RIAA sues family that does not own a computer

A Georgia family is being sued for downloading illegal music, despite the fact that they dont even own a computer. Nor do they even have internet access of any kind, no WebTV or anything. A federal lawsuit filed this week by the Recording Industry Association of America alleges that Carma Walls of Rockmart, Georgia was sharing files over the Internet. The lawsuit seeks an injunction and requests unspecified monetary damages. The lawsuit states, Plaintiffs are informed and believe that Defendant, without the permission or consent of Plaintiffs, has used, and continues to use, an online media distribution system to download the copyrighted recordings, to distribute the copyrighted recordings to the public, and/or to make the copyrighted recordings available for distribution to others.

Ganz interessant, dass solche Viecher in so einer Fäkalienschwemme wie der Birs überleben können… Barfussbaden ist für mich aber jetzt tabu!

Has it ever crossed your mind to use the editor to open a WAV file installed with Windows XP? Nobody will do that – that’s what Microsoft probably thought. After all, countless WAV files are stored on a computer, and they are to be heard, not to be watched, right?
