Mal wieder im Zug, lese ich bei meiner Nachbarin im abendlichen Sensationsblatt “Verschwinde Du blöder Winter”.
Dies ist die Überschrift von einem Artikel, der sich über das Wetter beschwert. Gekrönt von ein paar Passanten-Zitaten, die auch alle den Winter nicht mehr wollen.
Ich lege eine Denkpause ein.
Ja und jetzt? Alle wollen den Winter nicht mehr. Welchen Wert hat diese Mitteilung? Alle Leser wissen schon, dass es dieses Jahr aussergewöhnlich viel Schnee und Matsch und Kälte gibt. Warum also der Artikel?
Hier gehts wohl um Sympathiebekundung, Auflagen und am Ende mehr Werbeeinnahmen. So wie “alle sich fühlen” fühlt sich auch Deine Zeitung. Sie versteht Dich. Ich nenn das jetzt mal kollektive Negativität.
Wir Menschen suchen nach Anerkennung, nach Bestätigung und Mitstreitern. Dies tun wir vorallem wenn wir negative
Gedanken haben, denn unterbewusst (Unterbewusstsein ist ein Teil des Geistes), fühlen wir uns mit Urteilen und Negativität unwohl. Ich (Ego, ein weiterer Teil des Geistes) spüre das und brauche jemanden, der das Meckern bestätigt.
Dann fühle ich (Ego) mich besser.
Das Ego möchte permanent der “Bestimmer” sein und bitte keinesfalls zur Ruhe kommen. Wenn es also was zu urteilen gibt, kann es sich ständig beschäftigen, die Gedankenwelt in Schach halten. Somit ist das Ego präsent und ich (der komplette Geist) identifiziere mich mit dem Ego. Es bringt mich weg vom eigentlichen Sein (meinem wahren Wesen). Ich (geistig) identifiziere mich mit dem Ego, glaube ich bin diese Gedankenwelt.
Hört das Urteilen (und damit auch das Identifizieren) auf, stellt sich Zufriedenheit ein, weil ich mir selbst (meinem Wesen) näher bin und im Hier und Jetzt lande. Wo schliesslich mein Leben stattfindet.
Also lassen wir den Winter Winter sein. Die Dinge sind wie sie sind, wie der Dalai Lama sagt.
