Seit ungefähr eineinhalb Jahren lese ich keine Zeitung mehr, ich habe sie abbestellt. Dasselbe gilt für die Fernsehnachrichten, auch die schaue ich nicht mehr. Ich habe für mich erkannt: 85% aller Meldungen in der Zeitung und Fernsehnachrichten sind negativ. Muss ich wissen, ob gestern in Bagdad wieder einmal 35 Menschen bei einem Bombenanschlag ums Leben gekommen sind? Muss ich wissen, dass Nordkorea wieder an einer Atombombe bastelt? Muss ich wissen, dass auf der Salzburger Autobahn 23 Autos ineinander gerast sind? Ich habe für mich beschlossen, dass ich mich damit nicht mehr infiltrieren lassen will. Wenn Sie einmal zusammenzählen, dann kommen Sie auf eine Zeit zwischen einer Stunde bis drei Stunden, die der Durchschnittsmensch täglich  für Zeitungslesen und Fernsehnachrichten schauen aufwendet. Statt drei Stunden mein Unterbewusstsein damit zu bombardieren, wie schlecht die Welt ist, lese ich lieber ein Buch, oder schreibe einen Text, oder gehe aus, oder spiele Klavier, oder liege ganz einfach in der Sonne.
Viele sagen: „aber ich muss doch informiert bleiben!“ Das stimmt nicht, das ist nur ein Glaubenssatz. Sie müssen nicht informiert bleiben, es ist für Ihr Lebensglück völlig unwichtig. Dass für Sie Wichtige bekommen Sie automatisch mit, das können Sie gar nicht verhindern. Ihr Unterbewusstsein zieht genau die Informationen an, die Sie für Ihr Seelenglück wirklich brauchen.
Mein Tipp für Sie: Tun Sie es genauso. Ich verspreche Ihnen, Sie werden nichts vermissen! Im Gegenteil, Sie gewinnen nicht nur Zeit sondern auch innere Ruhe.

Anstatt Unterhalten könnte man auch sagen: Unten-Halten. Die Medien halten unsere Lebensfreude unten – und das passt mir gar nicht.

Seltsam, ich konnte mich seit ein paar Tagen von aussen nicht mehr auf meinem Server einloggen. Als ich auf dem Router nachschaute, waren alle Port-Weiterleitungen weg – ??!

Doch es kommt noch besser: Misstrauisch über diese Situation will ich das Passwort ändern – und staunte nicht schlecht:

Ha! Da hat sich doch die Swisscom stinkfrech auf meinem Router eingeloggt (nein, ich habe das Passwort geändert, die kommen anders rein), die Firmware ausgetauscht und die Passwortseite ersetzt!

Nichts ist sicher.

Nett dass in meinem Zimmer jetzt ein Pferd weidet. Ein trojanisches Pferd. Diese Situation macht es wieder einmal deutlich: Dieses blinkende Kästchen ist böse. Sozusagen steht da jetzt ein Computer mitten in meiner Wohnung, über den ich keine Kontrolle habe. Was nützt die eingebaute Firewall? Ein Witz! Theoretisch könnten die von aussen auch wieder die eingebaute Wireless-Antenne aktivieren… Oder allen möglichen Scheiss anstellen.
Nun muss ich mein Netzwerk intern schützen oder wieder einen IPCop vor die Stalltür stellen.
