Neulich wurde ich angehauen: „Wir sorgen uns um deine Zukunft – möchtest du nicht eine Weiterbildung besuchen?“ Die Personalabteilungen sind extrem Papierligeil und filtern Bewerbungen nach Abschlüssen. Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn ich meinen „Marktwert“ steigern würde…

Brrrr. Ich bin dann mit ziemlich gemischten Gefühlen nach Hause gegangen. Ich hatte mir mal gesagt, dass ich keine Schule mehr besuchen will; weil ich noch selber Denken will und mein Hirni nicht an eine ISO-9660 zertifizierte und harmonisierte Einheitsdenke anpasse.

Ein nid-ganz-Bachelor Studium kommt nicht in Frage – Mathematik, Physik, BWL – VETO!

Ok. Und was gibt’s denn sonst noch für Möglichkeiten?

Ich habe mich umgesehen. Nach ein zwei Tagen Bildungwegforschung stechen mir immer wieder diese MAS-Weiterbildungen ins Auge. Master of Advanced Studies – ein Nachdiplomstudium – tönt doch fett!

Es gibt hier ein extrem geiles MAS-Studium: Assembler, technische Algorithmen, Programmierung, verteilte/virtuelle Systeme, Datenkommunikation, Kryptologie.

Oder an der Berner Fachhochschule kann man sich seinen Menüplan individuell zusammenstellen: Distributed Systems, Embedded and Realtime Engineering with Linux (wo man unter anderem eigene Kerneltreiber entwickelt – yay), Networking & Security, Security & Privacy – alles höchst interessant.

Und das allergeilste: Nur Fachthemen. Kein BWL-Schrott, Mathe-Gedöhnse und Physik-Fuck. Ich hasse Zahlen.

Am Infoabend gab’s dann gratis Apero und die Stimmung war: „Ja, komm unbedingt an unsere Schule, wir möchten gerne 20’000.- verdienen.“

Ok – wie sieht denn das Bildungssystem überhaupt aus? Welche Wege gibt es?

Ok – wie komme ich dorthin?
Rechnungswesen – vergiss es!
Dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF – hau bloss ab!
Professional Bachelor in Business Integration – Stacheldraht im Harnkanal?

Wieso, wieso wieso wieso? Wieso muss man zuerst diese eidg. dipl. Arschfickerei über sich ergehen lassen, bevor man dann _endlich_ DAS lernen kann, was wirklich interessiert? Gopf…

Eidg. dipl. Informatiker – extrem bünzlihafter Titel, aber okey… Was sind dort die Themen?
Geschäftsprozesse modellieren, Informatikstrategie umsetzen, Service Levels entwickeln und vereinbaren, …, … So ziemlich alles üble, was in grauen unsympathischen Grossunternehmen zum Alltagswortschatz gehört. Aber: Kein Mathe! Kein BWL. Schön.

Die Alternative. Die einzige Alternative, um an die tollen MAS-Lehrgänge zu kommen…

Das Problem ist nur: Voraussetzung für das Diplom ist der Fachausweis – und nein, der Fachausweis ist nicht das Fähigkeitszeugnis, wie ich am Infoabend schmerzlich erfahren musste.

Ich brauche also zuerst diesen Fachausweis, wo ich dann zum Betriebssklaven ausgebildet werde, um in Grossunternehmen so gut wie möglich funktionieren zu können und die Ausdünstungen der Geschäftsleitung optimal umsetzen kann. Dann kann ich „Stammdaten im SAP mutieren“ und so andere tolle Sachen…

Mit dem Diplom bin ich dann eidg. dipl. Fuudibünzli und kann dann ganze Abteilungen leiten und mit meinen Entscheidungen, die auf Musterbeispielen von diesem Lehrgang basieren andere Leute stinkig machen.

Gott. Ich fange langsam an zu realisieren, worauf das ganze System ausgelegt ist: Du musst einfach nur funktionieren. Jeder wird in eine einheitliche intellektuelle Zwangsjacke gesteckt. Führungskräfte werden nach zertifizierten Normen „ausgebildet“ und mit einer Einheitsdenke gehirngewaschen.

Aber ich sage euch: Man kann sich nicht zu einer „Führungsperson“ ausbilden lassen. Das ist nämlich auch etwas, was man ist, nicht etwas, was man tut und lernen kann. Eine Art zu sein.
Manche führen, manche folgen.
Entweder, man ist Führungsperson und hat diese Qualitäten, oder man hat sie nicht.

Mittlerweile habe ich mich an diese Zukunft gewöhnt. Immerhin hat es mir Perspektiven eröffnet, und ich habe jetzt ein Ziel. Wovor ich mich aber fürchte ist, dass ich in diese Denkstrukturen gepresst werde und plötzlich auch so denke wie die ….. Krawattenheinis, und auch das toll finde, was die toll finden.
Dass ich dann nicht mehr der rebellische Claude bin, der sagt: „Java ist scheisse, diese Technologie gehört AUSGEROTTET! (nähere Details bald in einem Blogpost)“ und „SAP gehört zu den grössten Softwareverbrechen der Welt.“

Ich möchte gerne meine Individualität behalten.

Jeder Mensch hat einen individuellen Kern, eine Vorstellung, eine eigene Art, Dinge zu tun. Seine eigene Meinung, seine eigenen Gedanken. Jeder kann in seiner Art Dinge tun und machen, wie sie kein anderer macht. Daraus entsteht Innovation.

Doch diese Einheitsbrühe killt die Individualität. Man „hat mal erforscht, wie es so läuft“ und nimmt das dann in einen Lehrgang auf. Am Schluss denkt jeder gleich über ein Problem nach.
