Hi Leute,

Ich hoffe ich mache mich nicht unbeliebt, wenn ich einen derartigen Artikel poste. Der Grund für diesen Post sind einerseits die vorherigen Artikel, wie auch eine erst kürzlich erschienene Schlagzeile im Internet:

Es klingt wie ein Szenario aus einem düsteren Fantasy-Streifen: Ein Erfinder aus Saudi-Arabien meldete einen Mikrochip zum Patent an, der es ermöglicht, Menschen zu überwachen und per Knopfdruck zu töten.

Nach den Plänen des Antragstellers würde der Killerchip den Menschen unter die Haut implantiert werden. Über einen Satelliten wäre es somit möglich, den Träger des Chips zu orten. Eine Spezialversion der Erfindung beinhaltet zudem eine „Strafkammer“. Gefüllt mit Gift könnte diese per Fernsteuerung geöffnet werden.

Wie krank muss man den sein? Gott sei Dank wurde dieses Patent abgelehnt… Diese Story erinnerte mich stark an den Verichip. Es handelt sich dabei um einen RFID Transponder, welcher ebenfalls unter die Haut gespritzt wird und heute schon (vor allem in den USA) zum Einsatz kommt.

Dass der Chip auch als Zahlungsmittel gebraucht werden kann, zeigt der Einsatz im Baja Beach Club.

Wer 1984 von George Orwell kennt, der wird dieses Buch mögen. Es handelt sich um eine Trilogie von John Twelve Hawks, dessen Name übrigens nur ein Pseudonym ist.

Die weltweite Konspiration einer geheimen Bruderschaft bedroht die Menschheit und nur einige wenige Menschen können das infame Komplott noch stoppen.
Jede Bewegung wird gefilmt, jedes Telefonat abgehört, jede Spur im Internet verfolgt, jeder Einkauf registriert – mit Hilfe eines Systems der totalen Überwachung versucht eine geheime Bruderschaft die Herrschaft über die Welt zu gewinnen. Gabriel und Michael Corrigan sind Traveler, die letzten Überlebenden einer Riege von Propheten, die für Freiheit und Selbstbestimmung kämpfen. Doch dann ist Michael zur Bruderschaft der Tabula übergelaufen, die die gesamte Menschheit mit Hilfe eines weltumspannenden Überwachungsnetzes zu kontrollieren versucht.

Nun erfährt Gabriel, dass sein Vater Matthew, der seit fast zwanzig Jahren verschollen ist und als tot galt, wahrscheinlich noch lebt und irgendwo in Europa gefangen gehalten wird. Gabriel und seine Beschützerin Maya von der Kriegerkaste der Harlequin verlassen sofort New York und begeben sich auf die Suche nach dem Vater. Aber auch Michael und die Bruderschaft der Tabula versuchen ihn ausfindig zu machen. Denn Michael sieht seine neu gewonnene Macht bedroht und möchte seinen Vater deshalb töten lassen. Die Suche führt Gabriel und Maya von den U-Bahn-Tunneln New Yorks und Londons über die Katakomben von Rom und Berlin bis in eine entlegene Region Äthiopiens – immer verfolgt von Michael und den Schergen der Bruderschaft .

Die erschreckende und gleichzeitig realitätsnahe Vision einer völlig überwachten Welt, in der die Zukunft bereits begonnen hat.

Aufgrund der letzten Posts, welche ich übrigens sehr spannend finde, kann ich euch nicht vorenthalten ein Dokumentationsfilm zum Thema RFID zu Posten. Genauer gesagt handelt es sich um eine Mischung aus Spielfilm und Dokumentation. Das Thema RFID wird dabei kritisch auseinander genommen und Gefahren dieser Technologie aufgezeigt. Ich wollte eigentlich die youtube Links posten, doch die Filmdateien wurden aus Copyright Gründen von der Plattform entfernt?

„Auf Nummer sicher?“ erzählt die Geschichte der Journalistin Sandra Harkow, die gerade im Auftrag der Industrie ein Werbevideo für einen neuen Sicherheitschip herstellt. Ein Zeitreisender aus dem Jahr 2020 warnt sie eindringlich davor, dieses Video zu realisieren, da es verheerende Folgen für die Zukunft haben wird…

Sandra hat seit längerem endlich wieder einen bezahlten Auftrag. Sie soll für den „Interessenverband RFID“ (Radio Frequency Identification) einen Werbefilm für die neue Micro-Chip-Technologie herstellen. Der Film soll einen Kongress in der Berlin-Brandenburgischen Akademie der Wissenschaften eröffnen, an dem hochrangige Politiker und viele Journalisten teilnehmen werden.
Nur wenige Wochen nach der Veranstaltung werden im Bundestag und vor der EU-Kommission wichtige Beschlüsse zum Thema RFID vorgelegt werden – die Veranstaltung ist also dazu gedacht, die Politiker von der neuen Technologie zu überzeugen. Nicht zuletzt geht es um einen Milliardenauftrag für die Hersteller und jede Menge Arbeitsplätze, wenn der Chip nicht nur in den Reisepass, sondern auch in den Personalausweis integriert werden wird.

Ich war begeistert von diesem Film, da er sehr viele Gefahren von dieser Technologie aufzeigt. Er rüttelt ebenfalls wach und regt stark zum Nachdenken an.  Selbst der Reiskorngrosse Chip kommt hier drin vor.  Nur schade, dass der Film ursprünglich nach Mitternacht ausgestrahlt wurde, wo ja garantiert sehr viele Leute TV schauen 😉

Hallo zusammen,

Bald stimmen wir über die Einführung sogenannter biometrischer Pässe ab. Der Bundesrat weisst darauf hin, dass wir zwecks Sicherheit die neuen biometrischen Pässe unbedingt einführen müssen. Weiterhin heisst es, dass bei einem NEIN die Reisefreiheit gefährdet sei.
Der neue Pass enthält unter anderem einen RFID Chip und 2 Fingerabdrücke. Es sei zudem notwendig eine zentrale Datenbank im Bund anzulegen, wo jeder Schweizer Bürger/in erfasst wird. Internationale Organisationen wie beispielsweise Fluggesellschaften werden Zugriff auf diese Datenbank haben.

Ich befürchte, dass bei einem JA eine gesetzliche Grundlage geschaffen wird biometrische Daten und RFID Chip später auch auf andere Ausweise wie beispielsweise die Persönliche Identitätskarte zu legen. Und dann könnten wir nichts mehr dagegen sagen. Aus Datenschutzgründen ist eine derartige Entwicklung in unserer Gesellschaft recht bedenklich.

Bietet dieser neue Pass wirklich mehr Sicherheit? Wie kann es dann einem Holländischen Hacker gelingen mit einem modifizierten Pass als Elvis Presley die Passkontrolle zu passieren?
Auch einem Forscher der ETH Lausanne ist es gelungen, die neuen Pässe zu knacken.
