Longneck und ich haben dieses Wochenende fleissig am Blog gearbeitet (DevCon 1) und das hat dabei herausgeschaut:

Die Menüstruktur wurde umgestellt bzw. gestrafft und das Profil wurde um ein paar Einstellungen erweitert, die bisher im Menü zu finden waren. Neu kann man auch die Anzahl angezeigter Kommentare unter „Letzte Kommentare“ im Profil frei ändern:

14 verschiedene Smilies werden nun zu Bildern umgewandelt, wenn ihr dieses Schema anwendet:

Falls ihr mal nicht sicher seid, welches Smiley dargestellt wird, dann findet ihr die Liste auch im Menü unter „FAQ“.

Bookmarks wurden eingeführt. Wer möchte kann sich nun seine Lieblingsbeiträge in die Bookmarkliste aufnehmen. Funktioniert ganz einfach – gleich neben dem Kommentierbutton gibts einen für das Hinzufügen/Entfernen von Bookmarks:

Nun gibts auch ein Firefox kompatibles Newsfeed (RSS 2.0), das im Browser unten rechts als Symbol angezeigt wird und das man sich als Live Bookmark abspeichern kann:

Noch nicht veröffentlichte Beiträge können nun auch gelöscht werden:

Beim Erstellen neuer Beiträge kann nun auch eine Storyline ausgewählt werden (nicht zwingend):

Die Storylines werden nun entsprechend als eigenständiger Menübereich angezeigt:

Auch ein Favicon wurde kreiert:

Das Link-im-Link Problem ist nun gelöst. Früher wurden Links nicht korrekt angezeigt, wenn sich in der URL ein Begriff befand, der im Glossar aufgeführt war. Dies passiert nun nicht mehr. Der Glossar ignoriert Links.

Der Menüpunkt „Die neusten [zahl]“ funktioniert nun auch für angemeldete User einwandfrei.

Auch bei „Hot Topics“ werden nun nur die ersten paar Zeilen der Beiträge angezeigt. Der Rest findet sich unter „mehr“.
