Ist es jetzt immer noch so falsch, wenn ich sage, dass ich während der Lehre das meiste Wissen Zuhause und in der Praxis mit experimentieren und herumtüfteln erworben habe, und in der Schule fast gar nichts, bis auf wenige „Freifächer“ und überbetriebliche Kurse im 1. Lehrjahr?

Ich musste sogar dafür kämpfen, dass ich tüfteln durfte. Weil, der Kompjuter ist böse, macht Strahlung und gibt viereckige Augen. Ich soll lieber schauen, dass ich im Mathe meine Noten in Griff kriege. Jaja, wir sehen ja, was daraus geworden ist… Ich verdiene heute meine Brötchen mit dem, was ich in meiner Freizeit erarbeitet habe, und NICHT mit dem Scheiss, der mir in der Schule aufgedrängt wurde.

Mathe, Chemie, Physik und BWL brauche ich heute immer noch nicht. 3h Turnunterricht pro Woche auch nicht. Damit kommen wir nicht weit.

Ich glaube, Tiger, Bären und Vulkane, aber sicher bin ich mir nicht. Denn unser Ausflug liegt schon ein paar Monate zurück. Wir sind alle zusammen mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren: Mama, Henri, Du und ich. Es war Sonntag – und wir beide saßen mit Karteikarten auf der Rückbank und haben gelernt. Wie viel ist 17²? Aber noch nicht mal an einem Sonntag ist es mir gelungen, Dich das Kind sein zu lassen, das Du sein solltest mit zehn Jahren.

Bitte mach mir diesen Mist nicht nach, wenn Du erwachsen bist, Marie!

Du merkst schon: Der Brief, den ich Dir schreibe, ist eine verzwickte Angelegenheit. Du wirst ihn genau lesen müssen, damit Du alles verstehst. Und dass Du verstehst, ist wichtig: Denn es geht um Dein Leben und um das, was wir Erwachsenen daraus machen.
