Lob ist wie eine Feder: Menschen bekommen Flügel
Wir leben in einer Gesellschaft, die von Konkurenz geprägt ist. Wie leicht ist es doch, andere durch Kritik kleinzumachen. In Schule und Ausbildung findet zumeist ein Rotstift für Fehler Anwendung, aber kein Goldstift für all dass, was besonders gut geworden ist. In unserer Arbeitswelt fällt es manachen leichter, die wohlwollenden Bemühungen eines Kollegen oder einer Kollegin als strebhaft zu kritisieren. Auch in der Politik gehen die Akteure nicht gerade zimperlich miteinander um. Lob und Anerkennung für eine gute Idee, für Gelungenes? Fehlanzeige! Hätten wir nicht lust diese neidvollen Niederungen zu verlassen? Eine Athmosphäre wechselseitiger Unterstützung und Wertschätzung ist doch auch für uns selbst wohltuend. „Aus Märchen kennen wir Worte, in denen Zauberkräfte wohnen. Auch im wirklichen Leben gibt es Zauberworte. Geheimnisvolle Kräfte stecken im Lob. Jeder Mensch lebt davon, dass er Zustimmung findet, dass man ihm zu verstehen gibt: Hier bist du willkommen“, so Phil Bosmans. Lob gibt Menschen nicht nur Flügel, sondern auch einen Platz in unserer Mitte; und wer sich geborgen fühlt, ist auch bestrebt, das Beste zu Geben.
