Selbst Informatiker können kochen. War gar nicht mal besonders schwierig, nur die Sauerei… naja, gehört halt eben auch dazu.

Gestern die Schoko-Masse zubereitet, heute zu Kugeln geformt. Die Schoggi-Masse besteht aus Schokolade (ach wirklich?) und Orangeat, welches mit Cointreau (unsere Mutter HATTE eben keinen Grand Marnier) getränkt ist. Diese beiden Massen wurden vermischt und eine Nacht lang abgekühlt. Schliesslich zu Kugeln formen und in einem Mix aus Kakao und Puderzucker wenden. Schmecken köstlich auf ihre Art, aber für mich zu wenig „schnapsig“. Nächstes Mal werde ich sicher Grand Marnier kaufen gehen.
