Oh ja, *jubel* *freu* *tanz* und *sing* – feiert! Das Scratchbook ist wieder da!
Und zwar hab ich mich endlich dazu überwunden, das aussen husch und innen pfusch Programm WordPress auf den neusten Stand zu bringen. Mal sehen, wie viele Milisekunden es dauert, bis wieder eine Sicherheitslücke und eine Updatewarnung auftaucht 😉

Jänu. Technologien ändern sich. Aussehen verändert sich. Namen ändern sich – ja, Domänen-Namen. Bereits zum 5. Mal! 😀

Mit dabei: Eine Designänderung. Es geht jetzt nur noch um Text. Keine Banner, kein Blingbling.
Einfach nur Inhalt.

Aber: Der Inhalt bleibt gleich. Selbstverständlich! Denn das ist das wichtigste.
Den Domainwechel hab ich gemacht, weil ich schlechte Erfahrungen mit WordPress-Updates habe. Und: Ich wollte sowieso die Ursprungs-Domäne wieder zurückhaben. E Walla (franz. etwa: Et Vòila, aber der Longneck kann doch kein Französisch): hier ist es.

So. Das war jetzt mal der technische Teil. Aber auch inhaltlich wird es ein paar neue Themen geben. Ich will wieder mehr bloggen. Was mich dazu bewogen hat, erzähl‘ ich euch einem weiteren Beitrag. Dann erfahrt ihr etwas über das Schlüsselbuch, meine Mission und über die Zukunft der Menschheit.

According to Zen, existence is found in the silence of the mind (no-mind), beyond the chatter of our internal dialog. Existence, from the Zen perspective is something that is only happening spontaneously, and it is not just our thoughts. All of life that we perceive is constantly in a state of change.

Es ist ruhig geworden hier. Eine Ruhe, die es brauchte, eine Ruhe, die sein musste.

Während dieser Zeit hat sich einiges bei mir verändert. Mein ganzes Leben schon bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Antwort. Einer Antwort auf die Fragen: Wer bin ich? Was mache ich hier auf diesem Planeten überhaupt? Was ist meine Aufgabe?

In dieser Zeit der Ruhe fand ich die Antworten.

Wird Skype an Google verkauft?

eBay denkt angeblich derzeit ernsthaft darüber nach, den Internettelefoniedienst Skype zu verkaufen. Als Interessent käme Google in Frage.

Die Unternehmenstochter Skype wurde nie so richtig in den Mutterkonzern eBay integriert. Internettelefonie sei kein Kerngeschäft der Onlineplattform, und werde es auch nicht werden. Ausserdem konnte sich VoIP nicht wie geplant bei Socialnetworking-Portalen durchsetzen. Skype sei darüberhinaus nicht rentabel. Die meisten Nutzer zeigten lediglich Interesse am kostenlosen Dienst.
Die Kombination all dieser Gründe führt dazu, dass der Skype-Verkauf bereits mehrmals auch von eBay angedacht wurde. Die aktuellen Geschäftszahlen des Onlinemarktes – sieben Prozent weniger Umsatz im Vergleich zum Vorjahr, praktisch kein Weihnachtsgeschäft – kurbeln die Verkaufsgerüchte erneut an.
Als Interessent käme Google (GoogleTalk) in Frage. Doch auch dabei sehen die Experten bereits Probleme. Die beiden Technologien würden sich zu sehr unterscheiden.

Wenn das passiert… Dann ist Skype für mich gestorben. Dann sind definitiv zu viele Daten bei Google.

Eigentlich ist es ein Witz: Da wird uns Sicherheitssoftware verkauft, damit wir unseren PC „schützen“ können. Was will man denn schützen? Die privaten Daten, richtig. Nur dass sich diese Daten nicht mehr auf unserem PC befinden – sondern auf den Serverfarmen einer Firma mit bunten Buchstaben.

Die beste Sicherheitssoftware ist: Lösch deinen Google Account!

Jaja, Datenschutz, AGBs und so… HAHA!

Hab ich eigentlich schon erwähnt, dass Google keine Daten verliert? Wenn man etwas „löscht“, dann ist es nicht gelöscht. Es wird lediglich historisiert.

Ich suchen einen kleinen Ink-Jet, welcher gratis oder günstig abzugeben ist. Ich werde ihn verbasteln, habe aber keine Lust, 90.- dafür aufzuwenden. Die Idee ist, ihn auf den Balken eines Scanners zu schnallen und den Papiereinzug mit dem Scannerbalken zu verbinden, so dass das Papier nicht duch den Drucker muss, sonder unten drunter gelegt werden kann. Dies würde das Drucken auf dicken Karton oder ähnlichem ermöglichen 😀

Furchbar: Da programmiert man seinen eigenen Bildschirmschoner mit dem Quartz Composer, um fremde Leute abzuschrecken und so von meinem MacBook fernzuhalten – und was passiert? Jeder bleibt vor meinem Schreibtisch stehen. Mittlerweile ist meine „Abwehrmassnahme“ schon auf Flickr gelandet. Ich hätte sicher schon einen Kinofilm zusammenschneiden können, mit all den Faxen, die da aufgezeichnet worden wären… 😀

(Natürlich wird nichts aufgezeichnet – leider. Habe wohl viel verpasst… Aber das würde meine Festplatte nicht verkraften 😉 )
