Nach Hartz IV-Kritik: Inge Hannemann beurlaubt

Heute Morgen war die Hartz IV kritische Jobcenter-Mitarbeiterin Inge Hannemann nach ihrem Urlaub zu einem Gespräch mit der Geschäftsführung eingeladen. Nach diesem Gespräch sollte ganz normal der Dienst bei ihrem Arbeitgeber „teamarbeit Hamburg“ beginnen. Doch stattdessen wurde sie mit sofortiger Wirkung seitens der Geschäftsführung vom Dienst „freigestellt“. Ihren Schlüssel musste sie sofort abgegeben und ein Jobcenter darf sie nicht betreten.

Bereits am Morgen hatte Frau Hannemann nach eigenen Angaben versucht, sich mit dem Online-System per Passwort einzuloggen. Das funktionierte schon nicht mehr, weshalb Inge Hannemann und ihre Unterstützer bereits schlimmes befürchteten. Nun ist die Gewissheit da, die Hamburger Behörde entledigt sich offenbar ihrer größten Kritikerin.

Zum Hintergrund: Seit einiger Zeit betreibt Frau Hannemann einen privaten Blog. Dort schreibt sie regelmäßig über Missstände in den Jobcentern und berichtet von ihrem Kampf für die Rechte von Hartz IV Betroffenen. In ihren Beiträgen fordert sie wiederholt die Einhaltung des Grundgesetzes innerhalb der Hartz IV-Gesetze und spricht sich für Mitarbeiter in den Behörden aus, die eine entsprechende Ausbildung bekommen und mit Empathie den Menschen auch in den Ämtern begegnen. In diesem Zusammenhang macht sie sich auch für die Abschaffung aller Sanktionen bei Hartz IV stark und kämpft gegen die alltägliche Willkür in den Jobcentern. Auch gegenüber „gegen-Hartz.de hat Frau Hannemann bereits ein Interview gegeben.

Eben jenes kritisches Denken hatte die Hansestadt Hamburg als Arbeitgeber dazu veranlasst, Frau Hannemann bereits vor einigen Wochen zu einer „Anhörung“ zu laden. Dort war unter anderem zu lesen: „Über die Inhalte des Blogs und darüber, ob und wieweit Sie an diesen Inhalten in Zukunft festhalten oder davon abrücken möchte würden wir gern ein persönliches Gespräch mit Ihnen führen.“ Damit zog die Behörde eine deutliche Linie. Entweder Frau Hannemann hört auf kritisch zu denken und ihre Gedanken öffentlich zu machen oder sie hat mit scharfen beruflichen Konsequenzen zu rechnen. Damals wurde allerdings die Anhörung noch einmal kurz vor Beginn seitens der Geschäftsführung abgeblasen. Nun aber hat man anscheinend ernst gemacht und Frau Hannemann ausgeschlossen. (sb)

Psychedelics are not illegal because a loving government is concerned that you will hurt yourself by smoking pot or tripping in you bedroom. Psychedelics are illegal because they make you question authority. They open your eyes and lead you to question the wrongs of society in a fundamental way. Psychedelics are anti-brainwashing agents.

On April 16, 1943, Swiss chemist Albert Hofmann accidentally dosed himself with minute traces of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide-25 that had been sitting on his chemical shelf for five years just waiting to be unleashed like a magical genie on the world, granting wishes. As the world’s first laboratory-synthesized inner space journey came on, Hofmann began seeing „images of extraordinary plasticity and vividness… accompanied by an intense, kaleidoscopic-like play of colors.“ Three days later, on April 19, Hofmann took the first deliberate LSD trip and, totally, meltingly overcome by the intensity of his experience, was forced to bicycle home and into the history books.

Bicycle Day commemorates that original bicycle trip that changed the world and helped give birth to the psychedelic counterculture movement. The act of coming together is a symbolic gesture for a subculture, not necessarily one involving drugs. Bicycle Day has been celebrated officially around the world since 1986, when the Californian psychedelic community rallied against the dictatorial oppression of the American „War on Drugs“— subverting the propaganda machine of the government by coming together to play, laugh… and ride bikes. What fun!

As part of the global commemoration of psychedelic subculture’s only Holy-day, everyone is invited to celebrate with their own private ride into the Unknown. As group anarchy mutates into organized chaos, you too get to be a part of the organizing committee.

Ich lese gerade das Buch „Thinking, Fast and Slow“ von Daniel Kahnemann, in dem es um psychiologische Effekte beim Denken geht, und möchte euch mal von einem erzählen, den ich besonders faszinierend finde. Es geht das Priming. Stimuli lösen Assoziationsketten aus, soviel ist klar, aber die können auch das Verhalten ändern. In einem Experiment hat das besonders eindrucksvoll gezeigt. Da haben sie Probanden ein paar Wörter gesagt (natürlich unter einer völlig anderen Prämisse) und sie dann in einen anderen Raum geschickt. Wenn die Wörter Begriffe enthielten, die mit alten Menschen assoziiert sind (Wörter wie „Florida“, „vergesslich“, „Falten“, „grau“, aber nicht „alt“ selbst), dann sind die auf dem Weg zu dem anderen Raum langsamer gelaufen.
Wenn man Probanden zu einer grinsenden Gesichtsform bewegt (indem man ihnen sagt, sie sollen einen Bleistift quer in ihrem Mund halten), dann fanden sie Far-Side-Comics witziger.

Und, für mich persönlich am spannensten: Wenn man Probanden mit der Idee von Geld konfrontiert, auch wenn das nur am Rande geschieht, dann werden sie selbständiger, weniger hilfsbereit und halten unbequeme Tätigkeiten länger aus. Möglicherweise ist das ein Erklärungsansatz dafür, wieso Buchhalter so auf Papierkram stehen, und warum die Bankster so sind wie sie sind.

Spannenderweise kann man sich wohl auch selber primen. Könnt ihr ja mal selber probieren. Wenn ihr das nächste Mal keinen Bock mehr auf eine Tätigkeit habt, denkt an einen Geldschein. Oder macht die Geldbörse auf und guckt euer Geld an.

Die Implikationen gehen aber weiter. Eine Gesellschaft, die ihre Mitglieder dauernd an Geld, Reichtum und Vermögen erinnert, macht die Menschen eher eigennützig und unsozial. Wir sollten es vielleicht stattdessen mit Mitgefühl und Respekt versuchen.

Ich versuche gerade, mir die asiatischen Nudeln zwischen die Stäbchen zu klemmen, als mich zwei grosse Kinderaugen anschauen. Ein Mädchen in einem Kindergartendreieck steht neben mir und schaut mich an. Wir sitzen im Zug, auf dem Heimweg von der Revision 2013. „Warum guckt die so?“, denke ich mir. Zwar, es ist nicht das dumme Glotzstarren eines Babies. Vielmehr verbirgt sich hinter den beiden braunen Augen eine kluge Neugier. Eine geheimnisvolle Verbindung. Ich lass das mal gut sein und esse weiter. Sie setzt sich auf den Sitz weiter vorne zu ihrer Familie. Der Zug fährt los.

„Nein, bei dieser Karte darfst du nicht wünschen!“, belehrt sie gerade ihre Mutter. Nachdem die Kleine soeben zweimal gegen ihren Vater gewonnen hat, erklärt sie nun ihrer Mutter die Regeln dieses Kartenspiels. Die beiden spielen eine Zeit lang. Sie schaut mir ab und zu für längere Augenblicke in die Augen. Mir scheint, als ob da unterbewusst Informationen ausgetauscht werden. Eine Verbündete.

Das Spiel ist zuende. Sie schmeisst die Karten hin. „So, und jetzt kannst Du aufräumen, du Kohlkopf!“, meint sie keck zu ihrer Mutter und verlässt den Platz.
WAHAHAHA 😀 – ich muss schallend Grinsen. Was für eine freche Rotzgöre. So muss das sein! Gefällt mir sehr. „Paula! Komm sofort zurück!“ Natürlich liess ihre Mutter das nicht auf sich sitzen, und sie winkt das kleine Mädchen mit dem Zeigefinger zurück. „Du räumst das jetzt auf!“ „Gut, aber zusammen.“, meint sie nur. Die Rangordnung ist etwas verzerrt; man sieht eindeutig, wer hier den Ton angibt. I like that. Wir lächeln uns zu. „Gut gemacht, Kleines“, denke ich mir. Was für eine erfrischende Begegnung!

Nächster Halt: Basel SBB. Zeit zum Umsteigen. Machs gut, Kleines. Vielleicht sehen wir uns nie wieder – ich hoffe, es gibt noch mehr von deiner Sorte. Wir gönnen uns einen Tee, bevor wir in den nächsten Zug in Richtung Zürich einsteigen. Marokkanische Minze. Mmmh. Wir steigen ein. Jetzt nicht mehr in der ersten Klasse; das Abteil ist gut gefüllt. „Hier noch frei?“, fragt mein Kumpel. Klar, und wir verstauen das Gepäck und setzen uns hin. Hach, diese Gesichter kenne ich doch! Paula und ihre Familie sind in den gleichen Zug eingestiegen und sitzen gleich gegenüber! Ei, das wird spassig! Munter habe ich Lust zum Saich machen.

*klack* – Paula schnalzt mit ihrer Zunge. *klock*, mache ich zurück. *klack* *zklack* – die Kommunikation ist etabliert. Die SBB-Roboteransageschlampe nervt uns dreisprachig (ich meine: Nervt euch das nicht auch?), und der Zug fährt los. Ich schaue zu Paula und mache einmal fett *KLACK*, so dass mein Kumpel und ihre Eltern etwas verwirrt zu mir sehen. *KLACK*, tönts aus Paula zur Antwort. Wihihi, schaue ich grinsend in die Runde. Meine gute Laune – ob das vom marokkanischen Minzentee kommt? Oder vom Pattern Skank, der mir immer noch im Ohr schallt? Lalala, ich mag’s.

Paula steht auf und kommt neben meinen Sitz. Sie zeigt mir, wie man mit dem Finger im Mund das Geräusch eines ploppenden Sektkorkens nachahmen kann. Ah ja, das kann ich glaubs auch. *plopp* – aber nicht so laut. „En Chindsgifründ vo mir chan das ganz luut“, meint sie zu mir. Oh – sie spricht akzentfrei Hochdeutsch und Zürideutsch. „Hehe, ich kenn au öpper, wo das so lut cha“, entgegne ich. *plopp* *plopp* *plopp* – wir üben noch eine Weile.

Seht ihr, so einfach kann man sich mit Menschen unterhalten. Kein mühseliges „Schönes Wetter heute“, „wie heisst du?“ und „wie geht es dir?„, sondern *klack* und *plopp*. Warum funktioniert das nur mit Kindern? Ich würde ja gerne mal an einer Krawatte ziehen und sie spicken lassen, vielleicht kneift das Gegenüber mich zurück? Aber nein, stattdessen würden bloss empörte Blicke fallen, und der Blick senkt sich in den Blick am Abend. Trist. Erwachsene sind so seriös. Nein, ich werde eure sozialen Regeln nicht adaptieren! Ich habe mir oft gedacht: Wie schön wäre eine API für Menschen? Wo man einfach hingehen kann und sagt: Der da! Allein schon dieses Intro war Grund genug, diese Demoparty zu besuchen. Demoparty? Eine Gruppe von kreativen Köpfen demonstriert ihre Fähigkeiten. Ähnlich wie bei einer LAN Party trifft man sich in einer grossen, dunklen Halle, wo die Wettbewerbe in verschiedenen Disziplinen durch/vorgeführt werden. Das Ziel ist, ein möglichst grosses audiovisuelles Spektakel auf die Leinwand zu zaubern, und die Hardware bis auf das letzte auszureizen. Da neue Rechner immer leistungsfähiger werden und die Programmbibliotheken immer ausgefeilter, ist es nicht so eine grosse Kunst, auf aktuellen Rechnern umwerfende Grafik hinzubekommen. Man kann da einfach sagen: Diese Oberfläche soll spiegeln, der Schatten soll volumetrisch sein, das ganze bitte mit Tiefenschärfe. Das sind zwei Zeilen Code, und DirectX macht den Rest.

Anders sieht es auf alten, klassischen Rechnern aus. Mach mal Spiegelungen und volumetrische Schatten auf einem Commodore 64! Oder auf einem Amiga! Und genau darin besteht der Reiz und der Charme. Es gibt Leute, die sich auf diese Hardware spezialisiert haben und jedes Jahr neue, wahnwitzige Effekte hervorbringen, trotz der alten Hardware. Höchst faszinierend.
