zocken (beides OSX Clients) fiel uns auf, dass der Ping immer so bei 0 bis 2ms liegt. Anfangs dachten wir, dies sei wohl ein Bug, doch dann habe ich nachgeprüft, und mal unseren Linux-Server von OSX aus gepingt. Und siehe da: der Ping ist sogar immer unter 0, bei 0.1 bis 0.2!!!
Früher unter Windows dachten wir, mit 20ms haben wir ein schnelles Netz…

Aber auch Datentransfers sind blitzschnell. So braucht eine Windowsbüchse etwa 4x so lange für eine gleich grosse Datei wie ein Unix-System.
