Wenn der Staat mit all seinen Machtinstrumenten einmal so korrupt und bürgerfeindlich wird – welche Chance haben wir dann noch, uns zu wehren? Wenn die Überwachung so all-durchdringend ist?
Richtig, gar keine mehr. Wer alles über seinen Gegner weiss, hat gewonnen. Der Staat sichert sich ab und rüstet gegen seine Gegner auf – die eigenen Bürger.
Das Märchen vom Terrorismus ist ein Gespenst, eine Illusion. Fabriziert durch die Medien. Damit wir stimmen: Mehr Überwachung! Mehr Nachrichtendienst!
„Neue Bedrohungen“ und „Terrorismus“ sind die Gründe, mit denen sie uns ködern. Im Hintergrund geht es um etwas anderes. Wenn dieses Machtkonstrukt über alle informiert ist, fällt es ihm leichter, Abweichler und Aufständische herauszufiltern und zu eliminieren. Das passiert in Zukunft automatisch, gestützt auf Algorithmen.
Mit der nächsten Abstimmung wird eine weitere Salamischeibe abgeschnitten, die dem Unterdrückungsapparat mehr Mittel, Instrumente und Macht über uns alle gibt.
Aber das ist ja alles nichts neues. Ich erwähne es nur, damit es wieder mal gesagt ist.

Anarchism is against the government, straight up. The job of the government is ultimately to protect a small group of elites and their property. Most of us would be better off without governments. These elites are the economic class of the rich and powerful. No the rich and powerful like Beyonce and Drake. Oh hell no. Elites are the no-talent entertainment industry executives that own the record labels and always get a cut for themselves no matter who’s hot this year. They’re the executives of corporations, the owners of machinery that makes cars, cell phones, guns and drones. They’re the politicians that get cashed out for fixing up the laws to help these greedy business people. The government is the agencies, the laws, and the cops that maintain the power of the super rich people over the rest of us. The police are the front line of government. Their job is to criminalize, beat, intimidate, jail, and kill us so that we never stand a chance at rising agains the elite.
As anarchists we understand that a lot of things that governments claim are bullshit. Even though they claim to be by and for all the diverse people in society, they still serve the elites, and work hard at oppressing the rest of us. One historical example of this is how we are made to memorize that line from the united states declaration of independence that “all men are created equal…” But we know that in reality what they were saying about equality was bullshit because slavery was legal! When government workers like city council members and cops call themselves public servants while calling us gang members, writing and enforcing curfew and anti-protest laws, and terrorizing us in the street, that’s some bullshit! Anarchism is not a political party. We’re over going out to vote. We see that the only voting options are ones that people with hella money came up with. It doesn’t matter if you vote Democrat of Republican, it’s all the same.
Population, sedentarism, agriculture, a complex division of labour, a redistribution system and private property constitute a kind of platform upon which hierarchy and an ideology of superiority/ inferiority are built. It might be possible that a society with only a weakly developed hierarchic social order and ideology of superiority/inferiority could avoid the descent into statehood. This is even more likely where private property is not of major importance. Examples of such a phenomenon are most likely to be found in the acephalous societies of pre-colonial Africa. The moment of state creation occurs when all the factors, however achieved, fall into place. This is so for pristine and secondary states. The latter, despite having the state imposed upon them, would still have had to develop those preparatory characteristics in some minimal fashion in order to maintain a state.
No state would ever develop if there were no drive on the part of at least some individuals to acquire power over others and at the same time a conditioning of a great majority of the populace to submit to the power of the few.
