Wieso regen sich eigentlich gerade alle so über die Schweiz auf? Die tun doch nur das im Kleinen, was die EU im Großen auch die ganze Zeit macht. Und erinnert ihr euch noch an die Nummer mit Sarkozy und den Roma? Europa ist immer noch, nach wie vor, massiv ausländerfeindlich. Wir verstecken da jetzt Teile von hinter Rhetorik wie „Entwicklungshilfe“ und senden im Fernsehen die ganze Zeit Spots für Hilfslieferungen an die verhungernden Afrikaner, damit die Leute bei uns im Land den Eindruck haben, da kümmere sich jemand. Dann kann man sie auch mit viel weniger Gewissensbissen am Einwandern hindern.
Wusstet ihr eigentlich, dass die für ihre Werbespots nichts zahlen? Da gibt es ein Kontingent an kostenlosen Werbeslots für wohltätige Gruppen.

Mich ärgert diese ganze verlogene Diskussion. Jetzt klingt das in unseren Medien so, als seien die Schweizer Schuld. Die fiesen Schweizer, die machen uns die ganze schöne EU kaputt mit ihrem Rassismus! Sagen wir, nachdem wir Satelliten und die Nato gegen Schlauchboote einsetzen, damit es bloß keine Flüchtlinge zu uns schaffen.

Ich für meinen Teil finde ja, für so wichtige Entscheidungen hätte man sagen müssen, dass ein Votum mit unter 1% Marge nicht reicht. Für Einschnitte in die fundamentalen Grundrechte muss ein 2/3-Mehrheit her oder so. Aber hey, hinterher ist man immer schlauer.

Meine Vermutung ist ja, dass die Schweizer Regierung das jetzt auf die lange Bank schieben wird, und dann neue Abstimmungen macht, um das wieder zu kippen. Im Übrigen sei mal darauf verwiesen, dass das neue Feature, das diese Initiative gefordert hat, Höchstzahlen und Kontingente sind. Natürlich nehmen auch alle anderen Länder nicht ohne Limit Einwanderer auf. Deutschland hat sich ja extra diesen fiesen Trick mit den „sicheren Drittländern“ ausgedacht, um Einwanderer zurückschicken zu können. Es gibt in dieser Frage niemanden, der nicht im Glashaus sitzt.

Mein Hauptproblem mit der Initiative ist, dass das offensichtliches Rechtsaußen-Naziparolen-Kampfvokabular war. „Gegen Masseneinwanderung“. Das hätte schon den Lachtest bei der Anmeldung nicht bestehen dürfen.

Übrigens, wer sich mal informieren will, wie hoch die Schweizer Einwandererquote tatsächlich ist: Wikipedia hat eine Statistik. Und was sehen meine entzündeten Augen da? Schweiz: 22,89%, Österreich 14,9%, Deutschland 12,31%. NA SOWAS. Vielleicht sollten wir Deutschen mal gepflegt die Schnauze halten, wenn es darum geht, den Schweizern wegen ihrer Einwandererquote irgendwelche Moralervorschriften zu machen? Was glaubt ihr, was in Deutschland loswäre, wenn unsere Quote sich innerhalb von ein paar Jahren verdoppeln würde? Wir haben ja bei nur 10% schon massiv Probleme damit, die Nazis aus unseren Parlamenten rauszuhalten! Und wir wagen es, den Schweizern gegenüber auch nur eine Meinung zu haben? Was für eine Frechheit.

Ich will damit nicht sagen, dass man die Moralkeule gar nicht rausholen darf. Gegenüber den Niederlanden wäre sie z.B. angebracht. Die haben sich schon bei nur 10% Einwandererquote einen Wilders eingetreten.

Spannend übrigens: Die Einwandererquote in Israel liegt bei 37,87%, die in den palästinensichen Autonomiegebieten bei 45,38%. Mehr haben nur noch die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, Kuwait, Katar, Andorra, Monaco. Andorra und Monaco würde ich mal rausnehmen, weil die so klein sind. Von den übrigen ist keines dafür bekannt, mittellose Ausländer toll zu behandeln oder gar gleichzustellen.

Update: Oh ach gucke mal, das ehemalige Nachrichtenmagazin findet auch, dass die neuen Schweizer Regeln in Deutschland seit Jahren so praktiziert werden.

Update: Über ein Detail an dieser ganzen Nummer freue ich mich richtig. Eines der Argumente ist ja immer, aber aber die Schweiz, die hat doch die ganzen Verträge unterschrieben, die können jetzt gar nicht groß was ändern! Das ist natürlich Bullshit. Verträge knebeln nicht das Land für die Ewigkeit an den Vorstellungen irgendeiner ehemaligen Regierung fest. Verträge kann man auch kündigen. Auch Deutschland könnte mal eben ein paar Verträge kündigen oder nachverhandeln. Z.B. um die ganzen bekloppten EU-Richtlinien wegzumachen, die uns da immer als alternativlos um die Ohren gehauen werden. Nein wir müssen nicht die Vorratsdatenspeicherung einführen. Wir könnten auch die uns dazu verpflichtende Klausel aus den EU-Verträgen wieder rausverhandeln. Das ist hier nur deshalb nie angesprochen worden, weil dann ja auf den Tisch käme, dass die uns angeblich so knochenhart knebelnde EU-Vorschrift von den selben Flitzpiepen kommt, die uns vorher dabei gescheitert sind, das unilateral bei uns durchzuknüppeln, die dann über die EU gegangen sind, und danach hier erzählen, das sei jetzt alternativlos, käme von „der EU“ und das müsse jetzt halt so. Und das wäre peinlich für die besagten Flitzpiepen. Aber hey, irgendjemand scheint die ja gewählt zu haben. Die haben jetzt sogar 2/3 Mehrheit.

Und nein, es ist keine ‚Angst vor dem Anderen‘, mit dem die da hetzen. Das Land ist begrenzt und klein, und irgendwann ist es einfach mal voll.

Nehmen wir an, ich will eine Firma gründen. Und nehmen wir an, meine Geschäfte sind ziemlich dreckig, ja sogar gemeingefährlich. Das muss strengstens geheim bleiben. Ich verkaufe es allerdings so, dass die Welt ohne die Existenz meiner Firma nicht funktionieren könne, und dass man meine Firma um jeden Preis schützen muss. Deshalb mache ich ein Abkommen mit dem Bundesrat, und stelle folgende Forderungen auf:

Rechtsstellung, Vorrechte und Immunitäten der Firma

Handlungsfreiheit der Firma

1. Der Schweizerische Bundesrat gewährleistet der Firma die ihr als internationale Organisation zustehende Unabhängigkeit und Handlungsfreiheit.
2. Insbesondere erkennt er der Firma die uneingeschränkte Versammlungsfreiheit, einschliesslich der Rede- und Beschlussfreiheit, zu.

Unverletzbarkeit

1. Die Gebäude oder Gebäudeteile und das anliegende Gelände, die, wer immer ihr Eigentümer ist, für die Zwecke der Firma benützt werden, sind unverletzbar. Kein Vertreter schweizerischer Behörden darf sie ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung der Firma betreten. Nur der Präsident, der Generaldirektor der Firma oder ihr gehörig ermächtigter Stellvertreter sind befugt, auf diese Unverletzlichkeit zu verzichten.
2. Die Archive der Firma und ganz allgemein alle Dokumente sind jederzeit und wo immer sie sich befinden, unverletzbar.
3. Die Firma übt die Aufsicht und polizeiliche Kontrolle in ihren Räumlichkeiten aus.

Befreiung von der Gerichtsbarkeit und von Massnahmen der Vollstreckung

Die Firma geniesst Befreiung von jeglicher Gerichtsbarkeit.

Zum dreißigsten Mal lädt der Chaos Computer Club (CCC) zum jährlichen internationalen Hackertreffen. Vom 27. bis 30. Dezember 2013 wird der Chaos Communication Congress (30C3) in Hamburg stattfinden. Wir heißen alle Interessierten willkommen!

Das Programm – bestehend aus über 130 Vorträgen – des 30C3 wurde dieses Jahr erstmalig von mehreren Experten-Teams, die jeweils für einen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt verantwortlich waren, aus mehr als 360 Einreichungen ausgewählt: Hardware & Making, Art & Beauty, Science & Engineering, Security & Safety sowie Politics, Ethics & Society. Zusätzlich konnte eine Reihe von weiteren hochkarätigen Referenten eingeladen werden. Wie in den letzten Jahren werden Video-Streams der Vorträge angeboten. Ergänzt wird das Programm durch Workshop- und Junghacker-Angebote, welche im Vergleich zum Vorjahr noch stärker in den Fokus der Veranstaltung rücken.

Ein inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt liegt auf Fragen der Sicherheit von Hard- und Software. Einen besonderen Stellenwert im Programm haben in diesem Jahr natürlich auch die Enthüllungen von Edward Snowden und die dadurch bekanntgewordenen Überwachungsmaßnahmen der Geheimdienste und ihrer Lakaien, sowie Gegenmaßnahmen.

Die Keynote des 30C3 am Abend des 27. Dezember wird der Journalist Glenn Greenwald halten, dessen Arbeit mit den Snowden-Dokumenten es ganz wesentlich zu verdanken ist, daß wir im Jahr 2013 weitaus mehr als je zuvor über die weltumspannenden Überwachungsnetzwerke, die Techniken und die Denkweise der Überwacher erfahren haben.

Zusätzlich zum umfangreichen Vortrag- und Workshop-Programm wird auf dem 30C3 eine Vielzahl von teils spektakulären Hacking- und Kunstprojekten stattfinden. Zahlreiche Open-Source-Projekte nutzen den Congress für Treffen ihrer Mitstreiter und um neue Kontakte zu knüpfen. Zur Entspannung nach den inhaltlich dichten Tagen wird die 30C3-Lounge nachts von namhaften DJs und Musikern beschallt.

Die Internet-Außenanbindung des 30C3 wird dieses Jahr erstmalig die Rekordbandbreite von 100 GBit erreichen, die mit Hilfe von Sachspenden von Internetanbietern und Netzwerkausrüstern realisiert wird. Der 30C3 ist eine nicht-kommerzielle Veranstaltung, die von Freiwilligen des CCC organisiert und durchgeführt wird – auch um den Eintrittspreis so niedrig wie möglich zu halten.
