Die Polizei geht mit Hausdurchsuchungen und Beschlagnahmungen gegen Horrorfilmfreunde vor. Die Justiz beruft sich dabei auf einen Index verbotener Filme. Der wahre Horror ist: Niemand kennt diese Liste.
So bekam Christian Saggese, 22, kürzlich Besuch von der Polizei. Die Beamten durchforsteten die Festplatte seines Computers und sahen sich seine DVD-Sammlung an. Vor einem halben Jahr hatte sich Saggese per Internet in Deutschland den Horrorfilm «Japanese Torture Box» bestellt. Er hätte ihn auch in der Schweiz kaufen können, doch in Deutschland war er billiger. Der Zoll in Basel fing das Paket ab und benachrichtigte die Polizei. Diese konfiszierte bei Saggese gleich noch einen zweiten Horrorstreifen.
Fazit der Aktion im Zürcher Oberland: Saggese muss 1100 Franken Busse zahlen und kassiert einen Eintrag im Zentralstrafregister für den «Besitz Gewalt verherrlichender Bildaufnahmen». Dabei konnte sich Saggese die beiden indizierten Filme noch nicht einmal ansehen.
…Und der Witz an der Ganzen Sache ist: Einige Filme, die auf dieser Liste ([Link]) stehen, sind ab 16 Jahren freigegeben und wurden auch schon im Fernsehen ausgestrahlt.

das isch jo dr gröscht scheiss. worum verbiete sie denn die Film nit grad bi dr produktion? das isch wider emol typisch staat. die eifach es paar arbetslosi und die beschäftige sie denne mit gelditriberei wäge bsitzt vu sönige film. die gröschti idiotie.
