Ich merke im Verlaufe der Sendung, dass die grundlegende Systemkritik, welche viele in der Bewegung beschäftigt und auch von den beiden in der Sendung geäussert wurde, langsam aber sicher auch von Aussen wahrgenommen wird.
Die beiden Bankenvertreter sind leicht defensiv und können nicht wirklich opponieren, teils wegen mangelnder konkreter Forderungen unsererseits, aber auch weil die jetzige Situation offensichtlich ein globales Problem und somit eine globale Lösung braucht. Geri Müller (Grüne) überzeugte mich mit seinem fundiertem Wissen um das Finanzsystem. Wer mich sehr überraschte war Markus Will (HSG), der mit seiner Ansicht soweit ging, dass das Bankensystem an sich Führungspersönlichkeiten auf den höchsten Positionen hervorbringen würde, die sozial degeneriert sind – was eigentlich eine andere Art ist zu sagen: dieses Finanzsystem wird in den höchsten Etagen asozial und unmenschlich geführt. Wenn man sich dann vergegenwärtigt, dass das Geld ja eine Erfindung des Menschen selbst ist, bekommt diese Analyse der Degenerierung absurde Züge: eine Idee für die Vereinfachung des Tauschhandels, sprich das Geld, mündet in ein System, mit dem wir uns selbst asozial und unmenschlich verhalten – die Idee hat uns vergessen lassen, was wirklich wichtig ist.
Julia’s Beitrag, dass auch das ökologische Problem schliesslich auf das Finanzsystem aufbaut, dass die Ausbeutung fördere oder gar voraussetzt, war für mich eines der wichtigsten Voten in der Sendung. Denn es offenbarte, dass hier nicht nur Staaten (Eurokrise 2011) oder Kleinsparer (Finanzkrise 2008) vor dem Bankrott standen oder stehen, sondern Vorstufen sind eines globalen Bankrotts und Kollapses, aufgrund einer Annahme vom unendlichen Wachstum, dass sich dann im jetzigen Finanzsystem weiter auslässt.

„Das einzige, was zwischen uns und einer besseren Zukunft steht, ist Ignoranz“ lautet ein Spruch, der derzeit in den sozialen Netzwerken kursiert. Und genau so ist es: Nicht übermäßig mächtige Planer einer „Neuen Weltordnung“, nicht „die Eurokrise“ und nicht einmal die hoffnungslos dilettantisch agierende Regierung Merkel sind es die Fortschritt und sozialen Wandel hin zum Besseren verhindern, es ist die aufsummierte Ignoranz der einzelnen Individuen , die – vor allem auch in Deutschland – eine größtenteils gehirngewaschene, geistig unfreie Gesellschaft formen. Eine Diagnose.
Doch Zuerst: Ignoranz soll hier nicht als Beschimpfung verwendet werden, Ignoranz beschreibt ignorierendes Verhalten, willentliches Nichtbeachten von relevanter Information. Wir sprechen hier von einer Ignoranz, die sich in dieser Gesellschaft ausgebreitet hat wie eine Geisteskrankheit. Hervorgerufen und gefüttert durch manipulative Massenmedien und unterstützt durch selbst ernannte „kritische Stimmen“, die ihrerseits nicht in der Lage oder zu ängstlich sind, um tiefgründige Systemkritik zu äußern und/oder Argumente einer solchen tiefen Systemkritik schlichtweg ignorieren.
Da gibt es beispielsweise im Internet Publikationen mit dem schönen Untertitel „Die kritische Website“. Auch wenn dort oft gute Arbeit geleistet wird, hält man es auf solchen Seiten leider für absolut unnötig, die Logik des bestehenden Geldsystems einmal in die systemische Analyse und schließlich Kritik mit aufzunehmen. Auf le bohemien, auf The Intelligence und an vielen anderen Stellen wurde die Thematik eines fehlerhaften, ungerechten, zum Scheitern verurteilten Geldsystems bereits mehrfach tiefgründig, seriös und fundiert erörtert. Unter dem Artikel „Wie Banken Geld machen“ führten beispielsweise knapp 9.000 Leser eine Diskussion in über 100 Kommentaren. Gäbe es fundierte, glaubhafte Argumente, die belegen können, dass das bestehende Geldsystem (anders als dargelegt) gerecht, demokratisch und fehlerfrei wäre, wären diese Argumente auch gefallen. Einzig: Es gibt solche Argumente nicht.
Schreiber, „Kritiker“, Politiker, „Experten“, die selbst nicht wahrhaben wollen, dass das bestehende Geldsystem vor allem an der derzeitigen Praxis der Geldschöpfung in Verbindung mit dem Zinseszins krankt, bleibt daher nur eine Möglichkeit: Die gesamte Thematik einfach ignorieren.
Nun werden derlei Erkenntnisse von selbsternannten kritischen Schreibern schon länger nicht beachtet, sofern sie nicht in das universitär-volkswirtschaftliche Weltbild der Schreiberlinge passen oder die Erkenntnisse nicht zuvor von linkskritischen Instanzen wie Flassbeck oder Lafontaine als „richtig“ befunden wurden.
Was hier wie ein Einzelfall partieller Blindheit wirkt, ist in Wirklichkeit jedoch Ausprägung einer zu weiten Teilen gehirngewaschenen, obrigkeitshörigen Untertanengesellschaft in der selbst kritische Geister bis heute meist nicht gelernt haben selbst zu denken und sich ihres eigenen Verstandes zu bedienen.
Wo liegen die Ursachen dieser geistigen Unfreiheit?
Eine der Hauptursachen für die hier dargestellte Ignoranz liegt mit Sicherheit in dem Irrglauben, Erkenntnis müsse immer „von oben“ kommen. In unserer Gesellschaft werden Vertreter der institutionalisierten Wissenschaften per se als Vertreter und Richter über Wahrheit anerkannt. Dabei kommt Universitäten bezüglich der Erkenntnis im Grunde die gleiche Rolle zu, wie sie die Kirchen auf dem Markt der Heilsversprechen für sich beanspruchen: Universitäten und deren Vertreter reklamieren für sich das Deutungsmonopol über die Wahrheit. Titel und Grade entscheiden darüber, welche Individuen sich an der Deutungsarbeit beteiligen dürfen. Der Rest der Gesellschaft hat diese formalrechtliche Instanz zu respektieren, Erkenntnis, die außerhalb der institutionalisierten Wissenschaften zu Tage gefördert wird, gilt als „unwissenschaftlich“ (sprich „unwahr“).
Als Höhepunkt dieser arroganten Form der Inanspruchnahme der Deutungshoheit ist immer wieder zu beobachten, dass Vertreter der institutionalisierten Wissenschaften schwarmintelligente Wissenssammlungen wie wikipedia als „nicht valide Quelle“ diskreditieren. Der Grundgedanke hinter dieser Abgrenzung ist recht simpel: Die Zivilgesellschaft ist einfach zu dumm, pöbelhaft und ungebildet um selbstorganisiert Erkenntnisse zu Tage zu fördern. Die Abgrenzung der institutionalisierten „Wissenschaftler“ „nach unten“ ist dabei jedoch in erster Linie von Egoismus geprägt. Es spricht hier nicht die Liebe zur Wahrheit aus den „Wissenschaftlern“, es geht einzig und allein darum die eigene Relevanz und schließlich den eigenen Posten, das eigene Auskommen zu sichern.
Nun erleben wir ähnliches im Subsystem der politischen Medien: Wahr ist nur das, was von den Konzernmedien wiedergegeben wird, so die verbreitete Botschaft und der oft noch sehr tief sitzende Gedanke in der Gesellschaft. Die mächtigste und wirkungsvollste Waffe im Kampf um die Hoheit über die öffentliche Meinung bietet den Konzernmedien hier immer noch das sogenannte Agenda setting: Indem bestimmte Themen überbetont und andere einfach ignoriert werden, wird die Wahrnehmung der breiten Öffentlichkeit dahingehend beeinflusst, dass untertäniges, obrigkeitshöriges Verhalten weiter common sense ist.
Wenn ein Provinzpolitiker in den USA etwas zu vermelden hat, finden sich solche Banalitäten nicht selten als Titelschlagzeile bei spiegel online wieder. Wenn jedoch seit nunmehr zehn Tagen auch in den USA Protestlager aufgebaut werden, orientieren sich deutsche Mainstreammedien am ehesten an Fox News und CNN und ignorieren diese Proteste fast vollständig.
Oder auch: Was „die Märkte“ von so genannten „Rettungspaketen“ halten, wird generell eher in den Fokus gerückt als das, was die Menschen – etwa die weltweit Millionen protestierenden – denken. Die subtile Botschaft auf der Metaebene dahinter: „Entscheidend für die Gesellschaft ist nicht was du, lieber Leser, denkst und machst, auch nicht, was die Mehrheit von euch denkt oder macht, entscheidend ist was die Amts- und Würdenträger der Gesellschaft machen, denken und sagen.“
Herdenhaftes, gehirngewaschenes Untertanentum hat in einer solchen Berichterstattung zweifellos eine wichtige Basis.
Wie sich selbst kritische Geister manipulieren lassen
Selbst bei kritischen Geistern ist zu beobachten, dass diese gerne die Mär der „digitalen Welt“ widerkäuen. Ein von den Konzernmedien geschickt in Umlauf gebrachter Propagandabegriff um die eigene Deutungshoheit zu wahren. Der Begriff der „digitalen Welt“ oder auch der „Internet-Gesellschaft“ suggeriert es gäbe so etwas wie einen eigenständigen sozialen Raum – das Internet – der mit der eigentlichen, „richtigen“ sozialen Welt nicht viel zu tun habe. Im Internet gibt es vor allem krude Gedanken, Kinderpornographie, Hacker, Spinner und neuerdings Piraten, so die weitverbreitete Meinung in konservativen Kreisen.
Was „im Internet“ gesagt wird, sei dann auch erstmal per se weniger wert, da es ja innerhalb dieser kleinen, nicht ernstzunehmenden „digitalen Welt“ gesagt wird, die ja nun wirklich bitte nicht mit der Realität zu verwechseln sei.
Die Stumpfsinnigkeit und Borniertheit eines solchen Weltbildes ist kaum zu ertragen. Fakt ist: Das Internet ist ein dezentrales Kommunikationsnetz, in dem die Gesamtgesellschaft barriere- und zensurfrei miteinander kommunizieren kann und dies auch tut. Von einer Internetgesellschaft zu sprechen ist in etwa so sinnvoll wie von einer Telefon- oder Briefgesellschaft zu reden. Sowohl Telefon, Brief und Internet sind letztendlich Kommunikationskanäle, die die Zivilgesellschaft nutzt, um sich auszutauschen. Jedoch: Das Internet ist das fortschrittlichste, interaktivste und technisch am weitesten entwicklete dieser Kommunikationswerkzeuge.
Das Internet ist wie geschaffen für schwarmintelligentes Arbeiten, für hierarchiefreie Organisation und für Erkenntnisgewinn der frei ist von den Schranken institutioneller Titel und Grade. Das Internet ist auch ein Kommunikationswerkzeug um politische Kommunikation wieder aus den Händen von Konzernmedien zu reißen und sie dahin zu verfrachten, wo sie hingehört: In die Hände der Menschen. Ohne Übertreibung lässt sich somit sagen: Das Internet ist die demokratischste Errungenschaft in der Menschheitsgeschichte. Richtig genutzt ist der freie, digitale Informationsfluss das entscheidende Kriterium beim Aufbau einer besseren, gerechteren Gesellschaftsordnung.
Schreibt man beispielsweise einen Artikel für einen Blog, so muss man damit rechnen, dass als Folge dessen ein Schwarm von Kritikern und Kommentatoren das Geschriebene bis ins Kleinste auseinandernimmt. Schon vor dem Schreiben ist somit klar: Will man sich nicht lächerlich machen, sollte man davon absehen Unwahrheiten, PR-Geschreibsel oder gar Lügen zu verbreiten. Das Publizieren auf Blogs folgt somit anderen Regeln als etwa das Schreiben für Tageszeitungen oder Onlinemedien ohne Kommentarfunktion: Dort können Lügen und Unwahrheiten recht leicht verbreitet werden, auf Blogs die Kommentardiskussionen zulassen, nicht.
Nichtsdestotrotz neigen gerade pseudo-elitäre „Kritiker“ dazu, sich von der so genannten „dummen Masse“ abzugrenzen. Denn klar ist auch: Gesteht man dem Leser eigene Intelligenz und Mitspracherecht auf Augenhöhe zu, wird es für Publizierende schwerer, die eigene Position dauerhaft zu legitimieren. Vor allem wenn man selbst ein homo ignorans ist.
Ein homo ignorans, der weiter dem Irrglauben anhängt, Erkenntnis komme „von oben“ oder aus den Universitäten, ein homo ignorans der glaubt, gesellschaftlich relevant ist nur, was in den Massenmedien behandelt wird und ein homo ignorans der denkt, das Internet sei eine eigene kleine Welt, die mit der sozialen Realität nicht viel zu tun hat. Dream on!

Informationelle Selbstbestimmung, freier Zugang zu Wissen und Kultur und die Wahrung der Privatsphäre sind die Grundpfeiler der zukünftigen Informationsgesellschaft.
Die Piraten sprechen einfach so mit ihren Wählern, wie das normale Menschen im Alltag auch tun. Damit heben sie sich von der Dauerinszenierung der Politik ab.
Näher am Menschen
Ein Facebook-Dialog mit dem Presseteam eines Politikers ist im Schnitt so ergiebig wie ein Kaffeeplausch mit einer Sprechpuppe und genauso beliebt.
Umgekehrt ist bei der Piratenpartei die digitale Nähe zum Bürger, jedenfalls zum vernetzten Bürger, die Regel. Der Erfolg der Piraten beruht weniger auf dem Internet, sondern viel mehr darauf, was man mit dem Internet machen kann: direkte Verbindungen herstellen.
Dieser Erfolg besteht deshalb vor allem aus dem Problem der anderen Parteien. Und das ist ein Problem der Ansprache – und damit der Sprache selbst. Nun hat das Internet die Möglichkeit neu gegeben, die Sprache zwischen Politik und Bürger dem echten Leben anzupassen. Und nur die Piraten nutzen diese Möglichkeit konsequent. Sie haben daraus sogar eine Kommunikationshaltung über alle Medien hinweg entwickelt.
Man kann „Ruhe!“ schreien. Oder einfach ruhig sein.
Man kann „wir sind transparent“ schreiben. Oder einfach transparent sein.
Eingestandenes Unwissen wirkt kompetenter als entlarvtes Unwissen
Der oft gehörte Vorwurf der Unprofessionalität der Piraten bezieht sich auf Antworten wie: „Davon habe ich keine Ahnung, aber ich werde mich einarbeiten.“ Dieser Satz ist in einem Alltagsgespräch das Ehrlichste und Konstruktivste, was man in der entsprechenden Situation sagen kann. Politisch ist er außerhalb der Piratenpartei kaum vorstellbar. Denn die Sprache der Politik hat bekannterweise mit dem Alltag nichts mehr zu tun, sondern ist zur Inszenierung geronnen, die kampftaktisch funktionieren soll: als Schutz gegen Angriffe anderer Parteien und der Medien sowie als Durchhalteparole für die eigenen Truppen.
Die Piraten stehen für eine politische Sprache, die im Netz geboren ist: Dort gibt es immer einen Kommentator, der seine zweite Doktorarbeit zum diskutierten Thema geschrieben hat und sich besser auskennt. Und eingestandenes Unwissen wirkt sympathischer und sogar kompetenter als entlarvtes Unwissen, das haben die intelligenteren der im Netz sozialisierten Leute schnell gelernt.
Barack Obama, dem politische Kommunikation oft besser zu gelingen scheint als Politik, hat den Wunsch nach netztypischer Offenheit samt zugegebener Unzulänglichkeit erkannt. Bei der fehlgeschlagenen Besetzung eines wichtigen Regierungspostens sagte er 2009 in einem TV-Interview: „Ich hab’s total verbockt – das sage ich hier im Fernsehen, und das ist Teil der Ära der Verantwortung.“ Knapper lässt sich der Zusammenhang zwischen offener, nachvollziehbarer Kommunikation und politischer Verantwortung kaum verdichten.
